The page that you posted from has instructions for how to create a new account (the instructions won't work with existing accounts) withou giving payment details - they worked for me when I tried them in response to another thread a couple of days ago.
i.e. I logged out of my existing account on my computer's iTunes and found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price' :

Version 20 places all of developer toolbar components together which is kinda of a killer. Before you could just have the style viewer open on the side with only having a small toolbar at the bottom. Or work with HTML by pressing a single button.

The new version is hopeless - which is a pity because this feature is just about the only reason I stick with FireFox as a developer. Previously I could hit Ctrl-shift-I to bring up the nice site panel, which often with wide-screen monitors is dead-space. The HTML panel wasn't shown by default and I seldomly needed it. I could hit ESC to get rid of it.
NOW - the ESC key does nothing so I have to move my hand back to my mouse and click on the 'x' button to get rid of the panel. I can't get rid of the HTML part and the pane takes up the whole of the lower part of my screen which is NOT dead space.
In the truncated CSS panel at the bottom of the page I can only see the first couple of styles - often I want to see further down the list so I just about always have to scroll.
NO: opening in a separate window is NOT a solution!
If you're going to change the layout without first doing some research on how people use a tool then please make sure you have the option in the first few releases to go back to the old layout - just in case, on the off chance, what you're doing is really really silly!

You'd need an app like Skype to video call with other phones.
Data transfer is not supported via bluetooth and iphone to iphone is not supported at all.

The box is called Headers and is used for thing that will be repeated on several pages like page numbering and names etc.. You can uncheck it in the Inspector > Document tab

When I start Siri, I can choose my audio source, but the iPhone forgets the selection after that session, and defaults back to trying to use the car's speaker and mic the next time I use Siri.

For photos that were originally synced from a computer you will need a third-party app such as Simple Transfer (which has a free lite version called Simple Photo & Video Transfer) which can copy them off via your wifi network. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to a device, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer.

In DVD-Video, buttons cannot overlap, and their hit area will always be a rectangle...even if the contents of the button are rotated, it will result only in the rectangle becoming larger, to fit the rotated graphics.
Regarding button thumbnail layers, they show similar behavior - they will always render out as a rectangle.
If you don't use thumbnail layers (try a replacement layer), you should be able to rotate the button without the replacement layer getting re-adjusted. But note replacement layers don't accept video. If you want video in the buttons, you'll have to do all the work in After Effects.
But remember - your buttons cannot overlap without introducing button highlighting problems.
A better solution is to not make these buttons at all, but a regular menu layer or video background layer. And then you can create custom highlight layers in Photoshop, again making sure your buttons don't overlap. This would be a lot of work.

If you have the prepaid 3G account, no. The prepaid service, the kind activated directly from the iPad only works on Verizon's own network. You'd need to change to the month-to-month postpaid service to roam on the extended network. Call customer service about changing it over. You will need to do a credit check but there is no contract.

If the export value is not specified, it is by default set to "Yes" in the language of your version of Acrobat which can be quite annoying when you are creating a file using two computer that have different language settings.
If the export value is not important to you, you should use the property called .isBoxChecked(0) instead of the value property. It works the same way except it is boolean (true or false) .

alternatively, there is a method called .checkThisBox() for manually checking boxes.
this.getField("myCheckBox").checkThisBox(0, true) will check it while (0, false) will un-check it regardless of the export value.

Open Finder
On the top menu bars, click on "View"
Go down to the bottom of that drop-down menu to "Show View Options"
Then a window will open up on your desktop called "Desktop"
There you can adjust the text size, the size of your icons, and even the spacing of them icons.

Okay, I see I should have read some of the other discussions before I posted. According to the discussions at http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=887980 and http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=821637, the option to "Create a closed network" (disable the broadcast of the SSID, as some utilities call it) is misleading and only makes the network invisible to the casual observer. Ordinarily, I would still consider that worth something -- having a better lock on my door might not make me completely safe, but it might make the next door down the block look like a more inviting target for a thief. However, considering the flaky behavior that my Mac often doesn't automatically find the same closed network that it has found many times before, I'm turning off the "closed network" setting and relying on encryption.
