Is there a serial number or CD key that comes with Lion???

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a serial number or something like a CD key (I know doesn't come in CD) like Windows when you buy Lion that is unique and comes with it when you download or buy the USB flash??
If I pay Apple online, can I get the software from a friend that has downloaded it or I MUST download it myself??? My internet is not very fast for 4GB file!

Numbers can open Excel templates and documents. Do a web search for checking register spreadsheet.

Is there a way to discover the serial number of the battery that came with my Blackberry?

I had a trusted family friend bring my 8520 Curve to his brother-in-law to fix a problem with it. However, when I got it today, I noticed that the battery in my phone has been changed.
I don't have proof of it but I know it's not my battery. So, is there a way to know the serial number of my battery? I still have the box my phone came with.
Please please please help. It's important to me.

Typically, when you receive a new device, the battery is in a separate plastic wrap, with a label on it keeping it sealed. If you still have that, then it might (stress might) have the S/N on that label. Otherwise, there is no way to retrieve the data you desire.

Is there any difference between iMacs with Core i5 that come with Lion factory installed or not?

I bought two Imacs (2.5GHz Intel Core i5) recently, and asked for the latest model carrying Core i5. One came with Lion installed, and now that I unpack the second one, it has Mac OS X 10.6.7 installed. I want to make a complaint, but I don't know if I should only ask the dealer to install Lion on the machine, or to change the machine. Someone can tell me if there's any difference between the pre-customary-Lion installation models and previous ones? Is there any way to know certainly that two machines are exactly the same? Please, help.

I wouldn't complain, I would be happy. Macs capable of running Snow Leopard are more valuable.
Your Snow Leopard Macintosh can always be upgraded to Lion later. But many who have Lion want Snow Leopard, but this can be difficult.
You have the best of both worlds.

My pavilion g6 does not have a number pad and i need to use the + and - that come with it?

I have a pavilion g6 and it doesnt have a number pad it also doesnt have any sort of num lock light but i really need to be able to use the + and - keys that come with the num pad as the other ones that are just below the f11 and f12 keys do not work for what i need and i would therefore like to know if there is any way to press a number pad plus and minus on my keyboard

First be sure login and password are OK. Sometimes the address starts wit "http://..." and sometime starts with "ftp://...". Try both normal FTP access and Scure FTP access (SFTP). At the end, contact the site's provider.

The iTunes Store doesn't sell software for the Mac. I presume you mean the Mac App Store. To the best of my knowledge, no software sold in the Mac App Store has serial numbers nor product keys. For what reason do you think you need them?

In most cases, what you said is true...however, this is not always the case. Take myself for example...
1: I posted my phone online to sell
2: Someone saw my serial number and called AppleCare to get a replacement phone
3: An inferior AppleCare representative bypassed a component validation (check serial number to the device on hand) and approved the replacement under my AppleCare plan.
4: After noticing this (about 4 days after it happened) and a trip to Apple and a call to AppleCare, all was resolved. My phone is back to being covered under AppleCare+
5: I learned my lesson.
So, as you can see, there is a chance that it can be something else. Although, if the person selling the phone notices, it shouldn't take long to resolve it. Chances are that it is what you said.

I got LR3 with my Leica M9. Now I sold my M9 and I'm waiting for the next Leica M to arrive in the next few months. Since LR is more or less part of the Leica-Software, I sold it with it and for the time, while I waiting for the next M, I bought a new LR-License.
Now I want to give the buyer of my camera the license number for the LR3, that came with the M9 and the LR4-update to it, so he can use it with the camera.
My problem is now, that I can not unregister the license-number in my Adobe-account for the old LR. How do I do that? After unregistering I want to install my new LR, that just arrived today and register it, but I'm afraid, that I have two registered LR4 versions then and can't give the solde one to the buyer of the camera.

I had purchased an iPhone 5 last month and got the OS updated to iOS 7, yesterday.
The data cable was of very bad quality and when I took it to the retailer for replacement, they said that its not covered under the one year warranty.
Secondly, I have also been experiencing network coverage issues with this phone. So, I decided to contact apple care through the web. When entering my serial number/IMEI it says, "We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us."
Does anybody have any idea what the reason behind this could be.
