Is there a way to actually speak to someone at apple???
I have just spent the last 30 mins looking for an email address to get some support...with no luck...this is so frustrating....
I also have this problem but I have recently had over £250 taken out in 20 different transactions in 2 days!!!!! My bank instantly refunded me and stopped my card but we are still awaiting to hear from Apple. No way of contacting anyone at all just and email service in which no one has replied too! This is appalling considering who they are. I need info on what to do with regards to my account!

This is ridiculous. Navigating the website, looking for that elusive telephone number for help. Is there a way to actually talk to someone who might be able to answer a question? I can't get any help with the tutorials. I can download books from the library to my computer, but when I try and transfer them to my Nook I get a message saying I do not have permission. I have been downloading ok until I just got a new computer.
i have the same problem! just got a new kobo touch to replace my crashed one and ade books won't transfer and now ade won't authorize my device at all, even though i've tried several times. the online support is a joke. he referred me to the forums, which i don't believe they every check to answer the questions people have. i have a number i'm going to call tomorrow morning- 18008336687. can't promise they'll be of any use though. this is the fourth time i've called and the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Is there actually a way to talk to a service person at Apple where you don't have to shell out money? I downloaded an app that cost $9.99 and when I tried to use it I get a message that says there is compass interference and to move away from the interference or wave the phone in a figure 8 pattern. Well, now I have a sore arm from constant waving out in the middle of a field and it appears that is going to cost $29 to talk to a person. Does anyone have any idea why this is occuring? As a side note, I can use a normal compass with no issues so it is the phone. From a customer perspective, this is poor customer service.
First of all, an idle threat is one that a person has no intention of carrying out. In the past 16 months that I have had this phone I have become less and less satisfied and found that it is like much of today's technology....over rated and under performing. The one thing that I have never been accused of is not wanting, or not giving help but when a company makes itself unavailable to resolve issues and leaves it to forums run by users helping users, it speaks more about the company than anything else they could do. As I said, I do not make idle threats and I did not threaten you in any way. Guess I'll call this topic done with as it is not and was not the intent to get a war started

Is there any way to actually delete messages from my iPhone? I have already synced my iPhone, updated it, and deleted all of my backups but the messages I have "deleted" still appear in the spotlight search.

I have recently purchased an IPad Air. This comes with "IPhoto" as well as it's usual photo App. I do not have a Mac, instead I am syncing it to my windows PC. Is there any way of actually moving a picture around, (arranging photos in a single album), in either of these apps???? They claim to be able to "Organize" or "arrange" Photos, but for the life of me I can't figure out how......could you recommend any apps that actually allow someone to move individual photos around on an IOS Device.
No, reordering within folders and albums is not supported. the yare arranged automatically by date. I found this, but I have not used any of the apps besides iPhone. You might check the descriptions to see if they do what you need.

Hi, I bought my iPhone in Canada but have moved to Australia. I need to speak with someone at Apple Canada what is the best way to do this? Is there is an e-mail address? When I call the Apple Canada number it says I can't call from my location.
In what way did you buy your iPhone? If you paid full price at the Apple Store then your phone should be provider unlocked and should work with practically any SIM card you choose to insert in it. If you bought it cheaper with a contract then it's provider locked then your best bet is to call your cellular provider in Canada. Be sure to note your IMEI number (Settings > General > About) as they're going to need it to do an unlock. Be aware they may or may not charge for this.

I just got my MacBook Pro a month ago. However I am realizing I need more hard drive space due to aps and programs. I use am external but am concerned about the space. Is there a way to upgrade my hard drive from apple and keep my warranty valid?
That would depend on whether your model actually has a hard drive. If you have the new 2013 Retina model, then you have a fixed storage device built-in that cannot be modified after purchase.

Hi - I created a form in Adobe Livecycle and have a button on it to send the form via email. It worked, but only for those with PC. However, I could not get it to work with Apple loaded with Yosemite even with reader installed . Is there a way i can make it work for apple / Mac? Is there a way to hide or disable settings in Apple configurator because the students are resetting them.
Sorry but no, there is at present no way to hide or disable the Settings app, nor any of the settings within that app not included in the Restrictions. Schools at this time basically just have to get used to the idea that you have to restore the iPads from time to time, or use one of the MDM solutions that allow you to push out settings remotely.

If it's not registered with Track My Mac you can still do that - when/if it's turned on it will then show up.

There is not. Report the theft to your local authorities and change any and all passwords to any accounts you may have set up or accessed on the device such as your Apple ID. Apple cannot help.

Mac 21.5 won't sleep, comes back on.
I click sleep on the apple menu, the screen goes black, then about 10 seconds later it wakes up again. The display stays on, and doesn't go to sleep automatically either.
