Is there a way to delete everything on the cloud all at once and start over?

We tried to store a lot of photos to the cloud in one copy. The files have been syncing for over 24 hours. We tried to stop the sync and just throw everything away, and they still show up in the archive. Is there a way to delete everything on the cloud all at once and start over?

Dulls for information on how to permanently delete your files please see Creative Cloud Help | Manage and Sync files.

  • Is there a way to delete old emails in icloud all at once instead of 6 at a time?

Is there a way to delete all the old emails in icloud with one click of a button instead of 6 at a time?

If it's an iCloud email account, go to icloud.com from your computer.  Then you can select email by clicking the first, then shift-clicking that last and pressing your delete key.  Don't try to delete more than about 500 at a time or it will probably hang.
If it's a different email provider, go to their webmail site and do the same thing.

  • Is there a way to delete everything off the Ipod but not off itunes?

I have a 4g Ipod nano, and it is full so it wont let me add any new songs. I have gone into itunes and deleted songs from my playlist and tried to update my ipod but even when i delete playlists and songs it still says that i dont have enough room to add any more. Is there any way i can delete everything off my ipod and but still have all my music in itunes so i can basically start over?

Try restoring your iPod. Restoring will erase the iPod's hard drive, reload the software and put it back to default settings. it won't remove anything from your iTunes library. Once the restore is complete follow the on screen instructions to name the iPod and automatically sync your songs and videos onto the fresh installation. Press Done and the iPod will appear in iTunes and start to sync. If you want to update manually or using selected playlists uncheck the box beside the sync automatically instruction and press Done, it will default to manual mode and you can choose whatever setting you like: Restoring iPod to factory settings with iTunes 7

  • Is there a way to delete large numbers of emails all at once?

I receive large numbers of emails because of the discussion lists I'm on, but sometimes I need to delete
most of them for lack of time.  There can be over 500 in a couple of days.  I'd like to be able to do one simple
thing that allows me to delete all of this old mail at a time.  Is there such a way?

If your email account supports it, you can tap the Trash Icon, Tap Edit and the Delete option may let you delete all. I have a Comcast mail account that allows me to do this. I also have two AOL accounts that do not support it.
Try your mail account and see if the Delete All option comes up at the bottom of the window. Account
Name>Trash>Edit and look in the lower left corner of the window.

  • How do I delete all my images and start over?

How do I delete all my images and start again?
I have not been able to transfer chosen images to specific folder and now there are too many misplaced pieces.  Please help!

Wrong software... I am having trouble with Lightroom 5.  Since my images are still on my memory card, I should be able to delete that which I have on Lightroom 5 because it is in a scrambled mess and I cannot export the images to folders.  I want to start over.

  • My daughter got an ipad, I now have her ipod. Both have the same username and password so when I sinc the ipod on my computer it downloads all of her games/music. Is there a way to delete everything and start over so that I can have only my apps/music?

My daughter got an ipad so I took her ipod. The problem is both of them have the same user id and password so when I sinc the ipod to itunes, it downloads all of her apps/music that I don't want to the ipod. Is there a way to wipe out everything on the ipod and change the username/password (I guess) so that when I sinc it, it doesnt download her stuff?  Also, there are a few songs that I have purchased through iTunes that I would like to keep, can I do this or will I have to re-purchase the music again?

(I think the daughter got he better end of the deal!)   I believe if you change the password and user id one of the devices it will stop that from occurring. But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

  • I put my iPad into DFU mode without thinking much about it. I didn't realize I would lose everything. Is there a way to get everything back the way I used to have it before I tried recovering my iPad?

A couple of days ago my iPad died, so I plugged it in to charge. It went into a rebooting loop, and when I looked up how to fix this, I saw that I can put my iPad into DFU mode to fix certain things like this. I did, not thinking much about it because l had seen both of my parents get new phones and everything was slowly but surely on their phone the way it was on their old phones.
I thought that even though I agreed to the iPad being put back into factory settings, I thought I would be able to get everything back the way it used to be just by logging into iCloud when setting it up. I was wrong. This is a school iPad, so all of my notes are gone. The only things that were backed up were my photos. All the games, social media, etc. that I had downloaded prior were gone. Even my notes.
Is there a way I can get everything back to the way it used to be, or was agreeing to put the iPad back into factory settings the wrong thing to do? Was it a mistake to take it upon myself to fix my iPad in this restarting loop? I would really like to get everything back, especially my school notes.

