Is there a 'directory for features'

Hi!
I have looked around for a directory of features used in HCM
Would any one have a directory of the features used in HCM and can anyone post the link to the website if there is any.

Hi,
Features are used to default values in various infotype after considering various decision variables.

is there presenter V10 for Mac, is video Express V10 the same features as windows version  i.e. Powerpoint etc etc

The Presenter Video Express is a screen and web cam capture tool. The PPT integration and functionality is Widows only.
You may want to look at Captivate, which has both a Mac and Windows version, and can work with PPT content.

What are you planning on doing with the build? If you will be overclocking, the gd 65 or 80 are recommended. The biggest differences are the Thunderbolt on the gd 80 and extra bios options and flexibility in overclocking.

  • Is there a "play all" feature for videos on iphone4????

Is there a "play all" feature for videos on iphone4????

    Hi Robin
Welcome to apple discussions. I use Toast (personal choice only) in this situation since it has a play all check box. But then you don't get the fancy menus.
There is no such check box within iDvd for selecting play all but you can set up iDvd's preferences to address scene selection menus when a movie/s is added. And here's how you do that:
A second option might involve adding the 8 separate movies to the slideshow feature within iDvd for continuous play. And yes you can add photos as well as movies to idvd's slideshow feature with a number of added benefits which I won't go into here. But if you want more info on this procedure just look at a few of Old Toad's prior posts / replies on this iDvd forum.

Are you searching for file names or content?  If it's the latter dDownload and run Find Any File to search for the same file names.
FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders, system folders and packages. If there are files with those file names on the hard drive FAF will find them.
In any case reindex the HD for Spotlight according to this Apple document: Spotlight: How to re-index folders or volumes - Apple Support

No phone provides true call blocking. At best, they provide call diversion. Essentially, the call is answered and disconnected automatically. If I recall, Apple is adding call diversion features in iOS 7.
    Best of luck.

We are aware if the 'black box' issue with the shim installer (downloaded from get.adobe.com/flashplayer), however, this should not be the case with the full installer.  The links for the full installers are posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page, in the 'Still having problems' section.

  • [RESOLVED] Unable to move dev directory for Apache, keep getting 403

    Hello,
I'd like to move my default /srv/http directory for my PHP pages to a different location (somewhere in my home directory) for convenience.  This is exclusively for local development.  However, after making the same change in two places, I restarted Apache and keep getting a 403 error.
    Here is my httpd.conf:
    # This is the main Apache HTTP server configuration file. It contains the
    # configuration directives that give the server its instructions.
    # See <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2> for detailed information.
    # In particular, see
    # <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/directives.html>
    # for a discussion of each configuration directive.
    # Do NOT simply read the instructions in here without understanding
    # what they do. They're here only as hints or reminders. If you are unsure
    # consult the online docs. You have been warned.
    # Configuration and logfile names: If the filenames you specify for many
    # of the server's control files begin with "/" (or "drive:/" for Win32), the
    # server will use that explicit path. If the filenames do *not* begin
    # with "/", the value of ServerRoot is prepended -- so 'log/access_log'
    # with ServerRoot set to '/www' will be interpreted by the
    # server as '/www/log/access_log', where as '/log/access_log' will be
    # interpreted as '/log/access_log'.
    # ServerRoot: The top of the directory tree under which the server's
    # configuration, error, and log files are kept.
    # Do not add a slash at the end of the directory path. If you point
    # ServerRoot at a non-local disk, be sure to point the LockFile directive
    # at a local disk. If you wish to share the same ServerRoot for multiple
    # httpd daemons, you will need to change at least LockFile and PidFile.
    ServerRoot "/etc/httpd"
    # Listen: Allows you to bind Apache to specific IP addresses and/or
    # ports, instead of the default. See also the <VirtualHost>

    # Change this to Listen on specific IP addresses as shown below to
    # prevent Apache from glomming onto all bound IP addresses.

