Is there a way to download the Lightroom Help info to my laptop?
I'm running LR4 on a PC, windows 7 64-bit. Some times I work where I cannot be attached to the Internet, but still need the Help function. Is there a way to download the Help info so that it can be used when I'm offline?

Use the "View Help PDF" in the top right of the Help page. You can save this PDF to your computer for future viewing.

No need to worry about the disk version. You would just have to install an update anyway as soon as it was installed. Download from the link provided below and use the serial number you have to activate.

To download your pages from MobileMe simply mount your iDisk.
Then navigate to the Web > Sites folder where the pages are.
You can't do anything with them however, since iWeb cannot import them. But it's nice to know that you can download them.
You need the domain.sites2 files, iWeb uses to store its assets. Perhaps you have a backup?

Im trying to download the Io6 update but my connection is too slow and the update is too big is there another way to download the update? Any ideas or help and what can i do? The update starts again if it is paused

i broke my iphone and got a new one. My iCloud backup has a backup from the old phone and one from the new phone. The new phone didnt download everything from the original icloud backup. Is there a way to download the stuff i didnt get back? please help
You'll have to do another restore from the old phone backup. But before doing that, tell us what was not restored. For example is it just photos that didn't get restored? If so, that seems to be a common problem for many users, judging by the posts left in the forum. There doesn't seem to be a solution to that problem (other then to tell users to ALWAYS sync photos to a computer and never trust an iCloud backup/restore to save photos.

Bob, in addition to what Barbara said, I have an expired trial version of Elements 13 on my computer and I bought the software at Costco so that I could have the serial number to reactivate it at a $30.00 savings over Adobe's price. If you’ve already purchased the new iWork apps in Mavericks, you can use this trick to get Pages 4.3. If you still have access to a Mac running Mountain Lion. It must be Mountain Lion or Lion. Snow Leopard won't work. If the iWork '09 apps are installed, compress them & delete the originals. Launch the Mac App Store & click on the 'install' buttons under the iWork apps. You will get a message that you can't install the new version on this Mac but it will offer to download the previous version for you. Voilá, you have the self-contained apps that you can copy to another Mac.

You change it in iTunes. Go to the iTunes Store. In iTunes 12, click on your name in the toolbar and choose 'Account info'. In previous versions click 'Account' in 'Quick links' on the right. Sign in, and click 'Edit' next to 'Payment information'. Then you can change the card.

The latest iTunes software wiped out my apps for my 2G iPod Touch by overwriting newer releases of the apps which are not compatible with iOS 4.2.1. I tried to restore the iPod to an earlier version without success. Is there any way to download older versions of my apps which are compatible with my older iPod?
Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

Hello, I finally have time to learn how to use my Photoshop Elements 10 program. However, I want to be able to use it while we travel and I seldom have access to a Wi-Fi connection.
