If you need to authorize your new computer and are unable due to already having five authorized computers, you can deauthorize all computers by doing the following:
Click iTunes Store on the left side of iTunes.
If you're not signed in to the store, click the Account button, then enter your account name and password.
Click the Account button again (your Apple ID appears on the button), enter your password, and then click View Account.
In the Account Information window, click Deauthorize All.
Note: You may only use this feature once per year. The Deauthorize All button will not appear if you have fewer than two authorized computers. If you need assistance on using this feature, please contact iTunes Store support via email (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/).

Use the Preview application. If you have it in your dock you can drag a group of photos to the icon and they'll open with the first picture large and the rest as thumbnails to the side. Use the buttons at the top to go to the next picture and zoom in or out.

Is there an issue just signing out? It's a chore entering itunes store password sometimes I agree but there's no way to set a local password on AppleTV - though it's a good idea as you could have a simpler one than for itunes store.
Ordinarily I enter my password for rentals though AppleTV ususally asks if I want it to remember it automatically. If you sign out and sign back in you should get the option.

I recieved most of the music that is currently on my iPod from my cousin, but if i want to add some of MY music to the iPod then i have to erase all of her music off of it! Is there a way to save the music that is already on there and then put it back on the iPod once it has been erased?

First of all try this method which works on some Windows PCs.
Open iTunes and select edit/preferences/advanced/general. Put a check mark in the box marked "copy files to iTunes music folder when adding to library" and also "keep iTunes music folder organized", then click 'ok'.
Connect the iPod whilst holding down the shift/ctrl keys to prevent any auto sync, and if you see the dialogue window asking if you want to sync to this itunes library, click 'no'.
Then go to file/add folder, open 'my computer', select your iPod and click 'ok'.
The music files should transfer to your iTunes.
If this doesn't work (and it may not because officially it's not supposed to), check out the instructions/suggestions here.
Music from iPod to computer (using option 2). This a manual method using "hidden folders" and although it works, it can be messy.
Much easier ways are to use one of the many 3rd party programs that copy music from the iPod to the computer.
One of the most recommended is Yamipod. This is a free program that transfers music and playlists etc from iPod back to the computer. However, it does not transfer playcounts/ratings etc.
There is also CopyPod. This does preserve ratings/playcounts etc if those are important to you but this program is not free.
If you are using iTunes version 7 or later, then you can transfer purchased iTunes store music from the iPod to an authorized computer by using the "file/transfer purchases from iPod" menu. Note that the maximum of 5 authorized computers applies here.

When I got my first Ipod several years ago my parents created an Apple ID, or whatever it was called back then, so I could download music. This is where about 90% of my music was downloaded from. When I got my Iphone 4S just over a year ago I created my own Apple ID with my own email address. I used this ID to download more music. I used this ID to sign in on my laptop and I downloaded some music from some CDs and other non-Itunes material. However it will not let me sync my Iphone to this ID because it says it can only be synced to the other one and in order to sync it with the one under my email address I have to clear what is currently on my Iphone in order to sync with the small material on the Itunes library under my email address which is stupid because then I end up losing most of my music downloads. What I am wondering is if there is a way to transfer material from my parents ID to mine so all of my stuff is in one place without having to clear my Iphone.

useless sabotage is right you cannot move purchases between Apple IDs.
What you could do is to authorise your laptop with your old Apple ID
Store > Authorise this Computer..
Then transfer all the old purchases from your old computer to this one so they are all in the same itunes.
Connect up your iPhone 4 to the new machine. Yes it will ask you to erase. Go ahead and erase then as all your music is on the iTunes for this machine you can resync it but still use your new Apple ID for future purchases.

I have had one Apple ID that I have shared with my family. I have been the care taker of said Apple ID but soon I will be leaving for college so I wanted my parents to have there own ID. I had them set up an Apple ID and I am looking for a way to transfer all the media from my ID to theirs. I dont want them to purchase music and apps that I already own. Is this at all possible? If so, how?

You canot transfer the purchases from 1 Apple ID to another. I assume if you are leaving for college you will have your own computer or are they getting a new computer?
Any way if they are keeping the computer you originally used it will be authorised to play content purchased with your ID. They need to ensure that the computer is authorised with their new id. All your Apple content will still be playable.
For you new content you need to copy all the content from the old computer to the new content.

Then authorise your new computer with your Apple ID and you will all be able to play the content but your new purchases will now only show up on your new machine.

Regarding preventing someone from taking the quiz without going through the content...
I decided to separate the quiz out of the project as a separate item.
We are going to use a Learning Management System which will house the module to control the access.
The LMS can be set to not allow people to click on the Quiz link, until they have gone through the content. (So they cannot by-pass the content and just do the quiz).
I was trying to find a way to control this from within Captivate 5 and keep people from being able to click on the quiz without going through the content. (And keep the quiz inside the original project).
However, this LMS solution will work for this module.

I got a new computer recently and don't have my old laptop, which has all of the songs in my Itunes on it. I have all of the songs on my iPod touch, is there a way to transfer them to my new computer without having the old one?
