Is there a version of Illustrator CS5 available that can be viewed clearly on my 1920x1080p screen?

I have an HP ENVY laptop with a 1920x1080p resolution screen, running the Windows 8 operating system, and my Adobe Illustrator CS5 program (version 15.0.2) looks fuzzy (not clear). However, my Photoshop CS5 program (version 12.0) looks very sharp, though with super small font, as many users have been complaining about in other discussions. However, I would prefer my Illustrator program to be sharp, with tiny font, rather than fuzzy, with normal-sized font. Can someone please suggest how to obtain a version of the Illustrator program (CS5) that will be sharp, like Photoshop? Or if is a matter of changing settings, how do I do that?

17.1 update is released for Illustrator CC, this update contains support for HiDPI devices, with this update you can see Illustrator in enlarged mode.
Here is the excerpt from Release Notes
Adobe Illustrator extends HiDPI support to Windows-based devices. You can now view Illustrator in enlarged mode, as per text size preferences on a high-resolution displays.
For displays with resolution greater than or equal to 1920*1080 & less than 2560*1440, Illustrator can be launched at 1.5 times scaled-up UI, depending on the OS text size.
For displays with resolution greater than or equal to 2560*1440, Illustrator can be launched at 1.5 times or 2 times scaled-up UI, depending on the OS text size.

Is there a version of Firefox still available that does not have plugin-container.exe included?

I have faithfully updated Firefox on my Windows XP system and now use Firefox/3.6.16. I also run Photoshop Elements 6.0, which requires quite a bit of memory. It is currently getting slowed down because plugin-container.exe is consuming anywhere from 25% to 50% of my memory. If I use Task Mgr to shut down this task, things are much better. Is there a downloadable version of Firefox that does not include plugin-container.exe, and if so, can I replace my current version with that one?

Is there a way to create a guide that can't be cleared or removed?

We are trying to create master logos that would have the name on it made with guides. This would give us a quick way of seeing if the master was placed. Can the guide be set so if someone clears guides this one would not be cleared? I think I know the answer just hoping someone might know of a way to do this.

if the guides are on a locked layer they wont be deleted with the Clear Guides menu command.
you can put your guides in a templated layer. the user can still unlcok the layer and delete them, but it would have to be more conscious.
what i've done in my office when i need the same guide in every document is i made a script that creates this guides. so when someone delete them, it only took me a second to recreate them.

Does anybody know if there is a way to build an app with flash CS5.5 that can run in older iPods?, just like with CS5?
Each IPA I build with CS5.5 cannot be installed in my iPod 8GB with iOS 4.2 and before with CS5 I could install all the IPAs there and test.
The lack of support to iPod 8GB would be limitating for the market and sales...
Is there some setting to build IPA to older iPods?

AIR 2.7 release notes:
AIR runs on "iPodTouch 4th generation iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4iPad".
But:
AIR 2.7 runs on iPod Touch 3rd Generation, too - but only on the 32GB and 64GB models. The 8GB model is in fact only an older 2nd gen iPod Touch.
We tested this and we even have some apps in the app store running on the iPod Touch 3rd gen.

The iPod touch has a very rudimentary camera. It has only a 0.6 MP resolution, no optical zoom, no flash, etc. There is no app that can improve this as it is limited by the hardware. So it is not a replacement for a digital camera (nor even for an iPhone whose camera has a 5.0 MP resolution.

I am running the newest FCPX 10.0.9 and Mavericks, and I am editing a large multicam project. I have approx. 190 GB left on my external event/project disk via USB3 (it has 2TB in total), and I get the error message:
"There is not enough disk space available to process clips. Clear some space and try again."
when I am trying to add clips to an angle in one of my multicam clips. I have made more than 8 multicam clips in the same event, without that problem, but now it won't let me add more.
What's the problem?

This was driving me nuts as well until I found the sneaky checkbox. In the editing tab in Preferences there is a checkbox for "Optimize media for multicam." If that's checked, Final Cut is rendering ProRes files for every clip you bring into multicam, so it just eats memory. Unchecking that solved my issues; hope it helps you or anyone who comes across this!

There is an international warranty on the Mac, but not on the iPhone...iPhone warranties are tied to the country of purchase. Iphone 5s are currently only available in the US tied to a carrier, you cannot use another nano-sim card in them.