    You're right.  I can't get there.
I tried to make Apache start up as me (my user), but got an error that said that it cannot start it up like that.  I think I have a possible solution for the given problem.  I'll my user to the http group and then work from /srv/http.
I'd love to get some feedback if someone has a different approach .  I love to learn from the experience of others .

  • How to recover/reinstall deleted the /sharepoint/sites/PWA directory for Project Online (Hosted Solution)?

Hi all, Am really hoping someone can assist me.  I accidentally deleted the PWA web directory on our Project Online (online MS hosted) which includes all the reference web pages and services.
    How do I reinstall/recover this?
    Thanks

    Hello lethalleigh03,
There are few points to note down here.
    1. If you simply clicked on delete the site you can restore that site by going to Recyle bin.
    2. If you remove the feature and then delete the site in that case your PWA feature is removed so all your data will be deleted.
Either of the case you can approch Microsoft support to restore the site. After deleting the site data will be still there with Microsoft for 14days post that it will be deleted Permanently.

  • Is there a fix for modal dialogs opening behind palettes -cs6 -osx 10.6.8

Is there a fix for modal dialogs open behind palettes in
Photoshop cs6 13.0 (createive cloud update) + OSX 10.6.8 Snow Leopard on MacBook Pro?
( I am using 2 monitors where the second monitor is set to be the menu display.  cs4 does not exhibit this bug. )
Toggling the Application Frame off improves the hiding 'feature' but this does not include the desired continuous floating in front of palettes in all circumstances.
An example is Blending Options, then chose Stroke, then chose the Color Picker.  After clicking OK, the Blending Options dialog now sits behind the palettes.  One trick is to click on another app, then back to cs6 to force a window redraw.
It sure would help me if this could be solved.  I am preparing educational videos and this display bug makes things very troublesome.
Thanks for any help.  If I find a solution, I will post to this thread so everyone can benefit.

The setting for the graphics check box Does Not make a difference.  If I have a new document window open, then add a layer, then open the blending options > drop shadow > edit the color > the chooser dialog opens, and immediately both dialog windows drop behind the palettes AND any document windows.
The same behavior for the Preferences dialog > guides > color.
The quick workaround is to click another app, then back to CS6.  A real pain, of course.
It is only a factor when opening a second (child) dialog box.
Other CS6 apps do work correctly (eg. FW AE)
I have yet to get a handle on this.  Mac OSX 10.6.8    CS6 13.0  x64
Thanks for your replies, and the long reply time for me was a vaction away from the office.

SunONE Webserver 6.1SP5, I have quite a few virtual servers divided over several virtual classes. And now I'm trying to configure a 'virtual directory' (pfx2dir nametrans) limited to a single virtual server but no matter what I try I can't get it to work...
In the administration guide I read about the NameTrans directive and how it should be used in the default object (in obj.conf ofcourse). So when I have something like this all works as it should, but for all virtual servers in the class:
    <Object name="default">
    NameTrans fn="pfx2dir" from="/files" dir="/opt/websites/catslair/data"
</Object>So when reading up even more I came across the NSAPI programmers guide which explained that you can have both <Object> and <Client> tags. Because of the 'urlhost' parameter with the Client tag I figured that it should be possible to limit the NameTrans line mentioned above to but one virtual server:
    <Client urlhost="catslair.intranet.lan">
    NameTrans fn="pfx2dir" from="/files" dir="/opt/websites/catslair/data"
</Client>But whenever I use this approach the server refuses to start and presents me with an error:
[13/May/2006:16:38:10] config (19621): CORE3185: Invalid configuration: File /usr/local/sun/SUNWwbsvr/https-magi.intranet.lan/config/server.xml, line 178, column 99: HTTP3258: Error processing Mirrors.obj.conf line 51: HTTP2215: directive outside objectAt first I didn't understand exactly what it meant, I even stumbled upon a bug report which triggered the same error (http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4979377) but after reading up on this I can only conclude that NameTrans can only be used within an <Object> block. The manuals also hint into this direction since it becomes obvious that the preffered approach is using this in the default object.
So picture my surprise when I came across http://docs.sun.com/source/817-6252/npgobjcn.html#wp1041206 in the NSAPI programmers guide, its past the table. One of the examples shows this approach:
    <Client odds="25%">
    NameTrans fn="redirect" from="/Pogues" url-prefix="http://pogues.example.com"
</Client>Because I was sure about urlhost being a parameter for the Client tag I tried copying the above example, but when I give it a try I'm once again greeted with the error I mentioned earlier "directive outside object".
So can anyone please point me in the right direction? Is it possible to setup a virtual directory for a single virtual server and if so how do I proceed since <Client> doesn't seem to work. thanks in advance for any tips you can give me.

