If you purchase a membership from a retailer or online store and have not redeemed it within the first 30 days of purchase, you can return it to the retailer or online store for a full refund.     Nothing personal to you or Rajshee, but this is exactly why I absolutely despise these "community forums" (not just Adobe but any company).  I called the Tech Support phone line today after digging and digging for a phone number, and they told me the exact opposite, and they did it a lot faster than it was possible to get a forum response.  (That's really not personal, because you can't control that, but it's a fact.)
    Their answer: As long as I'm signed in with the same ID, I can try, say, Photoshop CC on my iMac at home and also try Acrobat Pro CC on my Windows 7 machine at work.  Same account, same login, one trial.
    This makes complete sense to me as I'm financially on the hook (potentially) for the same package.  If I give away my login to someone else, which I wouldn't do, I'm still on the hook.  This is why the cloud approach to software is such genius and I applaud it.
    BTW, 99% of the "community forum" wrong answers come on Microsoft sites, so don't feel bad.

    I have a fully companies annual subscription of 69.99 a month.
    but I can only download the 30-day trial versions.
    and if I want to put on them completely firedamp should I enter a redemption code. could it be that the code later emailed word?

  • Is there any way the Creative Cloud desktop app can indicate which Market items have already been downloaded?

    Hi, I'm not sure whether this is a general issue with the Creative Cloud desktop app, or something is going wrong with my installation, but I receive seem to receive no indication that I have already downloaded an item when I open CC --> Assets --> Market. Looking in my Libraries, I now find some items I've downloaded up to 4 times. Is there some indication I am missing? Is my installation of CC desktop messed up? Or should I suggest that there should be some indication of whether an item has been downloaded or not on that Market page in the app? Even when I go specifically to downloaded items, none of those items has the cloud with the arrow icon grayed out. The only time that icon grays out is when I download the item and keep that page/window open to download other items. As soon as that page/window is closed, the next time I open it, all icons are no longer grayed out, so I no longer have a clue as to what I downloaded unless I open my libraries in my browser. Seems a bit primitive.

    Hi Elba, Thank you for your time and effort in researching this. Unfortunately, the above method you describe is more than a little awkward. When one shows the Downloaded window, as you illustrate, that greys out all the individual categories. So, if I were looking for brushes, I'd have to check if I already had it by going to the downloaded window, then navigate back to brushes by first going to Featured or Recent, and then to Brushes, (even All Categories is not clickable, though it looks active). I'd also need to have a very, very good memory, or be going back and forth very often, with how close some brushes appear, and how similar their names are.
    Instead, in a browser window, I go to my library from my adobe.com page, so I can see what brushes I have while the window where I can download brushes is open:
    However, this still seems awkward to me. Adobe could grey out the icons to indicate they had already been downloaded, while still allowing them to be clickable and downloadable. I guess more code would be needed. I see examples of this every day in both Apple's app store, and Google's play store. For that matter, even the Adobe CC desktop app itself informs me of what Desktop Apps I have installed on each computer, and even whether they need to be updated. I guess, though, the situation for all of those is a bit different, not being quite so cloud-based.

    i downloaded this app but note after using it and saving work to created cloud the artwork created in no loaded editable at all on PS touch or abobe photoshop on a PC is there anyway in which i can get refund for this as i feel that this app is very mis leading.

    Please try Share > Upload to Creative Cloud (entry only available if Sync is Off!) and choose format = PS Touch (psdx).
    On a desktop browser download the file as psdx.
    Install the "Touch App Plugins" from https://creative.adobe.com/ and open the psdx in Photoshop.

    On the new install with a default Logic Project, kernal_task (activity monitor) shows 600% CPU usage when ideling (no audio or midi playing.
    Logic using 600% or total CPU at 600%?
    If it's total CPU usage and not Logic itself.. check for a runaway mdworker routine... caused by a spotlight bug thats been longstanding and never totally fixed... Resolve by stopping the MDworker routine and then exclude all drives from spotlight.. and add back in just the system drive. Wait a couple of hours for spotlight to properly reindex the system drive and then test with Logic to see if CPU usage drops down to normal levels...
    If it's Logic that is using 600% then something very weird is going on that is specific to your system or install as that simply isn't normal behaviour even with using just the internal hardware and CoreAudio.

    OK, I downloaded creative cloud in order to get the free trial of Photoshop, while inside the creative cloud i installed Photoshop, it say's it's done downloading, but how do i open up Photoshop?
    I can't find it in my library and when i'm inside the cloud program i can't just click the Photoshop picture to open it..

  • Creative Cloud signs me out every day

    Creative Cloud has started signing me out every time I start my computer. The sign in dialog doesn't work, it only shows the sign in button but no input fields. To fix this I need to stop CC and go to to the C:\Users\yourUserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder, then delete the file named "opm.db", then start again to log in. I have to do this EVERY DAY! It is highly annoying.

  • Creative Cloud sites expire in 30 days?

    I created a Creative Cloud site for a one page wedding site. In my partner portal it says it expires in one month? Does it automatically renew as long as you are subscribed or is it no longer free after 30 days?

    I have to respectfully disagree, Liam. For temporary sites that are in development yes, but live sites that I don't have any reason to have to log in to the back end for months or even a year. To have to login once a month just to keep a client site alive seems a bit ridiculous? So if I happen to be away or forget to login to a client site what happens? It goes away? Thats not cool.
    Should it not be live if you have pushed it live and assigned a domain name to it and everything as long as you are subscribed to the Creative Cloud?
