I dont think I will be needing it the whole year round...
And to Adobe: You're really not making a good impression having support down the entire weekend! ;-)

First check to see your plan is active: Adobe ID
Try launching Photoshop choosing Trial instead of a purchase.
Mac             /Applications/Photoshop CC/Photoshop CC.app
Windows C:\Program files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC\Photoshop CC.exe
Then once inside, go to Help > Sign in... There, use the email address and password for your account and it should activate.
If that does not work, could you tell me what version of PS you have and what os version you are using?

What does Single-App plan for Creative Cloud include?

I've just completed my first year with Creative Cloud, paying for the introductory subscription. The only App I ever use is Photoshop. If I move to a Single-App plan do I still get to use TypeKit inclusively with my subscription?

(Note it's not included for the Photography program, but otherwise all other single-app memberships.)
Classic Adobe. They giveth with the one hand and they taketh with the other.
Almost everyone signing up for the Photoshop Single App is going with the Photography Program to get Lightroom as well.
Why omit Typekit from that deal? All it does is breed resentment amongst the users. Costs Adobe nothing to include it.
So the choice now is Photoshop + Lightroom OR Photoshop + Typekit. But not all three.

I purchased the monthly plan for Creative Cloud but I don't need it, I want to use Adobe Acrobat to store my books. What can I do to get more space on my Adobe Acrobat account?

It doesn't make much sense financially, to pay 34 dollars a month for 1GB of extra storage space. Please someone help me figure out what I need to buy/do. Thank you in advance.

Is there a reviewable change log for Creative Cloud updates

This morning I received a Creative Cloud notification: "A new version of Creative Cloud is available. Update now?". Is there a log that tells us what has been modified so we know what is being installed? I prefer to know whats going on with my machine than just accepting any and all action buttons.

Is there a student/education month-to-month price for Creative Cloud?

I have been looking at creative cloud membership and as a student have seen the education pricing which requires a 1 year contract. I also see and option for month-to-month pricing but as a regular customer, not as a student. Is such an option available and how would I find it? I am in the UK so I need UK pricing.

Currently, discounted Creative Cloud membership pricing for students and teachers is only available on one-year plans. This discount is not available for month-to-month plans.

Renewed my monthly plan , downloaded creative cloud desktop app on new laptop, go to apps, but i dont have an option to install photoshop, I have it installed on two other laptops but both laptops were damaged and i cant access them to delete the installe

hello, i ordered photoshop on creative cloud in August 2014 on a monthly plan, had no problems installing and using etc, until both mine and my girlfriends laptops were damaged. I then stopped paying my monthly plan. and PS was deactivated. I recently got a new laptop which im using currently, it is an aspire one with windows 7. I paid my debt to adobe to reactivate, Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) . I then downloaded creative cloud and logged in as usual, i go to the apps page to install PS but it only has an option that says TRY. i looked into the problem and found that with my account i can only have PS installed on two devices, and the only two solutions i saw was to uninstall on the other devices and then re install. This is my problem, my girlfriend chucked her laptop straight in the bin whilst I have mine in the cupboard in pieces not working. or the other option was to open a new account with adobe. I dont really want to follow that option as I have just paid my debt and subscription for the next month and i dont want to change my email address associated with the adobe account. Any advice or solutions will be appreciated, thank you.

I'm a student and I need the Creative Cloud for a current project.
However, chances are that I'll be travelling this summer and not using it for several month. So I was wondering if there is a monthly plan for students that can be cancelled at any time without a 50% cancellation fee?

As of now, no. There are two license options for Creative Cloud: individual regular licenses, and volume licenses targeted at businesses: http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite/companies.html
The Creative Cloud license agreement allows for subscribers to download and install Adobe applications from Creative Cloud on up to two computers. These applications can be used by you and your family, but the same application cannot be running simultaneously on both computers.

Why do I pay more for Creative Cloud?

I subscribed to Creative Cloud for almost a year, and each month I pay € 30.74 (educational version). However, after checking on the Adobe website, the monthly award for Creative Cloud is € 15.99 (for the first year)!
How to justify such a difference? I've subscribed since January 2014, and in view of the price difference, Adobe would have taken me € 175.89 too much. This is not nothing, and I do not understand.
Can someone explain?

Where are my downloaded applications for creative cloud?

HI there, I've signed up for creative cloud, downloded the application manager and then downloaded Muse, which it says is installed...but I can't find it anywhere? Am I missing something?

if you are having Muse install problems on Mac, please follow these steps:
1) Ensure that Muse is completely uninstalled: drag Adobe Muse from the Applications folder to the trash and empty the trash.
2) Download Muse from the following link: http://labsdownload.adobe.com/pub/adobemuse/builds/muse_2-2-1_install_ mac.dmg.
3) Install
Please note that this build won't work if Muse is already installed; you must uninstall previous versions of Muse first.
