Is there a 'flip' plug-in? To flip the image horizontally?

I know this is easy in Motion ... but am in a rush and want to do it on an FCP timeline. I have a vague memory of doing this once before with a plug-in:
Just want to flip the clip, horizontally, on the timeline, so the action is going right to left instead of left to right.
Any suggestions?

Found it thirty seconds after posting. Not a 'flip' but a 'flop'. Easy fix. Only I suddenly realise the text on the side of the speedboat is now backwards. Tsk, tsk.

You can do this using Quicktime Pro 7:
Open MOV file in QT Pro (QT 7.6.6)
Window -> Show Movie Properties
select "Video Track"
select "Visual Settings" from lower window
check "Preserve Aspect Ratio"
Click on appropriate rotation icon (MOV rotates!)
Click back on the open MOV in Player Window
FILE -> Save

Also, MPEG Streamclip can rotate video while maintaining the aspect ratio as well as the interlacing when converting to DV, which is what iMovie prefers as an input:

Is there a replacement plug in similar to the "Variations" command that was thoughtlessly aborted in CS6... ANYTHING SIMILAR AT ALL.
I know what all you "pros" will say, but I have been using it since it was created and I like it

I don't think there is at this point, since cs6 can't be run in the 32 bit mode and adobe hasn't ported the variations filter to 64 bit on the mac side.

Horizontally Flip The Image in the Canvas

Hello and Happy belated Holidays!
Do you guys know how to horizontally flip the image in the Canvas Window? I tried to 'Free Rotate' but that didn't do the trick.

How do you flip the image?

I want to flip the image in iMovie 8 but I don't see where it can be done. Is this a feature that you can't do in this version?

I can't remember if iMovie 08 had this or not, but if it does, it would be in the Clip Inspector with the Video Effects.

How can I mount iSight upside down and flip the image?

My Custom desk setup wont fit any of the given iSight mounts. The only way I can mount it is upside down but can;t find a way to flip the image...

I'll put in my 2 cents for this app. Works GREAT with iSight and QT Pro and iMovie HD. Seen it pop up on other apps (iChat for one) but rarely use it on for these few apps. Safari opens iGlasses for some reason... Anyone know why?

Taking Screen Shot and it is flipping the images????

Hello, I have a new iMac G5 with iSight and its acting really strange when taking a screen shot.
I press command + shift + 4 and take a screen shot of part of the screen and it creates a folder called 'flipped images' on the desktop and saves the images flipped horizontally???
( I'm using OS 10.4.3)
anyone had this before? or know how to change it back?

I have a program that creates a web page that has an object tag with a call to a program and that program delivers a PDF file. When my users want to save that image the name of the image is a random name. Is there any way to make the plug-in, Adobe, use the meta tag Title or any other infromation that my program can provide, as image (file) name to be used for saving the image. (the initial suggested name)? I really appreciate your help.

My iPad fell off the bed. Now when I turn it on there is a red backlight and then the images come on, but they are not like before. The picture colors are distorted. Can this problem be rectified?

Having problems with my iPad after it fell of the bed. When I turn it on there is a red backlight, then the screen comes on. Even then the page does not look right. Images are distorted and there are patches of red in the images. What does this mean? Can the problem be rectified?

I would take it to the Apple store but some people have been having luck holding their iPad upside down and smacking it on it's back. Be careful, good luck.

I shared a folder of 100 images with a friend. She commented on the images she would like edited. Is there an easier way to view the photos she commented on, other than clicking on each image to view the activity?

Camera app that doesn't flip the image

Hello guys, does anyone know an app in the app store that doesn't mirror the image?
The app also needs to be free.

I'm pretty sure that regardless of which camera app is used, the photos always end up on the "camera roll", and will therefore be treated equally by the OS. I'd suggest a separate camera for your amputated fingertips.

Is there a way to reset all of the images in my library

Hello All. I am New to Lightroom and accidentally imported every image on my hard drive. This includes photo's and CGI images that I created in my rendering programs. Now everything is a mess and unorganized. also, some new images do not show up in the library. Can I reset and start from scratch? Thanks in advance for any help in this area. Mean while, I shall continue to look through the help menus.

Here are 2 ways to "start over":
1. remove all photos (or all extraneous photos anyway) from existing catalog (e.g. all photos collection, ctrl/cmd-a, then delete key).
2. create a new catalog (see file menu).
It sounds like #2 would be best for you, so you don't have extraneous keywords in your catalog etc.
