Is there a future for Firefox on the Mac Power PC platform (such as G4 and G5)?

I just bought a PowerMac dual G5, because I didn't see a point going to the Intel based ones, as I could just buy a PC at that point. I was hoping that Mozilla would keep making a browser for the PowerPC based Mac's running 10.5. Seems everyone is discontinuing application support for the PowerPC version of Mac OS 10.5. I wanted to know if there was one in the works or not. I know mozilla is still supporting Windows XP, which is a much older operating system than Mac OS 10.5.

3.6.x versions are the last from Mozilla for PPC's.

In Desktop firefox I think hooking into file download action can be done via nslDownloadManager. Is there an equivalent for firefox mobile?

So, I'm not sure if I have the answer to your question, but the downloads manager has changed in the new Firefox 14 (which is currently in Nightly).
So, you might download Firefox for Android from http://nightly.mozilla.org to see if the downloader does what you're thinking to create in your add-on.
I think you would want to create your add-on for the new native version anyways, since it is soon to be released and basically changes everything. We are hoping it will go to beta in the coming weeks, so nightly will change quite a bit each day between now and then and is still unstable.

Is there a preloader for Firefox version 25 to run at boot that makes the program load faster when you go to use it? I think the preloader versions that I've found are for older versions of Firefox.

The attachment is an .xls excel 97-2003 spreadsheet. I viewed the file in the email and did not edit it with any software. I can forward the file to anyone that is may want to check it out to see if they can help me. I was wondering if there was some way of forcing another ios6 install on my phone and maybe that would solve it.

Apps on the iPhone are sandboxed. That means they only have access to their own files. They cannot see the files of other apps or of the system. This is for security reasons.
There are some apps that present a list of files, like Air Sharing, for you to manage, but there is nothing like the Finder.

When I try to open a procedure saved in a text file with .sql extension, the editor does not show the options those are available when I open directly from the database e.q Collapsible option at the side of evert proceure/function, IF statements and LOOPing constructs.
Am I missing something or the feature isn't there yet.

When Firefox crashes, the tabs return, but I have to start (and remember) where I was in each video?

I often have a dozen vids open, and am some distance into each of them... 5 minutes, 10 mins, whatever. Firefox (or my system) crashes. The tabs restore - but each of the vids is at the beginning. Is there a way for Firefox to remember exactly how far into each of these dozen or 2 dozen vids I was when the crash occurred - and then return me to that point?

There is no way to know for Firefox where a video was interrupted because of that crash. Such videos are played by a plugin that loads the files.
You will have to find the cause of the crashes and fix that as crashes shouldn't happen.
You can try a new profile with no extensions enabled (check that in Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) and only the (Flash) plugin enabled that is used to play those videos. to see if that works.
You can also try to disable Out-Of-Process-Plugins for Flash.

Thanks but I think it has something to do with the 'restore'. in the newest iTunes 11, when I click on the tab "iphone", it redirects me to the "welcome to your new iphone" page and asks about doing a 'restore'. I already did a 'restore', but it went to the original factory settings and I want to 'restore' to my lastest back up as of April 12. When I choose that option, it says my iphone doesn't have enough space. I don't know how much I need to delete in order to make it work. I've deleted lots, but it only has 4.1 GB available. I'm not sure why this isn't enough to do a 'restore'. I don't want to delete all my photos and videos, but maybe I will have to?...7.7GB is used up for that. I can't sync or do ANYTHING...

It is usually impossible to get the MAC address of the maker of a HTTP request in any programming language or system.
At best, you can get the MAC of the closest intervening router, firewall, whatever.
Are you sure you mean the MAC address? MAC looks like this: 8:ab:f0:0:71:bb:90 (Ethernet), or 01-23-45-67-89-ab (Token Ring), etc, depending on your network type.
In contrast, an IP address looks like this: 209.249.116.195. If you want the IP address, check out the javadoc for HttpServletRequest and ServletRequest. Caveat: load balancers, web caches, proxy servers, etc will mask the "true" peer's address. Don't do anything silly like try to use the IP address for security or authentication.
