Is there a site where I can share my Photoshop, Premiere and FinalCut teaching resources?

I am a former art teacher and compiled many tutorials of Photoshop, Premiere and FinalCut. Does anyone know of an established website that I could share to? I am not looking to start my own but share with a community of art teachers already looking for material.

I recommend that you create some small videos and post them on youtube and vimeo. This will get your name out. You could continue with those sites, but they do have a few restrictions such as time length, that can be altered once you have been established on those sites.
You could also check out some of these others and see if they accept videos. (These sites are the ones I recommend to new users.)

A couple of these sites, you will see are using wordpress, so keep in mind that you could get your own website and install wordpress then host your own. I personally use Dreamhost - Web Hosting, Domains, VPS, Dedicated and WordPress Hosting – DreamHost
It runs about $8 or $9 a month.

You can transfer photos from a camera such as the iPhone, using Apple's iPad Camera Connection Kit. The Kit consists of two adapters that can plug into the iPad. One has an SD card slot, the other has a USB connector. By connecting a camera's (iPhone's) USB cable to the USB adapter in the Kit, you can transfer photos to the iPad's camera roll.
That should do what you need if your iPhoto App can access the iPad's camera roll.

I have a Report that has Complex Layout with different Fonts,sizes etc.
After designing it in Front Page, the HTML Source comes to be around 180 KB. Portal Reports with Custom Layout fail to get this size of layout code( seems the limit is around 32KB).
Writing my own stored Package using htp/htf calls, but still I needed to paste this entire 180KB Code and replace the layout names with database names. This works fine but the readability of this code is ugly.
Is there a way where I can feed the database values as parameters along with the HTML File to pick substitute and then
show me the output?

First you should download Xcode4 and see if that addresses any of your concerns.

Yes, but off-site storage (i.e. Mozy) is more expensive in the long-run than an external drive, however, off-site storage is safer (not sure if I trust the security though), and even with a fast connection, the inital backup can take days

No sites, and I'd stay away from any that claim to do that like the plague. I would never expose my drive to an online scan (scam.) In fact, I'd be damned careful about anything you download to do that. These won't do any harm. You've been exposed to what's called "scareware."

The cheapest area you are going to find a cheaper iPhone is Craig's List. However you seem to want a new one, so that is going to be difficult. You could check eBay, however they are in the business of trying to sell unlocked phones, so the prices are "through the roof". Fortunately, the best bet is to take it to the Apple Store and get an "Out of Warranty" replacement, and that will run you $199.
