Is there a data base?

How can I transfer data base documents from Appleworks version 6.2.9 in my MacBook OS 10.4.11 to my new MacBook Pro with OS 10.8.2 and be able to use them on my new computer? How can I create new compatable data base documents?

In the date field even if i enter date before 60days to the present date, i am getting the last 30 days list of back gorund jobs. Where can i check the older jobs (i.e. 60 days back)?

How to check the validation at data base level as well as current user ente

Dear all
i have creation page in that item code will not enter the duplicate values
in that creation page contains advanced table
user will click on create 15 blank records using add another row
suppose in first row user will enter LAPTOP assume this item code
in this case i need to raise exception through databse level
in second row also user enter LAPTOP1 in this case exception will not raise becaause data is not there at databse
in third row user will enter LAPTOP1 in this case item is not there in data base but it is there in second row in this case
i need to raise exception
how to achieve this

1. Call a method in AMImpl.java
2. loop the ViewObjects and check the values
3. If you find a match, throw the error

Data base for song info?

Is there a data base or site that has info for song tags? In particular I want the date released for all my songs.

I am in the UK and I have been searching for years for such a site, or for this particular information. Gracenote DB is no help at all for this I'm afraid. Unfortunately, record release dates - especially for older songs, is elusive. I have done the following research :
1. In the UK we are lucky enough to have the Guinness Book of British Hit Singles : this gives the chart entry date for all Top 75 hits going back decades. For 98% of releases this will give an approximate indication (I subtract two weeks to allow for radio play).
2. The music papers always used to list the single releases for the week, but this needs a lot of time and research to uncover.
3. For non-chart records, you could try Googling the record's catalogue number, then keep going forward & back one number at a time until you find a release that charted, then work it out from that.
I have nagged record companies to produce a book of release date information,but their response always is "who'd pay for it?"
I think this is one tag you are going to have to research on your own. Sorry

Data base table to store the contents of a Variant

I am using the FM RS_VARIANT_CONTENTS to extract the contents of a variant of a specific program. Is there any Data Base table which stores the contents of a variant.

The table VARI stores all the variants of a program.
To get the contents of the variant you can use the FM RS_VARIANT_VALUES_TECH_DATA.

I have had Aperture 3 loaded on my computer for a while now. Never had any problems till tonight. Restarted my computer and went to open Aperture and a "warning" box poped up, There was an error opening the data base for the library /picture/aperture library ap library. Then a "quit" button.
What is going on and how can I open my aperture. I have pictures that need worked for clients. Help!

ORA-00900 when there is huge quantity access to Data Base

I have some Java programs which access to the same Data Base Oracle 11gR2 from diferent computers and diferent Operative System.
in a normal execution everything is working but when I want to test the 'stress' in the data base I execute many concurrent programs. The problem is that when I execute too many programs the data base answer me 'java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00900: sentencia SQL no valida' (I´m sorry the spanish expresion, I don´t know the english correspondence)
The SQL sentences are static.
Do you know why? and do you know the solution?

I enable a logging in my Java program and after the execution I write the sql sentence which causes the exception in my SQLplus and it´s correct. The programs execute the same 4 sentences about 50 time every second (more 200 access every second and every program) and it´s only return a problem when I have too many programs.
It´s only happens sometimes, no always, but the execution is very long and I find the problem at some point in the same

What are you trying to achieve with a single WITH clause and no SELECT?
Please see this from the documentation if you want to use it properly :

Apart from its true purpose of subquery factoring, the WITH clause is often use here and there to simulate a table content, but you'll always need a SELECT.
Maybe that's what you were trying to do?
As for your question, starting with release 10.2, Oracle provides XMLTable to shred XML documents into relational structures.

REPORT AND DATA BASE SETUP

i have been using CView Manager 11 to do my reports and is relatively easy to setup reports to the data base, but not all of my reports work with this program plus there is no user manual available. So I am trying to switch over to Chrystal Reports 11 with little success. I can not figure out how to setup the data base server with this program. I am trying to access the McKesson IntelliShelf Supply (Supply Scan) data base server. Is there anyone that can help me with this?

I can't claim to know much about visual C# Net, but I do know a bit about pagemaker. It really can't handle equations. there are a few work arounds involving things like baseline shifts and multiple text boxes, but generally equations were created in different programs and placed in pagemaker in picture or eps files. Either way the chances of extracting usable data out of pagemaker is very slim.

Also when I tried to update my MYSQL connector / J driver to version 5.1.5 from 5.0.5 (NB 5.5.1) and 5.0.7 (NB 6.1), I could not get it work (looooong time to search some JDBC classes and with no response in the end) on both of my Netbean 5.5.1(on PC) and Netbean 6.1(on laptop) IDEs.
Could anybody look into this issue.

Creation of field in data base table

Hi,
I want to create a field in data base table , which holds the float values but i don't want to use the FLTP data type, why bcoz if i use this data type in selection screen of the table the the field is not appeqring, i dont want to go for the option QUAN bcoz there i need to define the ref table and ref field.
please explain what is the way to create this field.
