Is there a way to format text data that has been persisted?

I am persisting five lines of numeric data in my app. Each persisted line of data saves and returns perfectly after a ro-boot, except for the text size and color.
To be clear : If I save 199.55, that is what appears after a device re-boot. The 'formatting' I am having issues with it the font size and color.
For some reason, the font sizes have changed and some of the font colors are incorrect.
Is there a way to correct this or prevent it from happening?

No, PSE doesn't recognize small caps as an option. You can do all caps, but small caps only happen by accident. For some reason it's not uncommon for the text tool to decide on its own only to do small caps, but there's no way to make it happen at will, at least not without an add-on like elements+ from simple photoshop. (There may be others that include small caps, but that's the only I can think of right now.)

I think you'd insert/add a new column adjacent the one you want to convert, let's say you want to convert the responses in column "J" so you insert a colulmn to the right "K", in cell "K1" you'd put "=UPPER(J1)" and when you hit "Enter" column K would be populated with the data from the cells in column J in all caps. You could then hide column J to keep the form cleaner and all new responses would be reflected in all caps in the new column K.

Is there a way to scan a string containing % (percent symbols) using the "Scan from String" function?

I am communicating serially with a chilled mirror device and the input string syntax contains this text: "%RH=<input value>"
I have not been able to figure out how to tell the function that the percent here is not a format specifier. Is this possible, or should I just try to use a different function?

Use %% in your format string so that it knows to use the percent literally. So %%RH=%f
EDIT: Darin got one in there ahead of me. It looks like either \% and %% both work.

When i plug my iphone 4 into iTunes and try to sync the music, it prompts a window that says if i sync music his, from his iphone 4s will override mine and erase my music. Isn't there a way I can have 2 seperate accounts or just delete his, as he is getting a new one? I have tried uninstalling although it still comes up to his account. TERRIBLY FRUSTRATED!!!! Have you tried oAlternateCatNum template? It is the only one close to your requirement but may not be the right one. If it doesn't work, then it will be none due to no DI exposure.

Quick way to format text cut and pasted from a web browser into Pages?

I work a lot by cutting and pasting text from web browsers into my word processor.
When I was using Word, I had built a very useful macro that allowed me to re-format the font, font size, colour, line spacing etc, as well as to remove hyperlinks, all by pressing one keyboard shortcut.
Is this possible in Pages? I've tried Paste and Match Style, and Paste Paragraph Style, but they only seem to solve half the problems.
Surely this must be a common problem? I've had a look in the discussion forums, but can't find anything...

I'm not having any trouble deleting links. Click on View > Show Invisibles. If there's a space following the link, put your cursor to the right side of the space, click, then drag to the left so that you highlight the link. Then just hit delete.
Or, if you want to have a web or email address in your copy without it being a live link, highlight it, then click on the Link inspector > Hyperlink button > and UNcheck +Enable As Hyperlink+.

I work from home using VPN and print by sending documents as attachments to my home Photosmart B210 printer. Every time I send a job there is a wasted page as the e-mail page prints. My office e-mail server automatically attaches a disclaimer "privacy" tagline to each message, so there is no way to send a blank e-mail. Is it possible to turn off the printing of the e-mail page? I can't find anything in the printer menus, manual or ePrintCenter.

Is there a way to turn 'passcode on immediately' while also using the fingerprint sensor?

If I turn my fingerprint sensor on in the new iPhone 5s to use as the passcode, it requires it to be used immediately after locking. I would like to change this to 1 minute but there aren't any other options when the fingerprint sensor is on. Is there a fix to this?
