I want users (i.e., people submitting a form) to be able to download a document. Is there a way to embed a document in a FormsCentral online form?

You can't embed it directly. You could put the document on your website then create a hyperlink on the FormsCentral form to your document.

Is there a way to set the ACLs on a folder so that users cannot copy a file?
I have a customer that wants to put an employee handbook into a FORMS FOLDER. But he doesn't want users to be able to copy the file into other folders or onto removable media.
Admittedly, I have never run into this before and my testing hasn't yielded an answer...
Any Ideas?

CS2 is very old and reached its "end of life" a while back. So probably won't run on modern operating systems. If you can still run it, you'll need to uninstall what you have and re-install with the download link below to activate it.

If you mean you have several podcasts and would like them all to be listed on the same page, you may be able to get the Store to set up what they call an 'Artist Page' which does this.

Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but I share my iTunes with my brother and so I only want about half the songs on my device.
I'm going to go get a new iPhone (the speaker on this one doesn't work) and I'm wondering if there is any way that I can save the music that I have on my iPhone so that it's easier to get it onto my new iPhone.
I've tried putting my iPhone's music into a playlist on my computer, but that wouldn't work. I also tried looking around iTunes for some way to do that or something similar, and I'm finding that I can't get it to do what I want.

Someone has worked on a webhelp project using robohelp, but now I am taking it over. Is there a way to transfer or import her work so that I can work on it, so I don't have to start from scratch and copy her work?

Hi,
well, it can be implemented by the means I hinted to in my first mail. Whenever an "illegal" change is made by the user, probably display an alert, and reset the geoemtry change to the prior state by returning kCmdHandled fromt the command interceptor. Beare of the four ways a user can change a spline: 1) Move/resize using the mouse 2) Select and hold down the mouse button until with a move the splines content is also displayed (dynamic) 3) Chnage the splines geometry by specifying the numeric values in th palette, 4) indirect changes by means of grouping such an item and changing the groups geometry. Another way would be in your case by chaning the pages geometry wich would result in a positional change of the spline relative to its page. Maybe you find another way to "illegally" change the splines geometry.
All of this is nothing for the faint at heart. And it will take some time to be implemented and debugged.
I will not share my implementation, but if you really stumble at some point in your way making this happen, I probably will give you some hints to move on in the right direction.

If you mean that your deleted the MobileMe account from the Mail...Calender Settings on the iPod then your are out of luch.

There is an option of embedding index for faster search while converting email to a PDF .
However I am not sure that will serve your purpose or not .
I would recommend you to get in touch with Microsoft support as well .
Meanwhile I'll work on it and get back to you in case I get a desired solution .

My ibook G4 died recently out of warranty, and I'm now without a way to open all my documents, which I created and saved in the pages format.
Is there a way to open these documents on a Windows XP machine, as that is the only machine I currently have available?

There are certain data you can save copying a Pages document to Windows, but not much. If you copy a Pages document to a Windows machine, you will see that it is in fact a folder. In that folder you will find pictures you have included in the document. You will also find a file called index.xml.gz. You can expand that one on windows - probably with Winzip - and open the xml file in your favourite browser, and then you will see the text you added among quite a lot of garbled text. Formating will be gone.
To some of us Pages' Mac-centric format is very inconvenient, but many users are quite happy with it, as they rarerly need the documents on a Windows machine. And when it happens they see no problem first exporting it to .doc, .pdf or .rtf format.

I'm making the book for children and there is one chapter providing coloring pages. So I wish to attach pdf files that allow users to download it at the end of chapter so that they can print it out. Been searching through discussion, I've found some advice about taking screen snapshot page-by-page > then send the pics from photo album to email. First you can add the information as a footer in the authoring program.
Next you can add custom meta data fields to include the copyright notice, contact information, and usage restrictions through the "File => Properties => Custom" UI or with JavaScript. Doc Properties info
You can also set the meta daa copyright through the "File => Properties => Description => Additional Metadata..." or with JavaScript. Doc Properties metadata
You can modify these scripts to make them functions that can be accessed by adding an option to an Acrobat menu item or as a tool bar button.
