Is there a way I can organize albums on my list to have a specific order

For example my Bruce Springsteen albums have alphabetical order. That really irritates me. I would like them to have the order that they were originally released.

Are we talking about on the iPod or in iTunes?
On the iPod, if you go from the main menu to Music -> Artists -> "The Boss" then pick an album from the list, is the album not listed in album order?

I erased my whole disk, and i lost my install disc that came with my 27'' iMac...
I dont know what to do, i do not have any money on my Apple Account..
Is there a way i can borrow a account from you? Or is there a way i can get a new cd sended to my adress?

I am unfamiliar with the recovery manager. Here are two guesses.
-- Is system profiler around? It will tell you your serial number.

click on hardware
You serial number will appear after Boot ROM. Do not copy hear.
--- The newer machines include a recovery partition. Perhaps looking around recovery manager would reveal something.

Is there a way I can organize my ebooks in the I-Book app?

I have both the IBook and Kindle app on my IPad. I'd like to be able to organize my books by catagory. Is that possible? If so, how do I do that? Thank

It depends upon what you want to achieve. In the iBooks app you can have the books shown as a list : there should be 2 icons at the top right of the bookshelf next to the Edit button, with the right-hand one displaying the books as a list, and with that selected you should then get options along the bottom of the screen for how to sort the books, including by category. With the second icon the books are shown across the screen, and you can press and hold a book and then after a second or so it should seem to move out of the shelf and you can drag it to a different position on the bookshelf. You can also use 'collections' (button top left of the bookshelf) to create/select book collections, and you can move books to a different collection via the Edit button top right.
With the Kindle app you can sort books by date (which I think is purchase date), title or author, the app doesn't appear to support collections.

Provide you have Acrobat 9 installed in an OS for which Acrobat 9 is compatible then you can use the functionality.
As well, you need a scanner connected, powered up, and the software installed. Acrobat 9 "prefers" TWAIN drivers.
Always visit the scanner vendor's site and download - install the latest greatest software.
n.b., The Acrobat 9.x product family passed into "End of Support" mid-year 2013.
As well the Acrobat 9.x product family is not compatible with contemporary OSs.

Whenever you connect iPhone in iTunes, it syncs and a backup is created. Check backup folder if you have that time-stamped file saved.

Yes. You want to add photos from a folder on the desktop to an existing iWeb album page? Just bring up the page in iWeb and drag the photo into the group of thumbnails that are displayed on the page and move it to where you want it locate

I deleted emails from VIPs and didn't realise they would be deleted from my Mailbox. VIPs does't appear in Mail on Time Machine. Is there any way I can restore the deleted emails?

I deleted emails from VIPs in Apple Mail and didn't realise they would be deleted from my Mailbox. I have tried to restore from Time Machine but VIPs doesn't appear. Is there any way I can retrieve the deleted emails? I also have bachups on an external hard drive.

You can't download pictures from iCloud by logging into icloud.com. If you deleted pictures from camera roll AND photo stream, the only possibility is preforming a restore from an iCloud backup, assuming the backup has the pictures in it. (Many users have been unable to restore and get back their pictures.)
If the restore doesn't have all the pictures, then they are gone.
In the future, use photo stream to sync photos from an iPhone to a computer, then copy the photos on the computer from the photo stream album into a permanent album. Photo stream pics stay there only for 30 days, and only up to 1000 photos are stored. Don't use photo stream as a storage medium, it's only for copying photos from one device to another. Always copy (either via USB cable or photo stream) to a computer and then move to an album.

Is there a way to download whole albums with full size photos from picasa to iPhoto without doing it one by one?

A number of people have sent me albums of photos in picasa. There doesn't seem to be a way to import the entire album into iphoto other than doing each photo one by one. Also, when I do each photo, it doesn't appear that I can copy it into a full size photo.
These are all albums with hundreds of photos. I think in the old iphoto you could subscribe to an RSS feed to get the whole album into iphoto but I am not sure you can do this anymore. Can you?
And if not, is there a way to copy whole albums in? It would be so time consuming to do them one by one!
I am using iphoto 9.5.1

You need to
1. Download the images to a folder on the desktop.
It may be possible to download an entire album at a time, but that's a question for a Picasa forum
2. Then import the folder to iPhoto.
