Is there a scissor tool in PS for paths? I need to cut segments out of two paths and join them.

Need to cut these to vector mask paths at the four points marked by arrows. Then join end anchors between the blue arrows and between the red arrows.

Select (some of) the points you don’t need anymore and hit delete, then pick up one end-point by clicking it with the Pen Tool and connect it to one of the other path’s end-points by clicking that.

I've tried transferring the parent folders, but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know of a more efficient way of getting iTunes to dig into the subfolders and transfer the music without me having to go one by one?

Is there a wi-fi analyzer app for ios7 that will display the channels on my wireless modem and the strength of these channels. I would like to select the channel with the least amount of traffic.

I Would like to use my iPad to view traffic and strength on the channels supported by my wireless modem. Android has apps of this nature. I cannot find one on the App Store. I'm looking for a channel number indication, too. I had an app that would do that (WiFiFoFum) but it stopped working a year or two ago and I've been borrowing people with Androids. It's getting to be annoying now!

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

Amazing steps you've done so far! The great news is this is very unlikely an issue with your iPhone.
I've run into a similar issue lately as well. I narrowed it down to one song that was causing 30 songs not to sync. I removed the song from the sync list (unchecked it) and all 29 songs were able to sync.
You may be running into a similar issue. This may be a problem with this version of iTunes, an issue with one song or a group of songs; hard to know for sure. It's important to narrow down and isolate the cause. Most imporantly get that music back on there!
The way to narrow down the casue add just a few songs at a time (even 1, just to get that first sync finished). Manually syncing is what you'll need here.
Plug in your iPhone, on the Summary screen (shows a picture of your iPhone, the iOS version, Restore iPhone....; etc). Under the Options area at the bottom choose to Manually Manage Videos and Music then choose Apply in the lower right. The music that's on your iPhone now should be removed from your iPhone now. You're now able to sync music manually.
The link below explains how to drag the songs from the iTunes library on the computer on to your iPhone which will start the sync. Add just one song just to see if you can get 1 of those hundreds of songs on there. If you can, awesome! Keep adding until you find the song or group of songs that are causing this issue.

I am not getting any useful response from Apple, their support for itunes is email only and when I contact them I get a generic email back stating that the issue has been escalated and should expect a response soon. The issue is that my daughter had entered a $15.00 gift card on her iTouch when it should have been entered on my iTouch, none of the funds have since been used on her iTouch and I have no way of even getting to a human to find out atleast what the status is or even if there is a status, no way on their site can this update be achieved. I am a bit diappointed since everyone I speak with that is pro apple never once has anything bad to say abouth their support. My opinion so far is plummeting, it would be nice it someone would give me a call, at the very least, I have even tried to call the main apple support number and gave her the s/n of one of many apple devices, all I got was a sorry you are out of support and to email iTunes support since that how it is provide, not too sure what else I need to do?

You can stop receiving their info by signing out of iCloud.

Is there a way to select multiple track sections from different tracks and join them to make the chorus on iPhone?

I am currently using the iPhone to record my vocals on top of professional beats, or riddims as they are called in the dancehall world. Is there a way for me to select multipe voice sections from different tracks, copy them and then paste them later in the project. I don't want to record the chorus more than once. Normally what I do is sync the project to my wife MacBook Air and then from there edit it but I would like to avoid this. Also, I use the earpods microphone to record my voice and of course it doesn't come out professional quality but it is decent. Do you recommend a microphone that plugs to the iPhone or should I get an interface? Thanks for the help.

You can either copy and paste single regions or duplicate sections, if you want to copy regions
from different tracks in parallel.

Adjust the length of your sections in a way, that the regions you want to copy from different tracks are together in a section of your song.
Add a copy of a section:
Open the song section controls, choose the section you want to copy, then tap Duplicate.The copy is added after the last section.
Tap Done to close the song section controls.
After copying the section, move the new section to the end of the song:
Change the order of sections:
Open the song section controls, then tap Edit.
Drag a section up or down in the list by the handle on its right edge.
When you are finished, tap Done.
Tap Done to close the song section controls.

My Macbook Pro is running really slow, is there any suggestions that I could do being novice to this or should I take it in and let them look at it??

I tried the Disk Utlity to see if there was something wrong but it went through the process and it was fast for the first 10 minutes then went slow agian!! I am not computer savvy by any means but I know there is programs running in the background, with that said though I have no idea what they are or anything else but it has never ran this slow or not sent mail out like this before!! anybody have any suggestions that I would understand!!

1) Make sure you have enough Free Hard Drive space for your Mac to Perform as expected...
Rule of thumb is about 15 to 20 GB
2) And adding more RAM is always a prudent move... (4GB of RAM is a minimum for Mavericks... 8GB at least would be better.)

Do you mean something like this?
If so, go to the Chart inspector. On the Axis tab of the Chart Inspector you can set the format for each axis. Choose "custom" then type in the units at the end of the format that is there. You can't get fancy, like having superscripts or anything.
Alternatively you can show the axis titles, also in the chart inspector:
