Is there a recovery way if the device did not have icloud but another device shared an itune account

Our daughter's ipod touch was stolen at school. We did not have icloud app on that device but our other daughter has
a matching ipod touch....both shared an itunes account. Is there anything that we can do to locate the stolen ipod? or
disable the stolen ipod?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello All, I have installed WDS/MDT2010 to deploying the Windows & operating system, it works with for most of my HP laptops models. When I deploy in ProBook 645 G1 it gives me foloowing error. A connection to the Deployment share could not be made.

Retry : Try again to connect to the deployment share or give up. I have download all the network driver available for this model and imported them in out of box driver,update the deployment share and run again but still having the same issue. Appreciate if any one can help me on this. Thanks

You will prbably had other sync setting than the default ones
Check if the option "Only sync marked songs" is checked.

If you are using Windows 7, go to:
Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features
Look for a program called 'Apple Mobile Device Support'
Right-click on it
Click 'repair'
Wait until the repair operation is complete, and voila, your problem should be solved, itunes will recognise your iphone/ipod once more. This worked for me.

If you install iOS 6 on the 4S, you can follow this by restoring the 4S from the iPhone 4 backup, or select Restore for the 4S which will install iOS 6 and after iOS 6 is installed, you will be prompted to restore from a backup. IPhone told me I needed to restore and update, also said the phone did not have an IMEI number. I tried to restore from iTunes but keep getting an error message.

Ok I need help. I went to use my phone, put in my passcode, emergency dial came up, then the phone said I didn't have an imei #. I hit the back button and then I was told I needed to restore and update using iTunes. I tried several times to do this and my phone is still not working. Sounds like you might need to take it to an Apple Store but if it is an iPhone 3G it would no longer be under warranty.
Looking at the Apple Store online you can get an iPhone 3GS from $49 on AT&T if it comes to having to get a new one. Your other option is second hand.

hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

How do I permanently get rid of the dummy call forwarding icon on my iPhone 5? I have done a reboot and reset and even an apple techy in the shop did not have a clue.

Each time my iPhone comes on the call forwarding icon appears, without operating this function. Have been into the Covent Garden shop where we did a reboot and reset and that appeared to fix it, for a couple of days. Now its back, any ideas anyone?

Using gmail - multiple copies of mail being written are forwarded to the trash -did not have this issue with 10.6.8 -

I have two Imacs - the master one is plugged in directly into the modem, it runs with 10.6.8 and works fine (this computer is not connected to Icloud)- the other is connected to a router which is connected to the master unit and the modem. that unit was upgraded to 10.9.4 and it is connected to Icloud - both Imacs use gmail accounts for e-mail.
The "slave" unit running on 10.9.4 creates multiple copies of mail being written and sends those copies to the trash file. We have had up to fifty copies of one e-mail in the trash. That computer worked fine under OSX10.6.8 - We have visited the apple store genius bar with this Imac, and consulted the apple phone support service to no avail.
while it does take a long time to transmit the e-mails, addressees get only one copy. Your help will be appreciated.

9/16/14 update - another call to apple phone support revealed that this is a known issue that has no solution at this time.
