Is there a mobile-friendly version of this website?

This community forum is really hard to use on an iPhone 6 or any similar sized screen as:
1). The font is tiny, so you have to zoom right in on the page to read anything, and then scroll around.
2). Something odd happens with the predictive text in the WYSIWYG form for creating or editing posts whereby the suggestions don't detect the space betwee the word you're typing and the preceeding word. Additionally, it frequently decides a word should begin with a capital letter, when there's no preceding full stop (period).
Is there a mobil-friendly version of the site I can use?

One would be very helpful (or even an app for that matter) I have iPod 5 and I have the same problem as you do. Text is way to small, the "Double letter" glitch, etc.

Neil has already mentioned the script that appears to be slowing things down on the BBA phones... perhaps we could actually have a mobile friendly version of the forum? I tried replying to a thread using my phone it was a complete nightmare and ultimately failed.

I do not believe so. Go phone is a US thing. Its At&t's pay as you go plan. It is much pricier.

How can I get some actual support on here??? I want to know why I put a lock on my phone, when it can B plugged in a comp and B locked, yet EVERYTHING is wiped off my phone, and there is no actual support on this website...I can do the same on FB!!!

I have owned an iPhone just 3 months, and been trying to be optimistic about it, and give it a chance, but I see this site is not run by Apple technicians. Wrong yet again. Apple has an 800 number and they have many retail stores and they have support articles that you can access using the search bar. Or you can contact them throgh express lane online

However for 3.6.19 it was needed for Windows and Linux users as the 3.6.19 was really for Mac OSX 10.7 Lion users in mind to fix some crash issues caused by certain fonts.

As for as I can tell, there is no iPhone or mobile phone friendly version of these Apple Discussions web site. Yes, the iPhone allows for an almost (minus Flash) full web experience unlike most other mobile phones. However, it sure would be nice if there was a mobile friendly version of this site. It would make it much easier to view the posts.
Is there already a mobile version of this site? If so, please let me know.

I don't believe that Jive Software, maker of the software that runs these forums, has any support for mobile devices as of yet. They alluded in their forums to some sort of future iPhone support back in August but I can't find anything further on the situation. Unless and until Jive comes out with support for mobile devices like the iPhone, there's nothing Apple can do.

Mobile friendly external calendar site

Hello all. I enabled Internet Calendar Sharing, and it works great. My question is, is there a mobile friendly version setup possible? Right now from Android, I have to use Firefox in desktop site mode, and for iPhones, only Chrome in desktop site mode works.
Default it gives and error, and Chrome on Android, nor Safari on iPhone work. I would really like to have some setup that works on all browsers, mobile or not. Is there something in IIS that can be setup? If this should be in the IIS forums, please let me
know.

Mobile websites need to use a responsive design whose width varies to suit the width of the various devices. Unfortunately, iWeb can't do this.
Contact forms for mobile users are pretty much the same as for standard websites. The form width needs to be less than about 300px for smart phonesl.
Here's some example designs where you can see how the forms work. The submit button needs to be large enough for a finger tip.

Apple has an overview page of available webapps under http://www.apple.com/webapps - but ironically, the page itself is just a plain web page. Is there an iPhone friendly version? (Or is there any iPhone friendly Apple page??)

I have tried 'Open with' and the version of the program now installed on my computer isn't even suggested as an option and when I browse for it, the file wont open with it anyway

On Windows (don't know about Mac), the latest version will always take over the file association, and become the default for indd files. It's impossible to change it.
But there is a plugin for ID that makes this possible. Never tried it myself.

it has worked fine no problems till i updated it i tried restoring itwith my old backup but it doesnt move the ios back so it just keeps on craching when i try to unlock it

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

Absolutely INFURIATING.
I have spent absolute hours building a photo album for the first year or my sons life. Sorting through quite literally thousands and thousands of images. Got a brilliant looking album using 177 of them.
Now everytime I try to check out it won't get past page 1 of building the book.
It says the following "There is a problem with the photo with the filename "null". The full resolution version of this photo either cannot be located or is corrupt. Please replace this photo or delete it from your book.".
The images all look perfect. I have even tried taking them out and re adding the first page images from the library.
Same problem.
This is so annoying. So far I have NOT been happy with this iphoto application having nothing but problems with missing thumbnails. Corrupted images. Things that have never happened to me using a windows machine.

Do the filenames contain special characters, like "ä,ü,..." or white space or are the vry long? Is there anything special about the image format? Try to export the edited versions in that case and reimport it with a different, shorter filename.
For testing, create a new book with only the images you want to check.
If this does not fix it, try rebuilding. Depress the option and command keys, launch iPhoto and rebuild the library.
