Is there a photo voltaic power source component for multisim 11?

i am looking for a component for a photovoltaic cell source.does multisim 11 have anything like this.

the best explination of the curcuit equivalent of a photo(solar cell) seems to be found in wiki
solar cell perameters to out put current and voltage
I = output current (amperes)
IL = photogenerated current (amperes)
V = voltage across the output terminals (volts)
RS = series resistance (Ω).
I0 = reverse saturation current (amperes)
n = diode ideality factor (1 for an ideal diode)
q = elementary charge
k = Boltzmann's constant
T = absolute temperature
RSH = shunt resistance (Ω)
then the edffected based on physical size of the cell
J = current density (amperes/cm2)
JL = photogenerated current density (amperes/cm2)
J0 = reverse saturation current density
(amperes/cm2)
rS = specific series resistance (Ω-cm2)
rSH = specific shunt resistance (Ω-cm2).
not sure if this helps i will check with my professor on this matter as well.

  • OData Source Component for SSIS 2012 for OData v4

    Is there any word on an OData Source component for OData v4?
    So far as I can tell, the recently released version only supports OData v2 and v3.

    Hi Schreckick,
    According to your description, you want to use OData Source component for Odata V4 in SSIS, right?
    Based on my research, this is not support currently as Arthur said. If you have any concern about this feature, you can submit a feedback at
    http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/Feedback and hope it is resolved in the next release of service pack or product. Your feedback enables Microsoft to make software and services the best that
    they can be, Microsoft might consider to add this feature in the following release after official confirmation.
    Thank you for your understanding.

  • No Photo tab under source list for 3rd generation ipod nano

    I have a 2nd generation ipod nano and recently purchased a 3rd generation ipod nano. I have the latest version of itunes, however, there is no photo tab under the source list. How am I supposed to import my photos?

    I am a brand new ipod user and I have not been able to find the summary, music videos and photos tabs. I have gone into every tab up on the Itunes tool bar and poked around but still can't find it. No such page opens up when I connect the nano. Can someone please help?
    Thanks in advance.

  • Is there away around the Power adaptor icon for my ipod?

    I did a factory reset on my iPod today b.c i have been having trouble syncing up the ipod using iTunes. I used the latest firmware updater from Apple btw.
    So when the factory reset was complete the app told me to plug the iPod into it's power supply, but I don't have one!
    Now the ipod has the Power adaptor Icon on it because it's waiting to be pluged in, is there a way around this? I'm using an Apple USB cable if that makes any difference.
    Thanks, Tim

    Connect the iPod to your computer with a FireWire cable if your computer has a 6-pin FireWire port, or use a car adaptor, or try the option on this page.

  • Using lighter adapter as power source safe for MBP?

    Hi everyone,I had a question about lighter adapters for cars and using my MBP with them. I'm scheduled for a 14 hour road trip on Thursday and have a lot of work to do that requires more than the three hour battery life that I get from my Mac. My brother has a lighter adapter that acts as a "wall outlet" in that you can connect your AC supplies to it, etc. This is all well known probably. But my question is this, is it safe to use these adapters (I don't want to blow up my computer or mess up the battery) and does anyone have any experience with them?
    Thanks in advance.

    I don't know what a magsafe is. My wife bought this for another purpose: http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=122461
    Can I plug my MacBook Pro power cord into it and use in the car? Or do I need to go to a mac store and buy something from them?

  • SSIS 2012 - Double quote charcter in data does not allow to load flat file to source component

    Hello everyone,
    I've created a source component for flat file data.
    This file contains data the column data in double quotes. Like,
    First Name Last Name
    "Ankit"       "Shah"
    The text qualifier is double quote for source file connection.
    When I do have data like below, it does not able to load the source file. And throws an error "The column delimiter for column was not found"
    First Name Last Name
    "Ank"it"       "Shah"
    Can anybody please advise how to resolve this problem?
    Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Any 'Power On' button for the Apple Pro keyboard?

