Is there a interface problem between Firefox browser & turbo tax

Have been using Firefox as my browser for a few years and like it very much.
Have also been using Turbo Tax for eight years...never a problem
This year I get into a perpetual loop with Turbo Tax. Their solutions haven't worked consistently.
They want me to change browser...I don't want to
Feel problem is their reinitialization software and not a browser issue.
Have any of your Firefox users reported a similiar problem ???

Is the problem with the TurboTax desktop software, or TurboTax Online?
I believe the desktop product uses IE under the covers, so Firefox should not be a factor.
For the online product, if they don't fully support Firefox, I suppose you might need to use IE for the site. However, it might be a settings or add-ons issue.
(There was a report last month about a security issue that could prevent access to the online product, but it doesn't sound as though you're having that issue: [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1045253 Please tell me how to fix this problem so this error msg stops & I can sign into the website it occurs on.])

Tableview problem on firefox browser

Hi,
We faced with a problem while using firefox browser on linux client.
The problem is browser cannot send selected item index into the BSP
application in OnInputProcessing event, but we do not have any problem
with IE7, on the same process. We are running on 6.20 with patch level
58 on ABAP stack. Anyone faced with this problem?

The school says that it is a problem with firefox version 7, I can not begin to express how difficult it makes for me to submit my work. I hope you get it fixed soon so that we all at Kaplan can submit our homework.

This is the second time I have been unable to open Firefox after an update. On both occassions nothing is displayed (no splash screen, nor errors). A firefox.exe task is then shown in Task Manager.

I do not recall being aproblem with iOS 6 but with 7 I think yes.

I was having problems with Firefox browsing VERY SLOW, and since Mozilla doesn't have support for Mac users, there was no solution to this problem. I have switched to CHROME and WOW this browser if FAST!.

There is a problem with Firefox (38.0) about browser

When I load Firefox (38.0) it only displays 2 boxes no text 1 black and 1 white. But it acts normal when I use it in safe mode. But it gets really annoying when you have to shift + double click at the same time

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

There is a problem with firefox find option in new version ! i have noticed after updating to the new version the find option has become case sensitive

Now the find option in the firefox page which can be activated by pressing F3 is Case sensitive and this caused me a lot of problems

Sorry, that "mail" thing isn't a standard part of Firefox. Seek support from the developer of the add-on you have installed that added that feature to Firefox. Support contact information should be on the download page for that extension.

That "test" only implies a number is incorrect in the add-on, nothing more should be read into that message.
Norton, and many other security software vendors, don't usually support pre-release Beta version web browsers. Firefox only checks the '''maxVersion''' specified in the install.rdf file for the extension that is installed in Firefox, which is a very minor point as far as "compatibility" goes, and that is "set" by the developer of the add-on. The burden for true compatibility is on the developer.

Column Problems Between Firefox and Explorer

First, I apologize if this is something that has been posted.
The search function doesn't seem to be working, so I've been unable

I have been having problems with unresponsive script errors in Firefox, in both normal and Safe modes. I got the idea that one of my background programs could be causing the problem, so I disabled all of them and then enabled them individually. Enabling Zone Alarm did not cause a problem, so I enabled Carbonite. Sure enough, the unresponsive scripts returned, in both normal and Safe modes. Is there a known issue between Firefox and Carbonite that causes unresponsive scripts and, if so, what can I do about it short of disabling Carbonite? Thanks for any help!

Is there a plug-in for Firefox 4.01 that allows tabs to open at the end? Millions of people do multiple searches on eBay and Craig's List - it is a pain to have to look at the results after each search instead of reviewing them when the searches are done

The the only answer I have found to this question does not apply to Firefox 4.01. The Plug-in for allowing tabs to open at the end that works in older versions of Firefox does not work in 4.01. I would like to know if there is a plug-in that works for 4.01 or when or if we can expect one.

Ajax + problem with Firefox

I am new to Ajax world. I have following lines of code that works fine on IE and Eclipse internal Browser but when i tried testing on Firefox it did not work.

Yes, there a some problems between the browsers that causes every developer pain. A good site to help identifying browsers quirks is http://www.quirksmode.org.
I believe you need an array designation where the xrows element is defined, which looks like your root element. For example:
var xrows=xmldoc.getElementsByTagName('entry')[0];
If this isn't your root element, then you may want to try starting at the root element, then using it's childNodes property, extract the "entry" items.
This is assuming that you are you getting a valid xml document back in your response that has the entry item in it.
The error console of firefox may also help you find the problem. For advanced debugging, firebug is great and is located at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1843/
