Is there a template for creating structured questionnaires?

I'm trying to create a questionnaire where selecting a particular answer to a question would automatically 'jump' the user to the next relevant question, so they don't have to wade through lots of irrelevant questions. I'd also like to add guidance notes to each question. Is there a template that will allow me to do this? If not, how can I create such an interactive PDF?

What product do you have for creating forms? There are some templates in FormsCentral (which is retiring in July). And Acrobat XI includes the FormsCentral Desktop app, so you can access the templates from there as well (choose File > Create > Create Form, and then choose From Template to browse the available templates. If you don't find one that you like, you can create one from scratch. Here's some information about setting up conditional form fields, which is what I think you are asking about in your first sentence above: FormsCentral Help | Edit field properties

You cannot enforce something like that. You have some options when the field is set up to allow rich text formatting, but the user can always change it.

Hi,
I'm using a Remote Object to connect to my server
(pyAMF/Django). I'm getting stuck with the creation of Value Object
Classes. It doesn't seem very DRY to have a class on my server
representing the data model and then have to recreate that class
and all its properties in my Flex app.
Are there any shortcuts for creating client side VOs from
server side data?
I was thinking about declaring an empty VO class in Flex, and
then dynamically assigning/casting my Proxy object to that class.
It seems like that approach may cause problems for the Flex
compiler though.
Any hints?

PSEv4: Templates for creating album pages

My wife and I just got PSEv4, and have been having fun with the creation tools --specifically the photo album page creator.
But (there's always a but)...
We're already feeling like the templates available are limiting, and would like to have more options. So here's the question(s):
Is there somewhere to download new templates that work with PSE?
Is there a way to create templates that work with PSE?

Sorry but I do not know of any source for additional downloads or any directions for making your own templates that fit within the structure of the Album pages Creations of the Organizer.
Under the Organizer
Edit > Preferences > Services there is a button for Update Creations. Adobe has occasionally released additional templates; some of these have been for specific holiday templates. However, they still will be very limited.
The Full Photo No Border style of the Album Pages creation allows you more flexibility in positioning and sizing both the photos and the text - but it is basically a blank page with no decorations.
Now if instead, you use the Elements Editor blank canvas to make cards, you can totally customize what you use for decoration on the printed pages. You might search within these forums for methods of making cards within the Elements Editor.

However, please bear in mind that you cannot limit access to certain payroll area with structural authorization. For that you should use standard PA authorization object (you can use field organizational key to store Payroll Area VDSK1 in IT0001):

Timeline- Is there a template for one of these?

I have a school project that includes a timeline.
I have searched online- but the ones on there only offer like 6 events and I need at least 20.
If there is not template for one of these, then is there something I can get?

Its chapter #13 described very well the way to create a template.
To achieve your goal, I would create a table with 30 cells.
I would build my label in cell A1 and would insert the formula =$A$1 in every other cells.

Unlike wordpress templates, BC templates don't touch the server, there is no serverside code included in a template that could interface with the REST or XML interfaces of Twilio.
With that said, you can build a middle man server that talks to both BC's API and Twilio's and get it all done. You would have to build it yourself or hire someone to build it for you (raises hand), price would depend on what you wanted to do.

If you Google iWork Family Tree Template you'll get a few hits. If I was going to use iWork to draw a family tree, I'd try Keynote for it's better box and line drawing capabilities, but I haven't done so.
Since you brought up the subject, I'll just say that for me, the best thing about owning a Mac is being able to run Reunion for managing and presenting genealogy data. Nothing but smiles.

Setting up a system along the lines mentioned will take a LOT of hard work and effort.
At a minimum your looking at 9 new SAP installations.
SAP PI & BI are MCD abap+java systems
etc.
To be honest i could write you a paper on this setup about 10 pages long...........
There isn't any standard architecture, it depends on your customers / business size, etc. etc.

Can you download extra templates for Pages?? If so, is there a template for 4x6 inch index cards??

I am working on finiding a program that will allow me to type index cards for use in my school studing. And so I was wondering if pages has a template for 4x6 inch index cards?? If not can I download one?? And where can I download one?

Hi a,
The 'template' would be essentially a Custom Page size, set in the Page Setup dialogue.
Go File (menu) > Page Setup... to open the dialogue.
Click the popup menu beside Paper Size, and look for 4x6. If offered a choice, use the one not labeled "borderless". Borderless printing (on my printer) generates 'black' using mostly the three colour ink cartridge—costlier, and less 'black' than the results from the Black cartridge.
If 4 x 6 or 6 x 4 is not available, look for 'Manage Custom Sizes' or similar at the bottom of the list.
Once you have the page set, you can set tabs, type size and font as you wish, place text boxes (if that will help your card organization) and set other features as you wish, then Save the result as a Template.
Saved as a Template, the new template will be available in the My Templates section of the Template Chooser.
