Thanks. My original reason to ask above question is whether someone save a text file which contains all posting messages because I'd like to scroll one big text file to read questoins and answers in one place.
Would you give me more advice, if you know such a link or some site? Anyway, it's helpful to use google to save time. Thanks for saving my money(?). :)

Download a copy of the Daily Management Guide for the version that you are running. It has a detailed breakdown of what goes into each log type.

Are you talking about LabVIEW? If so, you can stop a running VI by calling the "Stop" function, located in the Application Control palette. Also, using the VI Server functions located in the same palette, you can open a reference to a VI and Abort it using the "Invoke Node" primitive.

there are quite a few problems with the structure of this forum.
maybe it is time for an update.
1. doesn't appear to be any attrempt tp consolidate responses of various identical topics
2. statistics are poor and incorrect (should always indicate lates response, should show latest response first - by default, should clearly indicate number of responses for each item, etc)
3. many more items - but insufficient time to nanalyze and document
this is not a criticism of the moderators who take the time to help others but it does newed to have a method of getting Apple's attention when there is no solution/approach to a serious product defficiency.
advisng users to use the Apple support link is like getting close to a black hole.

I am sure they are always looking for ways to improve. The current "Apple Support Communities" replaced the former "Apple Discussions" about a year ago, there were a number of changes that came with it, some good, some not so good, IMHO. About a week or two ago they made some other changes, the most visual was getting an email when a post is marked as solving the question or being helpful. Like any change, some people liked it, some didn't. But I am certain they are looking to make this forum a better product.

They wait, and wait, and wait, and wait.
Whose policy is this to screen everything before allowing posts to show up? Is that a Toshiba policy? What is Toshiba afraid of? If this is a Toshiba policy, I object. I object very strongly. Strongly enough that I'm just about tempted to pack up the mini notebook and ship it back to B&H and buy a different brand where the manufactor doesn't censor the support forum.

Probably first time now. I have noticed that sometimes forum is closed for postings but there must be some reason why moderator do this. At the moment you can write what you want.
There is no reason for panic or comments about Toshiba policy.
Every serious forum has own policy and this forum is more than serious. Isnt it?
So it is nothing unusual and it can be done due to some technical or any other reason.
Look a little bit what people write here and you will find very critical postings but nothing is blocked or edited by Toshiba so I think this forum is free and democratic. Your posting is also published.
In my opinion it is the best evidence that your critic and opinion about this forum and Toshiba forum policy is completely unjustified. Do you agree with me?

Is there any software which displays all form objects - tables, views, etc?

Dear friends,
I need to know if we have some software product which opens an Oracle form and shows all objects (tables, views, procedures, functions, and so on) accessed by it.
For each form, this software should show all operations made in each table - that is, whether form creates, updates, reads or deletes data in each table accessed by the form.
If there's any software which makes such analysis, please let me know. I'd rather be downloading free software, but a trial version or a paid one can be considered as well.

sorry, I don't know whether my 1st message was clear, so I am trying to rewrite it.
I'm thinking about a software which creates a database objects list report; this report shows all database objects being accessed by the form - for example, it can list all tables being accessed by the form, showing a CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete) for each accessed table, or list all packages being executed by the same form, and so on. For example:
Form: CLI0001.FMB
Package -> Operation
PCK_ACCOUNTS -> E (Execute; but that's a suggestion, we can have 'R' instead)
Table -> Operation
ACCOUNTS -> CR (Create + Read)
PAYMENTS -> D (Delete)
Sequence -> Operation
SEQ_ACCOUNTS -> R (Read)
View -> Operation
VW_CLIENTES -> R (Read)
If there's any software which can do it, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

On the iPod turn off Settings > Main Menu > Compilations & Settings > Music Menu > Compilations.

