Is there a way to back up your phone to a back up a while ago?
hi so my iphone shut off randomly and went into recovery mode so i had to reset the whole thing and erase everything and for some reason my phone went back to when i was in grade nine all my old pictures, songs, contacts verything. my phone said it was last backed up yesterday which is what i want my phone to be now but i accedently clicked back up now but i didnt even know i clicked it till after it was dont so now my phone was backed up this old content three years ago is there a way to go go back and restore my phone with a back up i did a couple days ago or is that all overwritten now?
Most people find backing up to CDs or DVDs woefully inadequate with modern media files and library sizes. In addition, when you change the tags on some files then you have to back up the whole thing again to a whole new set of DVDs rather than just update a few files. Definitely get an external drive (it will be cheaper in the long run) and make backing up your iTunes files part of a strategy to back up the whole hard drive.

Is there any way to have synchronized your phone with your pc
Hi all, someone could say if there is any way to have synchronized all the time what I have in my z10, with my computer. A sort of back up.
Some software or something like that?
If you find this information useful please click like --->
@mezeitune on twitterJust plug the USB cable from your phone to your computer. You should get instructions in installing Blackberry Link.
Link does the backup when you sync. You can set the backup frequency.
Link also updates your calendar and contact information. -
I like being able to have my tabs grouped in FF4, but sometimes when the groups are small I'd like to be able to just see all the tabs at once, with the ability to go back into panorama and switch to viewing only one group if need be. Is there a way to do this?
Flat view (the Filter folder icon with the red stashed circle) has stopped working for me in Leopard. Works in Tiger.
I'm on: OSX 10.5.5, Mac Pro, Bridge CS3 v.21.0.100 -
Is there a way to turn off your phone if the touch screen is not responding?
My screen won't respond to any touch commands and they say to power off the phone, but it will not allow me to swipe it to shut it down...
Check this out. It is exactly what you need.

When I go to restore my phone; is there any way to pick what you want back on your phone or do you have to get everything backed up?
Thank you. I was afraid of that. I backed up from iCloud. I looked at the iTunes one - it had four different ones on there; was hoping I could see because my grandson's phone was redone last year (his mom messed it up then) and didn't know anything was backed up to iTunes. He lost a lot of stuff that time. I'm just trying to get his phone back to par after someone changed his passcode on him as a joke and forgot what they changed it to a few days ago. They should change it so one could go in and pick what they want or don't want. Thank you again for your time. I do appreciate it.

Hello can someone help me I have an iphone 4 and my daughter has an ipod touch we are on the same email address but somehow with in the last 25hrs all of my contacts are gone and only hers on on my phone is there a way for me to get all my contacts back?
If you need assistance with finding any of your restores or attempting to restore from any that happened prior to his incident follow this article
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766
IF you do find a backup that has your contacts; I'd /highly/ recommand turning off your wifi network after the restore is finished because if the issue is with your iCloud your contacts may merge back with her's.
With iCloud you DO NOT want to share the account; bad things happen Evil evil thigns...
But in all seriousness; if two devices have the same iCloud; iCloud is told to merge and sync infomation between hte two and can't tell that it doesn't belong to the same person -
When I run the Dr. Fone software it shows they are still on my iPad 2 but it costs 60-70 dollars. Is there another way to retrieve them? They were not backed up on Itunes like I thought they were. Please help!!
Recover software as you have described is pretty much your only option - keep in mind that if wait, some of the currently recoverable data may well be over-written and lost.

A friend gifted me a copy of The Amazing Spider-man, I redeemed the code, now it tells me I can't download it onto my Ipad (1st Gen) because it does not have a gyroscope. Is there a way for my friend to get his money back, or a way for me to download it?
As a second option I can play on my 1st gen Ipod Touch. Does that have a gyroscope?Contact iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history or,
iTunes Customer Service Contact - http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html > Get iTunes support via Express Lane > iTunes > iTunes Store - Apple states all sales are final, but you can always ask nicely. Your friend should have checked the specifications of your ipad before making the gift. -

I tunes asked me if I wanted to back up my iphone. I thought itunes backed up my iphone data so i sad yes but it turned out itunes backed up my ipod datas on my iphone =( is there any way I can get my pictures and messages back? Thanks!
If you have a backup of your computer, here's the location of the iTunes backup folder:
Where are iTunes backups stored on your computer
The folder where your backup data is stored depends on the computer's operating system. Make sure the backup folder is included in your data-backup routine. iTunes places the backup files in the following places:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
The "~" represents your Home folder. If you don't see Library in your home folder, hold Option and click the Go menu.
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
To quickly access the Application Data folder, click Start, and choose Run. Type %appdata% and click OK.
Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
To quickly access the AppData folder, click Start. In the search bar, type %appdata% and press Return.

I updated to ios 8.3 and i hate it! Is there a way i can uninstall the update and go back to the one before this?
I'm sorry, but Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS. Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums.

Is there a way you can change your app locations on iTunes?
It's tedious when trying to drag an app that you really like past 4 'pages' of apps to the 1st page.
HI,
Is there a way you can change your app locations on iTunes?
Yes. Connect your iPhone to your computer, launch iTunes. Select your iPhone under Devices on the left. Select "Apps" in the menu. You can drag apps to any of the home screens you want, then click: Apply bottom right corner of the iTunes window.

I have disable my Iphone5 I would like to switch it on but i dont want to recover it an lose my photos, is there a way i can check when last it was backed up
You will find out when you restore it. You don't have a choice but to restore at this point. You will lose any that were not already backed up. You can't back it up after it's been disabled.

When you back up your Iphone/Ipad it backs up your camera roll. but when you take pictures and it uses photo stream, does that mean there are two copy's of your photos on icloud one set for photo stream and one set for backups?
What do you mean by storage quota, does that mean i could be photo streaming about 1gb of photos and it does not get taken away from my free 5bg.
