Is there a relation between Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop Premier 12. I am presently attending a course on CS6. Is there a certain similitude between these 2 logiciels?

Is is possible to run Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop-CS6 CC simultaneously in the same computer?
For instance PSSC6 for batch processing and PSSC6-CC for image editing?You can run the 32bit and 64bit versions simulatanously just as you can of course run PS CS6 and PS CC at the same time, but you cannot run 2 instances of PS CS6 32bit at the same time for instance. That is not without some geek magic that isolates the processes from one another like using a virtual machine...

Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop 2014 CC -- Do I delete CS6 from my system?
I have owned Photoshop since version 3.0 and have always kept it up to date. When the subscription version of Creative Cloud became available, I switched to that and the CC kept my CS6 version up to date. Now, CC has it's own version, but continues to show that it is updating my CS6 version. I do understand the differences between 2014 CC and CS6...so that is not my question.
My questions are,
Should I, at this point, be deleting all my CS6 software from my computer even though I own these versions?
Is any of my licensing tied to the CC version?
Is there a value to keeping the CS6 versions?
Thank you.CS6 and CC and CC 2014 are all separate, independent applications and can reside on the same computer. If you used CS6 to upgrade to CC, you don't need to keep CS6 installed, but you may need the serial key if you need to reinstall CC.
I would wait until you are absolutely sure that all works OK for you in the new version and that you don't need any of the removed features before uninstalling anything. -
How can I get my Photoshop cs6 and photoshop cc to update?
After I downloaded the Creative cloud to my computer, it trys to update my photoshop apps but it keeps failing.

Welcome to the Community!
Both are different versions and from each other, CC being the newest version. You can install both and work on it, if haven't purchased then go for Photoshop CC.

Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC have religiously crashed all day today!..
Today's wonderful monitor all day today. I simply tried to open files... Several
It's not just Photoshop(s). It's Illustrator too!I did the updates today.
Anybody having or have had this issue before? This was pretty common 12 years ago but I knew how to fix it back then.

Sounds like something's gone wrong on your system, rather than in Photoshop. What have you installed / configured / changed coincident with the appearance of the problem?
Maybe you could consider doing a Windows system restore (accessible via "Recovery").

The biggest difference between Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC is that Photoshop CC is subscription-based--you have to subscribe to Adobe's Creative Cloud service to use it. Also, Photoshop CC includes new features that were not in Photoshop CS6.

Photoshop CS6 and CC freezing!
Both Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC are crashing about 1 minute after opening a file. Even if I just open the file and let it sit there doing nothing, the application gives me the beachball of death after 60 seconds or so. Any suggestions would be helpful, since I'm getting nothing done without Photoshop of some variety or other.
Mac Pro 2.8Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 12Gb RAM, 1 Gb NVidia, OSX 10.8.4OK, how about now... PS is hanging whenever I use the Text tool by the time I type the third character.
Edit: After the dump below - I deleted the PS font cache, then ran YASU to delete system font cache, etc. Same problem.
Turned off Font Preview and it that seems to have fixed it - at least I can actually use the type tool now.

Only free or purchased apps from the iTunes store can be used on Apple's iDevices. Will iPhoto do what you want? There are other photo editing apps in the iTunes store.

Using Photoshop CS6 and after printing approx. 10 cards on an Epson R3000 printer the program gives me a dialog box saying "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents." Even after closing and reopening the program, the print command is greyed out so I cannot select any printer. This also happens with a Brother laser printer. Both printers will produce a test page out side of the Adobe product. Help!
I cannot get any help either. I get the message "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents." I have reinstalled all drivers, powered off/on all printers (2 of them - a Brother HL - 4040cn and an Epson Stylus Pro 7890 - which all worked fine until this morning). There appears to be no path to a solution. I have read all the forums and tried about 20 different suggestions all to no avail. Reboots, changing cables, reinstalling printers and drivers and Photoshop CS6 - ALL TO NO AVAIL. On a macbook pro retina with 10.10.3. This issue is out there and some get solutions - but not all - that's my crowd...the not all crowd. I have yet to be able to print from CS6 any more. This is a show stopper and my patience is wearing thin. And I'm tired of stupid questions like "is your printer powered on?" give me a break. This appears to be an adobe photoshop cs6 problem - as I can print from every other application. Anyone have any ideas? Adobe should have something?... Adobe system info below:

What exactly means "refuses"?
This is the message which comes up if I try to update (from the Help menu) or re-install my licenced copies of CS6 or Photoshop Elements 9.
“We've encountered the following issues
Installer failed to initialize.Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem”
Get Adobe Support Advisor”
OR
on trying to open PhotoshopCS6 I get this message:-
“Adobe Application Manager required to start your trial, is missing or damaged.
Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_uk”
When I follow these instructions and try and start up/install or update Photoshop CS6 I get the same messages all over again. This has been going on since Tuesday afternoon and I am anxiuous to resolve the problem. For several years now all this has worked perfectly through your website and I cannot understand what has changed. Once I cancel these messages the products themselves seem to function OK. When I attempt to use Adobe Update Manager I get the same messages as above. You will see that my products are properly licensed and up to date. Have you any solution? -