Your post does appear to have some helpful information. That may be why the moderators did not remove the whole thread altogether. I find it interesting that you are complaining about Apple removing posts when the content that they haven't removed is still in violation of the terms of service:
Everybody is facing crappy battery performance on their new iPhone 3G.
The big question is, Did Apple already know that the iPhone 3G are shipped with BETA firmware ?
Both of these items are prohibited, and, yet, they weren't removed. You are a new poster and they seem to be bending their own rules for you by only removing the worst offenses.
Just remember that this is a tech-support forum. It isn't a place for any sort of speculation, ranting, or rumor-mongering. Putting statements like those above in a posting really isn't helpful or appreciated. They are liable to start rant sessions, flame wars, or just get otherwise useful information deleted.
And, to answer your question, all products, software and hardware, are released with known bugs. Everyone does it. It is impossible to avoid bugs. If you find problems, you should report them using official Apple feedback channels or via bug reports, if you have an ADC account. Those reports are helpful and are appreciated because they help improve the product for everyone. Apple, like any company, tries to make 1) a profit, 2) make the best product they can, and 3) stay ahead of the competition.

If you just want a bunch of data for your app to run over, try census data. I know the U.S. govt has put some of its data on the web. If you want the data in a different language, hopefully a government of a country whose native language you want to write for, has done the same. It seems likely.

There are around 40+ Standard roles in EP7. If you logon with J2ee_admin you can see all the roles attached to a user under user Management Tab.

How do I know which iPod forum to post in?

This might sound like a dumb question, but seriously, what is Apple (or the discussion board separations) calling my iPod? I have the iPod Photo 40GB – I got it only a few months after it was released.

No. There are two forums that deal with iPods with color displays. Your iPod was originally called the iPod photo. Then Apple changed it to the iPod with color display. The correct forum for that used to be called "Using the iPod with Color Display (iPod photo)". Now it just reads iPod with Color Display.
The recent iPod is called the iPod 5th Generation, but is usually referred to as the iPod Video, and has it's own forum. Confused? Me too.
Anyway, it's no biggie if you post in the wrong forum. We just bite your head off! : )

Disappearing option of Search this forum

There used to be a Search this forum button in the Illustrator forum, but now it has disappeared altogether.
While it was still there, some of us had hopes of its beginning to work again, some day, maybe.
But now it is gone.
What about other forums?
Any hopes left?

Some of us "old timers" recall several times, when the older posts got dumped.
There was the aborted forum software issue - forget the dates, where much was lost. Some was saved to an archive, but the thread titles were all gone, so one only had page after page of "Post 15059686776," followed by "Post 15059686777," and so on. After a false start, the old forum was reinstated, but with the loss of the older posts.
Then, there was Jive.
Seems that I am missing a big dump of older posts, and someone will refresh my memory.
Anyway, a lot of us rely on those older posts, even when a product's version number has moved up a few notches.

DM uninstall - searched this forum, tried everything!

I have searched everything on this forum and everything I could find on the internet. I am running Vista and I cannot get rid of the stupid DM software. Everytime I log into one of my user accounts (not all) I get an installer notification "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the Blackberry Desktop Software 4.6 disk and click OK." The program does show up in my Windows Installer (DM 4.6) again, only for this one account, but when I try to unistall it, I get the same garbage message.
There are very specific instructions on this forum and many other places, and I think I have tried them all. I have searched the registry and found no evidence of any remnants to this program. I have tried to reinstall the software and unistall again. I have tried every registry cleaner I can find. Still, I get the same message.
I really don't want to reinstall my OS for this stupid application, since other than the annoyance, I see no evidence of another problem. I guess I could grin and bare it, but I don't think I should have to. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Hi and welcome to the forums!
If you have the CD go to add/remove programs in Vista and try to repair the installation.
Be sure to have the full Admin rights. Then we can remove it cleanly.
Did you install Media manager as well? There are some Roxio KB's as well.
I think you want to read KB1720 first the Windows Installer problem.
Otherwise I think the installation was not done with the correct UAC admin rights.