    Any 'Power On' button for the Apple Pro keyboard?
    It is possible to boot the Mac mini without pressing its rear power button? There is a handy 'Power On' button for the Apple Keyboard named 'i-Cue' (see below), but it no longer works with the new Macs (G5 and Mactel).
    A shame that Apple removed the power button of their keyboards years ago. So, what I am looking for is something similar to this, but working with the new Macs:
    USB Boot Dongle (i-Cue) for Mac
    Allows you to work with your G3 or G4 mini tower hidden out of the way
    You can have your Mac under the desk, yet it can be easily turned on from the keyboard position. Simply clips on to the Apple Pro Keyboard
    Includes 1.8m pass-through USB cable.
    http://www.lindy.com/uk/productfolder/03/32/32871/index.php
    Thanks.

    To do this, though, it would require that you just
    switch off the power to the Mac rather than going
    through it's shutdown procedure. Pulling the power on
    a running computer may cause all sorts of problems
    and should be avoided unless it's absolutely
    necessary to do it.
    I'd agree with that most certainly - though the old G4 would allow itself to be shut down and then have the remote power switch thrown. I've not had reason to test whether a mini would, or would simply immediately attempt a restart.
    Thanks for jumping in though to make that point - it's crucial not to overlook the dangers of improper shutdowns.

  • Source List for MRP Area

    Is there a possibility to maintain source list for MRP purposes
    at storage Location level? We receive requirements from a couple
    of our subsidaries and we were consolidating this to be a single
    requirement for our suppliers, however this has changed we have
    to now show each subsidary's requirements individually. We
    currently only use a single plant, previously we created
    additional plants for this and maintained a separate source list
    for each. Is this the best way to represent and run MRP for each
    subsidary? Thanks.

    Dear Kennedy,
    Source list for Storage Location level not possible!!
    An MRP area represents an organizational unit for which you can perform material requirements planning separately.
    An MRP area can include one or several storage locations of a plant or a subcontractor. You can define MRP areas in a plant.
    By defining MRP areas, you can perform MRP for each area. This means the right quantity of materials can be provided on time for each area, such as a production line, a storage location for spare parts, or subcontractor stock.

  • Power Management Driver for Windows 8.1 missing (G510)

    Hello,
    There is no lenovo power management driver for windows 8.1 listed in the support page. There is only a version for windows 8 available. I need that driver and i need to have it. My laptop is the G510. When will the new version of the software be released? It's a new laptop and it should be fully compatible.
    Till then, will installing windows 8 version of the program cause problems?
    Thanks

    I will . Hope that Lenovo will do as needed. Anyone know a better way to be heard by Lenovo and get an answer for this issue?

    You can't do it via USB because USB doesn't provide that function. When the computer is off, there is no power on the USB, so nothing connected to the USB can do anything when the computer is off. Earlier Macs that had this function used a modified USB. Newer Macs use standards USB, probably starting with the introduction of USB 2.0 to the Mac.
    Why not put the Mac to sleep, instead of shutting it down? The power consumption is about the same, and you can wake it from the keyboard.

  • Render component for painting without adding it to window resource?

    I am creating a printing utilitiy for my applications that involves using a component renderer similar to many of the java classes. Ideally, I would like to do the following:
    class PainterComponent extends JPanel implements PagedDocumentPainter {
      void paintDocument(PagedDocument doc){
         Graphics2D g2 = doc.getCurrentPage().getGraphics();
         this.paint(g2);
         //do any additional rendering
    }For some reason the component above is not renderable (does not have a size) until it is first added to a JFrame or other window resource.
    Is there a way to prepare this component for rendering without using a GUI resource? setSize does not work.
    Thank you!
    Edited by: jayse.brock on Mar 10, 2008 11:06 PM

