Is there a spec. for the XML protocol used by OTA?

I need to exchange documents with the Oracle Transport Agent (OTA) over HTTPS to achieve guaranteed delivery. I read somewhere that OTA's protocol is based on an open XML standard but i havent been able to find it anywhere. Does anybody know where i can find the documentation for the OTA and its XML protocol?

I am simply lookig for some help not an argument.  I am not an RF specialist however have setup a few wireless networks in my tenure at Wynn Resorts.  I fully agree that wireless networking is an art and a science however the powers that be in Network Land have toughted wireless networking is the easiest and quickest way to get two computers to talk with one another.  As I previously said I have already turned one (1) MBP in for this problem and Apple decided to replace it because they could not fix the problem with my particular MBP.  This MBP was running Leopard when the problems started
I am having a hard time believeing that there are several other devicces in my home that depend on a wireless network to operate and my MBP is the only one having an issue.  I took this a step further and decided to see what would happen if I tried to connect wirelessly via Fusion.  In Windows 7 I am able to print and scan to my hearts content without any issues.  I am able to browse the internet as much as I want.  I close Fusion and try to connect to my printer via wireless and nothing.
In order to get Apple to help do I need to get a Network Analyzer and capture packets when I have these problems?  Out of the 1000 + posts is there a consolidation of which answer is the best?  BTW I am accessing the internet via a wireless connection using Fusion and Windows 7.
In response to Linc's comments, I will look at the router specifications however I did not qualify that these devices are not using the wireless connection at the same time.  Right now I would guess there are maybe two (2) or three (3) at the most that are actively transmitting / receiving information. --  Thanks

• 'The process for the mtp protocol died unexpectedly'

As you can read from the title, I have problem to mount Android device in KDE. I have installed kio-mtp, and maybe it is working out of the box for other android phones out there except for mine (HTC One X).
The device mounted, but when I try to transfer files (copy, paste, cut), it throwing up an error which is 'The process for the mtp protocol died unexpectedly'.
Can somebody tell me if I'm missing something? Did I have to install any other tools to get the job done?

I'm having a similar (maybe the same) problem. I have an International Samsung Galaxy S3 (i9300). Same symptons on both stock ROM and Cyanogenmod 10.1
Try debugging the kio-slave:
Run
kdebugdialog --fullmode
and verify that kio (ID 7000) has all its outputs set to Shell. (should be the default)
Then run
kdeinit4
in a terminal and leave that terminal open. The debug messages will be displayed in that terminal.
Open dolphin and try to create a folder/copy a file/etc. on your phone and watch the debug output.
Mine is:
Device 0 (VID=04e8 and PID=685c) is a Samsung Galaxy models (MTP+ADB).

• Need the Cisco ASA5520 SYS OID for the LLDP protocol

Hi :
I need the Cisco ASA5520 SYS OID for the LLDP protocol so that I can create the network connection between Cisco ASA5520 and the 3rd party networking device in this 3rd party network management management system.
Can anyone help on this?
I tried to search the web and got some LLDP MIB files but they all cannot solve the problem. What I think and I need to have now is the SYS OID number for this Cisco ASA5520.
I know that the SYS OID for ASA5520 is 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.670. Now I need is the SYS OID for its LLDP protocol. Can someone help on this?
Many thanks!
tangsuan

Hi Afroj Ahmad:
I think it is not due with command line. It is the lack of OID information for Cisco ASA5520 to be able discovered by 3rd party Network Management System.
If I am not wrong, the ASA5520 should have been configured correctly for providing SNMP to the 3rd party network management system (NMS) and as such, the NMS is then able to capture the the SYS OID for ASA5520 is 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.670 from the ASA5520.
The SNMP configuration is as below:
snmp-server host inside 172.16.0.82 community public version 2c
snmp-server host inside 172.16.8.50 community public version 2c
no snmp-server location
no snmp-server contact
snmp-server community public
snmp-server enable traps snmp authentication linkup linkdown coldstart
snmp-server enable traps syslog
snmp-server enable traps ipsec start stop
snmp-server enable traps entity config-change fru-insert fru-remove
snmp-server enable traps remote-access session-threshold-exceeded
The 3rd party NMS can capture the product OID from ASA5520 after given the ASA IP address to the NMS. It is the LLDP OID that is not included in the product OID to cause the 3rd NMS cannot link up the LAN connction between the ASA and the 3rd party switch. There is no LLDP configuration in ASA command. I believe the LLDP should be provide externally either by key in manually or upload the MIB file to the 3rd party NMS. I have tried also uploading few MIB files but all not succesfully done.
I think the direct method is just key in the LLDP OID inside the 3rd party NMS system so that the 3rd NMS can embed the LLDP information into its operation kernel then the NMS can link up the LAN connection between the Cisco ASA and its switch.
Many thanks!

