Is there a Warp function is Elements 12? I had it in my older Adobe Photoshop; but I can't find it in Elements 12 Is it buried in one of the settings or other functions?

Yes. Go to the filter menu under distort and choose liquify. Top tool in the menu is the warp tool.

Interested in the transform/warp function in Photoshop. Does Lightroom 4 support anything similar?

Recently bought a fisheye lens. The said Warp function has been suggested as a substitute way of fisheye-hemi for removing the fisheye effect of the lens.
In Photoshop, the Warp function is accessed in layering mode via Transform. Can't find anything like that in Lightroom. Is it provided in a different way?
If not supported, does Photoshop Elements support that?

Lightroom has lens profiles for removing fisheye distortion if the lens is supported, and LR also has manual lens distortion corrections although they are not enough to substantially defish a FE photo.
Lightroom does not support arbitrary deformations of an image because it is a non-destructive editor and the recomputation time of such transformations every time something about the image was adjusted would be prohibitive.
I am not seeing a mesh or warp transformation mode in my PSE12. There are Filters / Distort / Liquify or Pinch tools but they are limited.
Adobe is giving people a reason to buy Photoshop.
Does LR4 not include a lens profile for your fisheye lens? Does a subsequent version of LR have it?

Just so you'll know, there is no Java on that page. There is, however JavaScript. You should know that those two things are different as night and day.

Is there a way to stretch elements in Illustrator?

I am using Illustrator and I want to be able to select the arm or leg of a line drawing cartoon character and reposition it to create a new position without having to redraw the arm or leg.
I know you can do this in After Effects with the puppet tool. Is there a similar function in Illustrator?

I am not an AE expert, but assume it is similar to the Puppet Distortion in PS. This tool does not exist in AI, but there are many ways to distort your artwork.
A few approaches:
1. Copy the portion and rotate/refine it using the Pen or Pencil tool.
2. Copy the portion and distort it in an Envelope Distortion Mesh.
3. Use the Warp Tool to distort your artwork.
4. Use the "Reshape Tool" to distort your existing artwork.

Diagnosis
Not all values for the cost element are assigned to a line ID.
Procedure
Assign the cost element to a line ID. If you don't want to include the cost element in results analysis, assign it to a line ID of category N.
You can access a detailed list of unassigned cost elements as follows: Start results analysis in the individual processing mode (transaction KKA1, KKA2, or KKA3). Select the field Full log. Execute the function. On the next screen, choose Logs -> Parameter List in the menu. A list is generated. The unassigned values are shown at the end of the list.
If cost element "+++++++++" was shown in the message, this is because in the assignment of costs and revenues to line IDs, you have not used a cost element other than the full masking "+++++++++". In this case a presummarization eliminates the information on the cost element.
Cost Element 80000 is of type 43 Internal activity allocation, I have Masked this in OKGB as below:
Controlling Area = FLGP
RA Version = 0
Masked Cost Element = 000008++++
Masked Cost Center = ++++++++++
Masked Activity Type = +++++
ReqToCap= COS (Secondary Cost)
I have Configure OKGA also but still system is giving error.

I was wondering if you could help me I am trying to configure the RA key for Refurb orders and when I go into txn OKGB for the Assignment of C/E for WIP there is sample config already there which I copied. But I am having difficulty getting the KK1A to work I am getting the message as outlined above. Could you explain how this OKGB works and how to configure it a bit more fully. In my sample config there is a ReqTOCap section and in it there are letters like ABR, EK, FK, EL what do they mean. This is a screen shot of it. I am not sure how to go about this entirely so any light you could shed would be greatly appreciated. Can you suggest a good resource or documentation you may have, would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Since you already have one copy activated the serial number must be logged in your account details - I would first check that the one logged and the one you are attempting to enter are the same.
You can check your account details by going to www.adobe.com and clicking on Manage Account. You need to sign in with your Adobe Id and then click on View All under Plans & Products. Next click on View your products and after a while it should produce your list.
If there is a problem with the serial number, only Adobe can help you there (we are just users). Please see the response in this thread

ForEverSave, a 3rd party application, might actually prompt you after a set period. Check it out and any alternatives.

Java is an object-oriented language, so you're not just searching for a method to do what you want, but for a Class, that provides that ability.
And since you don't define what "the date that I want" means I can only guess.
If you've got the date value in a String in some format, then you might look into the DateFormat or SimpleDateFormat classes.

No, I'm afraid not. However, you can drop a clip from in to out into the timeline and the hit CMD+R and grab the end, changing the length of the clip to fit in the space that you need by speeding up the clip.

As we cannot simply wrap DD_DOMVALUES_GET with a new RFC module,because remote system will not install our component, our wrap function module is not there.
We may need a RFC fm from basis layer.

Add this functionality to Elements?

I tend to get tendinitis in my wrists when I do a lot of keystrokes, and nothing makes it happen quicker than trying to tag a lot of images! I would like to see Adobe add the following functionality to Elements:
"Select All In View" and "Deselect All In View"This would allow someone to quickly select (or deselect) the subsection of a large catalogue that is currently in view. If you want to select (or deselect) many files, decrease the thumbnail size. If you want fewer files to select, increase the size of the thumbnails. Currently the choice is Select All or Deselect. If you have 6,000 clipart images in your catalogue, the thought of tagging them is a daunting prospect. None of the current "Find" options (including all those metadata options) would work to help with my file tagging needs. The files are all eight-digit numbers, and not even in sequence by subject!
"Find By File Path"This would allow you to select files based on the path, so if you have your images in subfolders, you can tag each folder separately if you want. My 6,000 images are all in folders by type.
Without this functionality, it looks like the only way to tag all of my 6,000 images is to recreate the catalogue. I'll have to retrieve the images from one subfolder, tag them then retrieve the next subfolder and repeat.
Would anyone else find the "Select All in View," "Deselect All in View" and "Find By File Path" functionality helpful?

You can use the basic Windows key functions to do this: Ctrl+A to select all the images in the view and Ctrl+Shift+A to deselect all images. To select a consecutive range, click on the first image then Shift-click on the last image. Selecting non-consecutive images is a matter of using Ctrl-click.

Use the "Display...Folder Location" (Ctrl+Alt+3) to show the folder panel. When you select a folder in that panel, the Media Viewer only shows the images from that folder, and the search options only apply to images in that folder.