Thanks a lot for the example, that fixed the problem.
I've been reading the NSAPI programmers guide several times now and I was under the impression that you should either use <object> or <client>, never thought about this approach. Now when I re-read it is makes sense, but wasn't very clear at first.
I think I'll e-mail Sun to suggest an addition of the <Object> tag in their <Client> tag example (http://docs.sun.com/source/817-6252/npgobjcn.html#wp1045056) to make things a little more clear.
Thanks again, now I can finally implement the final configuration settings and plan for the actual switch later this evening.

i have an iphone and an ipad (which are connected by the same apple id) i broke the phone and sold it but i didnt get to factory reset it because it was broken, is there any way for me to wipe my iphone from my ipad?

    Try this:
Open the "Find my iPhone" app on your iPad, fill in your AppleID and password at the start up screen, and you should see a list of all your devices and their current location, if connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile data network. Devices not connected will be shown as "offline". But you can still trap on the icon and hit "erase iPhone" in the right hand window.
If your iPhone is not listed, you did not activate this feature during the setup of the phone and it can't be erased remotely.
If the phone is listed, even as offline, tap on "erase" to send the erase command. The next time your device will be connected to any kind of network, the content will be erased.

  • I accidentally formatted my portable hard drive when setting it up for time machine. Is there any way for me to get back my lost files?

I have an external hard drive of the brand Western Digital.
Before I got my iMac I moved a lot of my important files from my PC to the hard drive and today I went on and connected it to my iMac to move my files over to it.
When it had connected a window popped up that asked if I wanted to use this hard drive with the program Time Machine and create backups. Without thinking it trough enough and reading the warning properly (I'm stupid I know) I clicked "yes". I then realised how stupid it was and cancelled the formatting of the hard drive. But somehow the program still managed to delete all my important files and can't find any way to get them back. Neither can I connect the hard drive to my PC anymore so I can't check if the files are still there (which I doubt they are since I can't see them on my iMac either).
And now I wonder: is there any way for me to get back my lost files or are they lost forever?
    Thank you in advance!

A data recovery specialist or some data recovery programs should be able to help.  Most format simply rewrite the directory tree saying no files are on this disk.  The bits that represent the files are still flipped appropreiately so they still exists, you just don't have the location info to get at them.  Secure formats and erases rewrite each bit to a zero or 1 or random so the data is then truely gone.  This type of format takes a long time to complete.
I'm not making a recomendation of a particular program but here is one company that does what you ask:
http://www.remosoftware.com/mac-recovery  The cost is pretty high but I'm sure they don't sell many copies and need to cover their development costs.
Good luck and don't write anything on the freshly formatted disk until you decide what to do.

  • Is there a way for a form user to load graphics and text in same field?

I am aware that you can load text into a text field and graphics into an image field.  However, I would like to load a document containing text and graphics (e.g., MS Word or RTF) into a single field on a PDF form.  Is there any way to do this?

    Paul,
I believe that the example of attaching a file that you have provided will solve the problem.  I am using LiveCycle Designer, so using the code that is in your example should be no problem.  The end-user will use Adobe Reader, so as you mentioned, I will use Acrobat to extend the features so that the form can be used by Reader.
Thanks so much for your help,
    Daniel

It is part of the PDF AcroForm side of things .....Are you using Reader or Acrobat to fill the form. If Reader then you will have to Reader Extend to make this work ....if Acrobat then you simply need to add some code. I have attached a sample that shows you how to do it if you want it.