The only way to get everything back is by restoring a backup. If you didn't have a backup, there is nothing that you can do to recover your lost documents and your notes. If you have a backup restore the backup in order to recover your data. Purchased apps can always be downloaded again as long as you use the same Apple ID that you bought them with, but data can only be recovered from a backup or if you have copies of the documents and notes on a computer.

  • Is there a way to delete things from the ipad mini but from the lock screen?

my ipad mini's keyboard is in greek, but my password is in english and if i try to put my password in it says its incorrect, is there a way to either delete my whole ipad from the lock screen or make it do what it says when we start the ipad up for the first time??
    need help!!!!!!!

Try and force your iPad into Recovery Mode to remove passcode.
    1. Turn off iPad
    2. Connect USB cable to computer; leave the other end alone
    3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
    4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
    5. Release the Home button
    6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
    7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
    8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad. Data will be lost if you do not have backup.

  • Is there a way to delete information like the call log on voice, the text messages on text, the IM Messages on IM as well as the INternet history, etc. with one command?

If I want to lay my phone down and I want NO ONE to know about any past activity is there a way to clean it ALL out at once so I am sure that my activities will not be discovered?

Is this for a smart phone? You can hard reset the device back to its factory configuration, but of course then you have to spend a lot of time setting it up again. There might be an application for clearing the information you want to clear, but it would be specific to your device (and you might have to root/jailbreak your device to gain full control of it). You might try posting your question on a forum dedicated to your device's operating system, such as Android Central or the iPhone Blog.

  • I have an iPod nano (4th gen), loaded with music from my own CD collection.  I loaded the music from a laptop I no longer have.  Is there any way to delete some of the music using a different laptop?  Thanks!

Can you help me with deleting music from my iPod nano?  The music was from my own CDs and I no longer have the laptop I used.

iTunes and Apple's devices work as an ecosystem. iTunes is designed to sync with Apple's products, not anyone else's. You'll need your songs in a format compatable with the Samsung phone and to use the software transfer program supplied/recommended. It is essentially not an Apple/iTunes problem. You may have better luck finding the information you need on Samsung's forums.

  • Is there a way to delete some of the used versions of the project I've just completed?

How can I deleted unusable versions of the project I've just completed in PE 9?

If you've followed the advice in my books, you've created a new folder whenever you've started a new project. Then removing the project and all its supporting and temp files is as simple as deleting that folder.
Otherwise, you'll have to browse to them and manually delete them.

  • HT4528 With IOS 7 I had to move my photos and videos off to a backup to install the IOS.  When they moved back to the phone during a sync I have no way to delete them.  The trashcan stays grayed out and the usage page doesn't give me a delete option.

I got the message that IOS 7 was ready to download.  I wish I had read the reviews on it first.  I had to move my photos and videos off the phone to free up memory space for the install.  I was still able to see the phone with a file browser and grabbed the photos and videos and stored them in a directory on my hard drive.  Meanwhile my itunes updated too.  So with my files moved and deleted from the phone I made a backup of the phone.  I installed the ios 7.  When I synced the itunes moved my backup directories back to the phone.  I can't figure out how to remove them from the phone.  Under photos they have installed themselves with the names iphone09282013 and videos directories.  When I access them I don't get a delete option.  The trashcan is greyed out.  The settings usage page no longer gives me the swipe delete function.  How do I remove these files to free up space now that I have them saved to my computer?

    Hi Eric Ferguson,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
For troubleshooting on this, take a look at this article:
iTunes: Specific update-and-restore error messages and advanced troubleshooting
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3694
    Error 13, 14, 35 and 50 (or -50)
These errors are typically resolved by performing one or more of the steps listed below:
Perform USB isolation troubleshooting, including trying a different USB port directly on the computer. See the advanced steps below for USB troubleshooting.
Put a USB 2.0 hub between the device and the computer.
    Try a different USB 30-pin dock-connector cable.
    Eliminate third-party security software conflicts.
There may be third-party software installed that modifies your default packet size in Windows by inserting one or more TcpWindowSize entries into your registry. Your default packet size being set incorrectly can cause this error. Contact the manufacturer of the software that installed the packet-size modification for assistance. Or, follow this article by Microsoft: How to reset Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) to reset the packet size back to the default for Windows.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, bypassing any routers, hubs, or switches. You may need to restart your computer and modem to get online.
Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.
    Best of luck,
    Mario
