Is there a way to copy the backups to external drive

After a rejuvenate is there a way to get the other backups copied to an external drive? When trying I get a message that says some file to read the backup is missing

Has this changed recently or is everyone (review websites) jumping on the bandwagon just saying that the A4 processor is exactly he same as the iPad with no real proof? could it be under or indeed over clocked?

Are you sure you're pressing command-c, not something like control-c? If you're new to Macs, the control-c keystroke from Windows may be so ingrained you're pressing that without realizing it.
Edit: Note that I didn't mean to imply you're not thinking clearly with the definition of the word I looked up, it was just the first word that popped into my mind!

What do you mean? I get that you want to copy the Artwork, but do you mean you want to print it off and use it as the cover of a disc?

Adding an SSD is not a simple endeavour like adding additional memory or adding another hard drive to a Mac Pro. That's probably why the option is only offered as an option at the time of purchase. Even if your Apple store was willing to install the necessary parts you will probably be paying for 1-2 hours of labor plus the cost of purchasing the necessary service parts (SSD, bracket, cables, etc) which I suspect will make the upgrade cost much higher than what it costs to add the SSD option when purchasing a new system.
I use my system for business and need it to work reliably. Even though I'm fairly handy with tools I would not be willing to risk damaging my system and voiding my warranty by opening my system and removing the logic board and several other parts in order to squeeze in an SSD option and attach the appropriate cables and brackets. I'm also not prepared to deal with the hassles of explaining why my system has unauthorized parts installed in the event I experience issues and need to make use of my Apple warranty. My time is valuable, so I would probably investigate external storage options, or if I needed the speed of an SSD, I would consider selling my existing system and then purchase a new system configured with an SSD.
If you haven't already done so I suggest doing a search on 'iMac SSD installation' to see what's involved. It might help you understand why the SSD option is not offered post purchase.

Iphone does NOT store to the SIM at all.
You should be syncing iphone to your computer regularly so all of your contacts should be on your computer in whatever program you have chosen to sync.

We have two iPod touch 2nd generations, one had to be restored a few days ago and is now not able to have some of the apps back on it saying that they are incompatible with the iPod. Is there any way to "copy" the apps from 1 to the other??

you can by downloading iTunes to your computer/laptop but before plugging it in to the computer make sure all of your apps are on it then just sync the restored iPod to your computer and all of the apps on the computer will go to your iPod.. Good Luck

Is there a way to reduce the backup frequency to iCloud

I got a email from my ISP yesterday notifying me that I had used 14GB of my plan this month. As the new billing cycle only started this week i realised something was not right so i began to check my useage level for each day only tho find that it was consistantly high each day. I then began looking at the history and discovered that my useage spiked when i purchased my iPhone 4S. So i looked at the settings and discovered that my Storage allowance on iCloud was already nearly full and the next backup was going to be 5GB as it was backing up my iPhones Photos. Seeing as the phone seems to be backing up each night when i plug it in to charge, is there a setting to reduce the frequency that backups are performed so i can turn the full backup back on?

Is there any way to copy the iPad photostream onto my phone?

I was recently on vacation and the pictures I was taking on my phone were not being pushed to photo stream. I stupidly turned photo stream off and back on, and lost all of the photos in photostream on my phone. Luckily, the photostream on my iPad is intact. My question is: is there any way I can push my iPad photostream to my iPhone so that my pictures are restored? Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try not to look on the photos on the iPad as being in photostream but rather as remnants from photostream, it would be a good idea to save them at the earliest opportunity. You can do this by navigating to the photostream thumbnail page, tapping on the rectangle with the arrow in the top right corner, selecting the photos and then choosing save from the options at the bottom of the page.
Unfortunately getting them into photostream to have them appear on the iPhone is less straight forward. You could take screenshots of each photo, but you really would be better downloading the photos to a computer and adding them to photostream from there.

No, that's not possible. A computer is required in order to effect such a transfer. Connect both drives to your computer. You can use Disk Utility to clone one drive to the other. Be sure you first partition and format the new drive:
Drive Partition and Format
1. Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Apply button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
5. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Security button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
6. Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to several hours depending upon the drive size.
Steps 4-6 are optional but should be used on a drive that has never been formatted before, if the format type is not Mac OS Extended, if the partition scheme has been changed, or if a different operating system (not OS X) has been installed on the drive.
Clone using Restore Option of Disk Utility
1. Open Disk Utility in the Utilities folder.
2. Select the destination volume from the left side list.
3. Click on the Restore tab in the DU main window.
4. Select the destination volume from the left side list and drag
it to the Destination entry field.
5. Select the source volume from the left side list and drag it to
the Source entry field.
6. Double-check you got it right, then click on the Restore button.
Destination means the new external drive. Source means the old external drive.

What is the best way to transfer large folders across to external drives?
I'm trying to clean up my internal hard drive and want to copy a folder (including its sub folders) of approx 10GB of video files to an external firewire drive.
I've tried drag and drop in finder (both copy and move) and it gets stuck on a particular file and then aborts the whole process.
1. Surely it should copy everything it can, and simply not copy the problem file.
2. Is there a way I can do copy and verify, a bit like when I burn a disk so I can be sure the video files have transferred safely before I delete them from my internal drive?

What you are trying to do makes perfect sense to me and I have done the same prior to getting myself a Time Machine system in place.
1. Surely it should copy everything it can, and simply not copy the problem file.
The fact that it is getting stuck on a particular file suggests that there is a problem with it. Try to identify which one it is and deal with that file on it's own. It could be that there is a disk error where that file is stored.
2. Is there a way I can do copy and verify....
The copy process you are using does that implicitly as I understand it.
