Is there a way to link duplicate objects or artboards so that you can manipulate multiple copies simultaneously?

Is there a way that I can link copies of an object so that I can manipulate one copy and the others will change also in real time?
Maybe with artboards? Wondering if there's a way to make a duplicate instance of an artboard that is 'linked' so it changes when I manipulate the original. Like you can do with files and comps in Aftereffects.
I have a really complicated set of paths that needs to be duplicated in multiple spots throughout a single composition. But I would like to be able to work on them AFTER they've already been placed, and I need each copy to be an exact match.

In addition to what imagecollection said, for some regular repeat patterns you may (also) use Effect>Distort&Transform>Transform with Move and Copies, possibly multiple times with possibly different copy numbers (such as twice for horizontal and vertical), symbol or no symbol.

No, you can't view a list of gift card redemptions, you can only view your account's purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases - if you select a link on that history then it should show how it was charged e.g. mine show 'Store Credit' as I only use gift cards

Is there a way to import .obj files into Motion so that motion can see the object as a 3D object?

I would like to import 3D objects with .obj file extensions into Motion. Is there a plug in or add on that allows you to do this? Is there any way of getting Motion to recognise 3D images? Other programs such as Adobe's After Effects (AE) achieves this easily and allows you to manipulate the image in 3D space.

My daughter got an ipad, I now have her ipod. Both have the same username and password so when I sinc the ipod on my computer it downloads all of her games/music. Is there a way to delete everything and start over so that I can have only my apps/music?

The problem is both of them have the same user id and password so when I sinc the ipod to itunes, it downloads all of her apps/music that I don't want to the ipod. Is there a way to wipe out everything on the ipod and change the username/password (I guess) so that when I sinc it, it doesnt download her stuff? Also, there are a few songs that I have purchased through iTunes that I would like to keep, can I do this or will I have to re-purchase the music again?

(I think the daughter got he better end of the deal!) I believe if you change the password and user id one of the devices it will stop that from occurring. But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

I'm using IPhone 4 to check emails. Is there a way on the IPhone to setup that the messages would still be on the server so that when I check on my laptops the messages are still there. I can do this setup for multiple laptops but don't know how I can do it for the IPhone.
I got help and setup all the things they told me but the problem is that I did not see the "Delete from server" option under Incoming Settings on my IPhone 4 to select. Is there anything else that I am missing? Thanks

In numbers you can add a checkbox that users can toggle off and on. This feature is not available in Pages. Can numbers features/tables be imported into pages or possibly added via Applescript? I haven't found a way to do this.

And you won't. Pages is not a Word clone, and does not support inline forms by any means, including AppleScript. LibreOffice does support all manner of controls for inline use — including your checkbox. Chapter 15 in the LibreOffice Writer PDF manual.

Is there a way to give permission to access iPhone 5C when you can't through the display? Display is not showing but iPhone 5C is recognized in iTunes through USB.

So display on phone does not show anymore; however, when I plug it into the USB the phone is recognized by iTunes and triggers the permission pop up to access. The only problem is I can't click "Trust" on the iPhone because I don't have a screen that shows it. I can even reset the phone by holding the power and home button. So basically it's give permission with no screen. I have a replacement phone on the way but unfortunately the back up for this phone was deleted during a PC refresh so no backup and that's why I need access to it. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

There is no way to interact with the phone if the screen is not working.
Did you happen to have iCloud backup enabled? If so, you'll be able to restore from an iCloud backup and get at least some of your data back.

You can copy the iTunes folder from one computer to the other, that will transfer all of your phone settings as well.

I always found reading over a bright white background on books very tiring for my eyes.
Instead of flooding them with eye drops, can we can change the background of the books or PDF to a softer background?

When you open your book - tap on the AA icon in the upper right and select - Themes from the resulting window. You can select Sepia or Night from the themes.
Sepia is a softer background and Night is white on black. Maybe one of those will be easier on your eyes.
