Ive sent the email for help, and have yet to get a reply. I cant log into my account, when I do the "Forgot Password" I dont get that email either. I get nothing!!! Has my giftcard too, and I guess Im out that!

There might be something there that is at least similar to the app your looking for.
edit: There is one shareware that is an iTunes plugin called Multi-tunes. With it you can create multiple iTunes libraries, one library called "Main" one called "Bootlegs" etc, and Multi-Tunes will allow you to quickly switch between them from within the iTunes window. Not exactly what your looking for but close.

HT3702 is there a number to call about fraudulent purchases?

My bank account statement shows two purchases from the itunes store, and then my bank card was placed on hold and i was unable to purchase anything with my bank card. this purchase was not done by me. is there a number to call to find out who actually received or placed the order? or to even cancel the order?

the unfortunate thing is is that I tried that NUMEROUS times (to sign on at mac.com) and it just tell me that the member name/password is invalid.
I had an EMAIL only account with my .mac account that allowed me to renew ... but my main account is not working properly.
I cant even access ANY renew pages. Whats interesting is that my renewal came up back in March and I paid it so i'm thinking something else is up.

I have a message on my Ipad that states my IOS has crashed due to a 3rd party. It refers to my tablet as a phone (sorry, don't have an Iphone. It gives a number to call for support but I know it's a scam. Is there a solution to get rid of it as it has locked up my Safari.

1. Reset the iPad
   Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on your iPad,
   simultaneously press and hold down the “Home” button” until the screen turns off.
   Turn it back on.
2. Clear information from your device
   iOS 7

I have waited for 39 hours for a response from support team with no reply. I can get any of my credit cards to be accepted with itunes. Somthing is wrong on apples side of things..been to apple store and they could not help either. this is crappy. I am one of the biggest apple fans but this is one side of apple that really *****. CAN'T TALK TO A LIVE HUMAN FROM ITUNES? Give me a break.

I agree completely endive! I've been fighting for days trying to get some help with a technical problem and apparently, you can't get help from Apple without paying out the nose. The problem I'm having is due to an update they recommended which I installed and now have no sound in itunes!
I too love Apple products. I hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, their customer service after the sale! The are just as bad as Microsoft.

Is there a suggested directory structure for iTunes? I have moved my library around several times (what with new machines, etc.) and I find that I have two app libraries in different locations and I think it is the problem behind a refusal to sync issue I'm having with my iPad.

I'll see your Tb and raise you some - the truth is, almost every major revision and data migration from MBP to MBP and now back to a MP has caused replication of folders in the strangest of places, none of which I have consciously created - I mean, why would anyone except out of self-focused spite want to create three different sets of apps folders - to say nothing of the interminable Compilations folders that sprout from no where in particular!
I could understand the issue if I was careless or a complete neophyte, I only moved to the Apple platform about 6 years ago, (even though I've been using the platform since 1987) when I went to work for the company.
iTunes I think is a little like a cat - it recognises my lingering, subyle antipathy and rolls all over me just to mess with my head!

How is it possible to set the maximum number of calls and busy trigger for a line on a sip phone in SRST .There is no commands like dual-line or octo-line for the max-dn like under call-manager-fallback .

So is the answer then that there is no way for a SIP phone in SRST mode to handle multiple calls? I have a site currently failed over in SRST mode, and I have noticed that the reception phone can only handle one call at a time. If I place a second call to it I get a busy signal.

Is there a song limit capacity for iTunes?

I've been having issues with iTunes ever since I passed the 50,000 song mark. At more than double that, 100,000+, iTunes has been very slow and very frustrating to work with. I would rather load the songs onto my iPod and listen to them from there than listen to them in iTunes. Hitting the pause button has taken up to 30 seconds before iTunes responds.
All my tunes are located on an external 2TB USB 2.0 Hard drive. This could be part of the issue which I would understand, but iTunes is slow even when the hard drive is not connected and I am working with it.
Hope I can figure this out soon, maybe I just need a faster Mac? I have 4 GB RAM, more RAM?

I'm not sure i understand, is ALL of your music located on the external? And if so, do you listen to it without moving it to your iTunes library, if so, depending what connection you have to your external hard drive that could judge the speed at which itunes responds because of the path it has to take to start/stop and find the song. If not, it could just be that your computer is being overloaded by media.

Can't I get my old iTunes that I have purchased downloaded from Apple? I don't have the old computer anymore. Also, is there a number to call if I think I have more than one account and would like them to consolidate my accounts?

I have two problems:
1. I no longer have my old computer and want to download the iTunes I have purchased in previous years. Aren't they all in "the cloud?"
2. I think I have more than one account and would like to get them combined. Is there a good number or email to Apple that I could get that done?

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Have you failed to do this?

I am having trouble using the report a problem thru ITunes. Selected report a problem but just not sure it has been reported. Did this last Friday and have heard nothing from Apple.

There is no official phone support for the iTunes Store, but you can try calling Apple technical support, explain about your vision problem, and see if they can find out anything for you. If you'll post what country you're in, we can give you the appropriate phone number if you don't have it already.

I have often found that to be a more reliable way of getting through to the iTunes Store than is the "report a problem" feature within iTunes. There are several steps to get through with Express Lane, though, so it may be difficult with a screen reader.