• Excel output for the xml publisher report when it is scheduled

How to get the excel output for the xml publisher report when it is scheduled by a apps user? Like what is the user profile option (for the apps user who runs the report) and what are the other things that needs to be taken care of so that only this xml publisher report run by this apps user produces a EXCEL output (When scheduled) ???
Really appreciate it if any one can help me in this regards.
Thanks
Munna

Hi Munna,
For eBusiness Suite (apps user) the report output is stored the same way whether executed immediately or scheduled.,To get excel set the options > output format to Excel. Only the user that submitted the report can view it, or you can get the output file from the server. Or you can set the notify option so that a Workflow Notification is sent when the request completes.

Is there a workaround for the missing global track chords?  i.e. will Apple loops follow the chord progression in a track?

I found sort of a work around.  I still have Logic Pro 9.  It turns out that if you go into global tracks, analyze the chords then go back to logic pro x the chord progression is preserved.  So the information is preserved there just seems no way to create it in X.

There is no mobile data connection required to use GPS on land or sea. Once again your issue is the availability of downloadable maps/charts for the areas you will be traveling.
Sorry, but you can't install an app like NAVIGON on an iPad without 3G cellular data connection:
copied from NAVIGON app:
...can be installed on any iPhone3GS, iPhone4, iPhone4S, iPhone5 or iPad device (the navigation function is only available on the iPad WiFi+3G)
Can I navigate with my mobile phone?
Answer:In principle yes. For mobile phones there are both Onboardnavigation solutions and Offboardnavigation solutions.
The following requirements must be fulfilled:
•     The software must support the mobile phone. NAVIGON software
always comes with a compatibility list. The software is guaranteed
to work only for the mobile phones on this list.
•     The mobile phone must have a GPS receiver. Many new mobile
phones come with a built-in GPS receiver. Otherwise you can use
an external GPS receiver which is connected to the mobile phone
           by cable or Bluetooth.
•     It should be noted that an offboard solution incurs costs for using
the mobile phone network to communicate with the provider's server.

I used my iPhone maps it works very well. Is there an application for the iPad that could be used on a boat?

Indeed :-)
This forum is riddled with questions by users that cannot get their computer to do what they want, *despite* the fact they use a very precise and (usually) unambiguous method of telling it want they want it to do -- a programming language. Making it comprehend *natural* language is, by any way of measuring, a number of degrees more difficult.
That said: in what way would a computer program (advanced or "dumb") be able to help the OP? Spell check is one -- but it's not a *fact* that anything written *badly* equals nonsense. In politics, for example, the most eloquent speakers still manage to make a fool of themselves :D The same goes for "grammar". Of course, bad grammar is more difficult to understand -- EVEN for a human. So a computer is bound to fail on that as well.
Fact checking then? I usually can't even find what I want in one go with Almighty Google (which seems to turn things around: if it cannot find "enough" web pages with the exact phrase you asked it, it automatically assumes you are interested in synonyms, antonyms, homonyms, and other *unrelated* stuff! Yeah THANK you but I want to find what I typed in!)
A good starting point would be to define in more detail what this hypothetical software *ought* to do -- that needs to be a bit more concrete than "I want it to do my job for me."

By recording on my iPad2 there is a maximum time of 49 minutes and 51 seconds.

Hello Studio X
I have an iPad2 with 64 GB. After I start the videorecording it stops automaticly by 49 minutes en 51 seconds.
I looked in my settings and there was still enough space left. Although I do not think that the 64Gb is not the problem.
I bought myself an alternative recording app now. I hope it works properly but if the quality is OK. I do not know. I combine the recordings with my video (digitaltape) camera of Sony.
