Is there a problem with FaceTime, can not connect. When dial it connects and drops. When friends are calling me they have calling message and I have connecting but it does not connect. Need help, face time is my life line.
Face time not working. When dialled it says connecting and drops immediately. When my friends calling it show connecting but it does not.
Is there a problem with face time. I am in south Africa, it was working perfectly up to Easter. Please help this is my life line.
There is a barely acknowledged issue. For Mac users Apple has released an update to the app, but for iOS users the recommendation is for users to update their ipad to the most recent operating system.
There may be a fix coming for iOS6 users (which seem to be many of those having problems) or there may not be. If your ipad isn't up to date then you can update it and see if that helps, or if you don't want to update then you may want to wait and see if there is either a fix or if it fixes itself.

Staying signed in at iCloud.com is not a problem for me. Try resetting your browser or emptying its cache. -
I bought and downloaded a few song on iTunes. Now I see that some of the songs were not completely downloaded and stops a few seconds into the song. I went back to the album but it does not give me an option to re-download. What do I do so that I can down

i had clicked some pics on tour but without taking backup i restore my old backup and now photos are gone. I had even try i phone photo recovery but it does not showing those photos i want those pics so deadly help me.

Until last July, the model identifier on every Intel Mac would tell you exact minimum and maximum expansion in terms of RAM, retail operating system, and any system specific required firmware updates, video and audio expansion capabilities, and patches for Wifi available. The serial number is only of consequence if you wish to date a Mac down to the week. This can help in determining system specific disks, available warranty, and exchange/repair program eligibility. Outside of that the year and month can usually be narrowed down to a six month period with model identifier alone on all except MacPros. So my question is, is it really that relevant for your needs?

My iPhoto library has suddenly disappeared from my computer.
When i click on iPhoto it tells me to choose my library or create a new one. However no library option appears. I have searched the computer for the library but it does not seem to exist anymore. I did not have time machine set up, so there is no back up. Is there any way i can retrieve my library?

Search for any file with "ThumbJPGSegment" in the name. If you added at least one image to your library, the library should contain a file with this name, see OldToad's post: Re: Since I updated to iPhoto 9.5.1, my library is not listed or available. How does one do a two way contacts sync between an iphone and outlook? Most of the community has answered as this to be "always so", but it does not work! Changes made on outlook get done in my iPhone, but it does not work the other way around!

I have uninstalled the flash player and installed it numerous times with no recognition by the Firefox plug-ins. I also have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it as well. I have also restarted my computer several times as well. The flash player is certainly installed but not working on Firefox. Thanks in advance for your help.

You have a different problem. Your screenshot shows "The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed".

when i turn on my ipad it say ipad disabled connect to itunes and i have it plugged into my computer but i tunes does not show any device shat do i do
You can try this first and see if it helps
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
If the iPad still is not recognized in iTunes you can try recovery mode. I hope that you have a backup that you can restore from.
Recovery Mode Instructions
Disconnect the USB cable from the iPad, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for iPad to turn off.
If you cannot turn off iPad using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the iPad turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, iPad should power on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the recovery mode alert that iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore iPad. -

Try using Firefox. Flash usually works on Firefox when it won't on Safari. I noticed that the Safari does not show the same version as Firefox does. Iwonder if that could be the problem. Safari on the left shows 10.1, Firefox show 10.3
