No, there isn't, but if there's a store which sells Macs nearby, you may be able to try it out there.

is there a free trial for iworks numbers?

NVM about free install of iWorks... I just checked and you had to activate it in september of 2013 in order to get it free it looks like.  But still try using icloud.com
    >www.icloud.com
         >enter email address or id for itunes/apple account
         >enter password for account
         >it should give you options to use numbers, keynote, pages, calanders, reminders, contacts, ect.
I hope this will help clarify

  • Hi, I would like to know how can I recover a document from pages that I didn't save anytime and instead of clicking the button save I clicked the delete button at the end. Is there any way to recover it?

Hi, I would like to know how can I recover a document from pages that I didn't save anytime and instead of saving the doc I clicked the delete button. Is there any way to recover it?

Regardless of application, the first step that I take is to save and name the current document — even if it has no content yet. With Pages, this good habit enables autosave. As you add content, your document revision history is restorable via the File Revert To menu. The delete key has the same document foreboding as only teaching a pet raven to speak "Nevermore."

I have had lightroom for awhile and would like to know how to update to lightroom 5 and how much it will cost

You can buy an upgrade to 5 for $79 from the Adobe store: Products. You can buy it for a few dollars cheaper (not counting tax and delivery) from Amazon and other places online.
When you install 5 and start it, it will make a copy of your 4 catalog and convert it to version 5 (leaving the 4 catalog untouched): Lightroom catalog FAQ.

  • Is there a free Trial for Photoshop CS6? [was:hi]

um i want to know if there is a free trial for photoshop cs6? i want to try it out before i buy it

I already have CS6 and CC installed so I cannot test it, myself, but try this:
    Go to:  http://creative.adobe.com/#products/photoshop
And on that page, change the dropdown from Photoshop CC to Photoshop CS6 and choose Download Photoshop CS6 at the top and see what happens.  For me it started up the Create Cloud installer with PS-CS6 (and PS-CC) already up-to-date, but for you it might do something different.

i would like to be able to insure that when i import a CD into i-Tunes that all tracks from that CD go into a single file for that album in their proper order regardless of whether or not there is a featured artist on one or two tracks or whatever. i recentl;y imported an All Time Low CD into i-Tunes for my daughter and because one song featured a guest artist i-Tunes placed that song in a seperate folder and so when i synced my daughters i-Pod Touch that one track is not with the rest of the tracks form the album and has to be listened to seperately. The song is from the same album and should be where it belongs with the rest of that album so she can listen to the entire album with the tracks in the proper order. I am sure that this can be done i just don't know how.

Edit the Name of the problem song to Name [Feat. Guest]
Change the Artist of that song to All Time Low

What you want cannot be done. iTunes has its quirks, and the above is the kind of workaround needed to make the media display sensibly on any device. The article I pointed you to has others that you may find useful in future.

  • I've just deactivated my itunes account from my Mac, as I'm selling it and don't want it left on the computer. My music however is still there and i would like to know how yo remove it without deleting from my itunes account. My computer is a MAC G5.

I am selling my desktop and want to delete all my itunes music from my computer/desktop, but without deleting it from my actual itunes account account. I deauthorized my account from my computer (Power Mac G5 with OS X Leopard), however when I returned to my music page/index, it was all still there (even though I've deactivated my account and also logged out of itunes). When I tried to delete my music, a warning message popped up, stating that my music from ALL of my apple devices will be removed if I proceed with the action,
Can anyone tell me how to simply remove all my itunes info from my computer, but without it affecting the rest of my devices and the account itself.
    thanks,
    Alex

iTunes menu Store > Sign out of iTunes Match the n Sign in to iTunes Match.
but it wont let me do it from my actual user account on my macbook.
    Why not?

Assistanttolindsey the Adobe Download Assistant will download the installation files for Adobe Acrobat Professional XI.  By default they are saved to your download folder.  You can begin the installation process from there.

  • Free Trial of iWork '08

I downloaded the free trial of iWork '08 3 days ago, and I went to save a keynote file I was working on and the program said that my 30 day trial was over. I had just downloaded and installed the update for numbers, so I'm not sure if that's what triggered this bug...does anyone know how I can continue with the free trial? I'm still not convinced I need '08 (as I have '06), but I'd like to keep trying it out for a few more days.

Hello, it would not be a system glitch, but a Apple mistake. If you use many spreadsheets, documents and like impressive displays, printouts and presentations iWork`08 is a good deal. I use it every day, the new Pages interface is much easier to manipulate. I think ti has more educational and business applications. The normal user would not need to upgrade.

  • Free trial for a novice?

I'd like to use a free trial of photoshop or elements, but I only have OS 10.7.5 and it says that I need 10.8. Are there any free trials that are compatible? Thanks for any help. I'm a novice.

You can download trial versions thru the site linked below.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

As far as compatibility goes, here's a page you can analyze to see where your system might be suitable for Photoshop...
    Photoshop - http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html
If you intend to purchase what you trial, you are not likely to find it available thru Adobe unless it is the most current version.
