Is there a way I can stop texts to pop up

its becomes very annoying when searching the web or playing a game or even the ending of a phone call or make a call, or using the GPS, have to hit close to a lot of received messages (from family & friends, twitter news) popping up, sometimes in less than a minute or two i can get up to 15 txts, it becomes annoying!
I would like to control them just as added badges to the txt icon, if that would be possible; anyone knows if that can that be done?

You shouldn't try to unsubscribe to junk mail - this is just affirming that you are a "live" address and then they sell your info to more spammers. Who is your email provider? Many providers have tools with which to deal with junk mail.

Is there a way you can stop Apps using 3G or 4G data whilst your devices is connected via WIFI?

Is there a way you can stop Apps using cellular data, but allow them to use data only through a WIFI connection?
I have tried leaving the cellular data switch on, but switching OFF "Use Cellular Data for" for all apps. But on checking the data usage from my phone provider these Apps have still been using cellular network to download data.
It seems even though my phone is connected to the WIFI (and showing a good signal) some apps are still using the cellular network to download data.
It seems my only option is to switch Cellular data off all together but this is not my preference as I require a particular app to still be able to use cellular data in the case of an emergency.
Any help would be appreciated.

It shows up on my bill for example "You Tube", with the times and amount downloaded. I know for a fact I have not been using this app at the times shown. It must be processing some information in the background, of which I have also switched off "Background App Refresh".
Sounds like a programming change required by Apple. Surely if you switch cellular data off for a particular app that should override this from happening whether the phone's in sleep mode or not......
Any idea how I take this issue up with Apple?

This is so silly in hindsight, that I am going this length to get it how I want it.
I am attempting to "mock" an IOS device, and by displaying the time as it does on devices (somewhat to put the user in that environment if they are on a desktop computer).
The example you provided, was brilliant! However, am I correct that it would cause a user to have to click something in order for the time to display?
Also, I noticed that it wasn't updating Live? Am I correct? Is there some easy way I can use the file you provided to plug it in at the top?

What you're looking to do is called watermarking.
There are a bunch of thrid-party apps that can do it.
Just search in the Mac App Store on "watermark".
There are also options that aren't in the App Store.
Visual Watermark (free)
iWatermark
Google will turn up other options. I can't recommend one in particular because I've never used them.
The Preview app can also be used for adding text to PDFs.

I need to access texts I have deleted and I am not sure how to do that or if I can.

If u sign in to my Verizon or use the my Verizon messaging app either on a tablet phone or thier is a link to the messaging app so u can use it thru my Verizon on the Web that will take u back 6 months worth of texts deleted or not the,my Verizon message app saves six months at a time u just sighn in with the line u wanna retrieve then it will send a code thru a automated text to that phone just type code sent and it will take a while to load them all and I usally turn the silent mode on becouse they take a while to load and u may want to make sure u are in WiFi for one it's faster and i am not totally sure it dont use data other wise hope this helps

You can buy an application called Tune up Media and it will delete any dupicates and will organize your music the way you want it. It costs like $20 Hope that helps.

ICloud sign in keeps popping up in my iPhone 4s on a loop. Is there any way I can stop this?

I was very annoyed before, but have resolved this issue without resorting to violence. In the interests of posterity, I'll post what I did here.
Basically, I got ready to wipe the device. I moved all the photos and videos off the device (iPod Touch 5) and downloaded the latest iTunes to a PC here. Then I connected the device to the iTunes PC (which had previously been used with the device.)
At this point, it was still asking me to log on on the iPod, and no Wi-Fi connection.
I then initiated a backup from iTunes to make sure we had all the installed apps and music etc. As the backup started, I clicked "cancel" on the login prompt, and lo and behold, the backup process stalled the iCloud thing for long enough for a Wi-Fi connection to be established. A few seconds later, the iCloud prompt came up again, and I was able to successfully log on.
After that, I deleted the iCloud account, and now everything is working fine.
Looks like I needed to get the device thinking about somethign else for long enough for the Wi-Fi to hook up.
Won't work for everyone, but worth a try, as it meant no resetting, no trips to the "genius" bar, and no stuffing around with restores.
Thanks for the ideas everyone, and happy to contribute my 2c back to the crowd.

Is there a way to make keyboard text shortcuts work better?

For example: omw = On my way!
On iOS these work accross the board, but on OS X they only seem to work on certain applications. Such as TextEdit, but have limited or no use in other applications. They work ok in the URL bar in Safari, but try to use them in a text field (such as the one I'm typing in now) and they don't work. It's especially irritating when I try to log into a website, and I can't use my custom shortcut for my email address. I can easily do this on iOS, but not OS X.
Is there any way I can get text shortcuts to behave better on OS X, or is this a hopeless dream...
If you don't know how to access them, it's:
System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Text (OS X)
General -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts (iOS)
It's great that they sync accross both platforms, but it's pointless if I can't use them on properly on OS X.

MM is supposed to open the Marker Panel Dialogue
M just sets a marker
Not sure if either are intended for on the fly during playback .

Provide you have Acrobat 9 installed in an OS for which Acrobat 9 is compatible then you can use the functionality.
As well, you need a scanner connected, powered up, and the software installed. Acrobat 9 "prefers" TWAIN drivers.
Always visit the scanner vendor's site and download - install the latest greatest software.
n.b., The Acrobat 9.x product family passed into "End of Support" mid-year 2013.
As well the Acrobat 9.x product family is not compatible with contemporary OSs.