    I've only ever worked with building Swing applications which take care of the painting for me- all I have to do is tell them (the Components) where to be placed.
    I've just recently started working with the Graphics class, and for my first experiment I'm making a GraphicsTester class that is basically a JFrame. I do not add anything to the JFrame.
    However, I have a class MyShape,
        class MyShape extends Component {
            // Fields
            public final static int SQUARE = 0;
            private int type;
            // Constructors
            private MyShape(int type, int w, int h) {
                super();
                this.type = type;
                Dimension size = new Dimension(w, h);
                setPreferredSize(size);
                setMinimumSize(size);
                setSize(size);
            // Methods
            public synchronized Point getLocation() {
                return super.getLocation();
            public void paint(Graphics g) {
                switch (type) {
                    case SQUARE:
                        g.setColor(Color.BLACK);
                        g.drawRect(getLocation().x, getLocation().y, getSize().width, getSize().height);
                        g.fillRect(getLocation().x, getLocation().y, getSize().width, getSize().height);
                    default:
                        return;
        }Obviously I'm going to add more constant values that represent other shapes (TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, whatever) so I can test each one. The reason getLocation is synchronized is because I am implementing a way to 'move' the shape, and it involves multiple threads.
    Anywho, I draw this component using a render loop,
    while (!done) {
                    Graphics g = getGraphics();
                    shape.paint(g);
                    g.dispose();
    }I do not have to add my instance of MyShape (called shape ) to the JFrame to get it to be painted.
    It paints right where I set its location, and with the size I created it with (in the constructor).
    Don't know if that helps you, since I'm still designing this program, and I'm still a Graphics newbie too, but thought I'd share the experience.

  • Is there a MagSafe 2 compatible portable external power source for the retina display MacBook Pro?

    I’m using a retina display MacBook Pro with the MagSafe 2 connection.   I would like to have a portable external power source to extend the use of my laptop on long field trips where I am away from power sources. Swapping batteries is not an option for this generation of MacBook Pros.  There seem to be many options for PC’s and even iPhones/iPads/iPods but the MagSafe 2 connection seems to be the issue.  I saw one link that suggested buying an Apple MagSafe 2 power adapter and performing surgery on the power cord (using components provided by the vendor) so that the adapter would run on their back up battery.  I was hoping for a more esthetically pleasing solution. Any suggestions?  Does this product exist and I just missed it? Clearly, if a MagSafe(1) compatible external battery existed I could adapt that using the MagSafe to MagSafe 2 converter.

    Sparon,
    I wouldn’t recommend using an underpowered AC adapter with your MacBook Pro. It sounds as though the best solution would be to get a different laptop bag with a sufficiently large side pocket.

  • Is there a way to do a firmware update without being plugged into a power source?

    I have a Macbook 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and the indicator light on the Magsafe power cord is not lighting up. I know the cord works because I have tried it on a different computer but it is only this macbook that it doesn't work on. I have reset the SMC. I do need to do a firmware update but when I try to do the update it the firmware it will not let me update because the computer doesn't know that its connected to a power source. When I look at the battery life indicator on the right hand corner it says that its calculating but never changes.
    I was using the computer running on battery life and it turned off. I was able to turn the computer on. The computer powers on and off but i'm assuming its going to run the battery power. I don't have another battery to try on this computer. Are there any suggestions?
    Firmware update 1.4 is what i'm trying to install

    No

  • My iPod touch crashes. There is no rhyme or reason as to when the crash occurs. It will not reboot until reconnected to a power source. Once connected to a power source, it reboots and works well. When disconnected it will work then crash again.

    My Ipod Touch 4th generation (8gb, iOS 5.1) crashes for no apparent reason. There is no rhyme or reason to when the crash occurs.
    Once it crashes, the only way to reboot the iPod is to connect it to an external power source (computer or AC outlet). Once connected, it will reboot and operate normally.
    When disconnected from the power source, it will operate for a variable periods of time (maybe minutes, maybe hours) then crash again. It can't be rebooted until again attached to an external power source.
    Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Thanks for your help.....

    I hate to let you down. I live a long way from any Apple store, so I returned the iPod to the seller. I really don't know if I'll buy another.
    I know it's probably an isolated incident, but this kind of experience leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

    When I click 'Photos' under the source list, I can see all of the events as I labeled them. Is there a way to alphabetize them by name? It looks like that are in order by the date they were created. I've tried everything and can't figure it out, so any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Larry,
    thanks for the quick reply. I was able to alphabetize them in event view. I guess there's no way to alphabetize them in photos view?
