Is there a way to lock several tabs that you need all the time so that they are always available?

I use the same 6 or 7 web pages everyday at work and I'm wondering if there is a way to keep those tabs open by default? It would be especially nice if they stayed in the same order. My work flow includes using LinkedIN, Basecamp, Zoominfo, SalesForce, Facebook, etc. and I need to always have them open and easy to find.
I think that as we move more to browser-based software solutions, being able to keep pages open, properly labeled and easy to find is crucial for streamlining work flow.
By proper lables i mean: when using brower-based software, the name of the software should be shown in the tab instead of what part of that software you are using.

If you use the “Add Bookmark for These Tabs” option under the Bookmarks menu, it will create a single bookmark link that will automatically open all of those pages in seperate tabs when selected. You may find the following article helpful (it's aimed at Mountain Lion, but the same option should be available in Mavericks):

It is annoying: safari show all tabs doesn't work all the time. The little icon to the right of the "New Tab" area sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't. The Shift Command Back-slash, sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't. I find no rhyme nor reason for this. I have a MacBook Pro, Mountain Lion, the latest updates. It doesn't matter if I am in Full Screen or not.
I am quite confused regarding this.

Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type of copy paste the following:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, empty the cache more often from your keyboard.

Right click a tab and you will get the option to bookmark all tabs. Or use keyboard '''Alt + B''' which opens the old style menu. You can make changes to Firefox, as explained in this post: [/questions/799856#answer-155765]

Is there a way to select MULTIPLE tabs and then copy ALL of the the URLs and titles/or URLs+titles+HTML links? This can be done with the Multiple Tab Handler add on; However, I prefer to use a Firefox feature rather than download an add on. Thanks.

You should definitely be able to upload multiple files by Shift-clicking or Ctrl-clicking the files you want to upload. Just to make sure you don't have an old version of the service cached, please clear the browser cache and then log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. After clicking the File Upload icon in the upper-right corner, you should be able so select multiple files for upload.

Is there a way to share music, photos, ibooks, etc., between all the users on one mac without using the same apple ID on each?

There are 3 seperate users on my macbook used by 3 different people. I have had one apple id for awhile and have accumulated many songs, ibooks, and other things. The other 2 users just recently each made an apple id of their own. Is there a way to copy my music from the admin to their user's itunes?
The reason behind them making their own accounts is because they want their own icloud to sync to their iphone instead of absolutley ALL of our information being availabe to each other. If sharing the music and whatnot on our mac is not possible, are there any solutions to the bigger problem of our icloud?

Sorry, but I still don't understand what "account" you're referring to or what you're trying to recover. If you mean the iTunes Store, your husband should be able to just sign in using his normal user ID and password for the Store. If you mean the content purchased from the iTunes Store, with the exception of movies and audiobooks he should be able to just download it again:

If that's still not what you mean, you'll need to clarify further, or have your husband post and explain what the problem is.

Is there a way to load embedded html as you scroll down the page?

I'm embedding chart.js charts into a muse site and they animate in as soon as they are loaded. What I'd like to do if possible is have each graph animate on as you scroll down the page in a parallax scrolling manner. Is it possible to trigger the code to load not at the same time as the page but instead by using a scrolling effect trigger?

Is there a way to export layers as files with out all the extra numbers in the prefix?

I've officially spent 8 hours researching this topic and I can't seem to get anywhere...
i want to export a bunch of layers to files. I know about the layers to file script, that's not what I'm asking. I'm asking how to get rid of the "0000_0000" that like to show up for no aparent reason.
I have numerous sepaaret psd's with about 10-25 layers each so I don't want to have to go through the bridge and rename everysingle time...

From email, whenever I click on an attachment, it opens in another window with the tab for the attachment as I expect. But the NewTab TAB opens as well and is the active tab. So I have to click on the attachment tab to view it. Then when done, if I delete the attachment tab , I also have to delete the NEW Tab as well.
This is a recent development and is different from the way things worked before.

Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - general - network)
If on wifi try ethernet
You can go to istumbler, netstumbler or similar to see a report of the network, look for signal strength and noise

This time I disagree, you can't re-download music recorded in iTunes from a CD unless you buy more capacity in the cloud. Besides you can't trust the iPhone to a little child because of the risk of having your favorite music deleted in an instant. A simple lock button would solve this big issue. How can I suggest Apple to implement it?

Macbook battery life, is there a problem If I keep it plugged almost all the time?

New Mac user here, so I was wondering if there's a problem if I keep my MBP plugged all the time.
Most of the time I'm on my room using my MBP fully charged and I don't disconnect it.
Is there a problem with my batter life if I do that?
Or it's recommended to unplug and use it till the battery run off and then charge it again?
Because I work a lot on my MBP and that way in a simple day I could charge it and run uff the energy of the battery 2 to 3 times at day.
What's better for the life of my battery?
And if you could give me some advices to maintenance my battery and Macbook pro (also programs) I would appreciate it.

No. I do that most of the time. Perhaps monthly I discharge it to the 40% level to keep the battery happy. Do not discharge the battery completely. If you are forced to use only battery power and you see the battery is low warning terminate your session or plug into AC if you can.

Is there a way to lock the app tabs, so that it automaticly opens a new tab when I leave the site that the app tab is started on?

I am wondering if it is possible to turn app tabs into basically a "live bookmark"

the TabMixPlus extension has a feature for doing just this (and lots of other features i have come to use all the time, can't live w/o it)
the option is on the very bottom of the Events preference panel -> New Tabs tab in the TabMixPlus options window (see pic)
