Is there a way to make a tabbed form? Like an Excel workbook, have named tabs.

In Excel you can have multiple tabs with multiple pages connected to it. Is it possible to create a similar experience in Adobe forms? like how there are tabs in Livecycle to switch between Design, Master, and Preview. Can you make tabs in the form itself?

I sugggest you try my application, Dates to iCal. It is shareware with a 2 week trial period.
Dates to iCal 2 is a replacement for Apple's birthday calendar for iCal. It has a range of features to allow the user to choose what, and what not, to sync to iCal from Address Book.
As well as automatically syncing birthday dates from Address Book, Dates to iCal 2 can sync anniversary and custom dates. It can set up to five alarms for each date in iCal and can also set different alarms for birthdays and anniversaries. It allows the option of only syncing from one Address Book group. This application also allows for the titles of the events sent to iCal to be modified to the user's preference.

Hey, I was wondering if there is some way to make my guitar sound like other instruments, for example a string arrangement, or a violin? I remember when I was little my uncle had an effects box that did this (he could make his guitar sound exactly like a violin!) but I was wondering if there is a software avenue to do this with. you can use a Guitar to MIDI converter.
This way you can use a Software instrument in GB instead of the sound of your guitar.
I haven't any experience with these, so don't want to recommend one or another.

Is there a way to make the NAS200 act like a drive in my computer

Not sure if this has been discussed here yet.
I have a NAS200 connected to my router and I can access through my web browser no problem.
I was wondering if there's a way to make it act like a drive that's in my computer. i.e give it a drive letter and have it show up in the "my computer" area.
I am running win 8 pro desktop hard wired to the router with the nas200 connected. Is there a way to "mount" the nas200 as drive on the computer.

I have Ver 12 installed & a website says I need Ver 8 or 9 for it to function properly. Is there a way to make ver 12 run like Ver 8 or 9?

The "IowaCollegeAid.gov" web site for filling out an application for financial Aid comes up with a window stating their web site will not work properly with my Firefox Ver 12 and it only supports ver 8 or 9. I have the 99$ version of it, which has a feature called "rotoscoping" that lets you put audio in sync to a animation. I would highly recommend iStopMotion, as there are three programs for Mac in the animation category and iStopMotion is the best one, in my opinion.
As for your other question, I am using it on Snow Leopard and, aside from a couple small glitches, it works beautifully. The interface doesn't look like it came from Tiger-- it looks like it came from ten years into the future!
With iStopMotion, you can export your projects into Quicktime movies for later importing into iMovie, Final Cut Express, or Final Cut Pro. So you could make an animation with rotoscoping and then put it into iMovie to add titles or live action.
NOTE: Rotoscoping is only included with the 99$ version, but it's really worth it to make the upgrade.

Is There a Way to Make the Background App Be Useable?

Hi. Is there a way to make the background useable? For example, you have a fullscreen only app in the background and you want/wanted (which is the correct grammar btw, those who're native speakers and why?) and you have Safari for some tutorial, is there a way to access the background app (for example if it's a drawing app you're learning).
It is possible I guess if the background is/was (which is the correct grammar again btw and why) was resizable.

Another way to be able to get to the tutorial in Safari would be to double-click the titlebar of the drawing app's window. Doing that should minimize it, dropping it into the Dock, thus making the Safari window visible. You can bring the drawing back up and front by clicking its icon in the Dock.
I can see a lot of confusion happening if it were possible to have the top window inactive and one in the back of it active. One would have to be really alert as to which window was the active one, to avoid something happening in the wrong place. I'm glad it doesn't work that way.
As far as the drawing app not behaving in accordance with Apple's guidlines re full-screen windows, well, that's on the publisher of the program. Apple publishes developer guidelines for a reason.

Is there a way to make my custom form Organization specific.As in when first org users selects the org code from the find window ,the profile option should be set so that that all the info that they enter pertains only to that org.Its basically a way to set up the form so that it could be used across various orgs?

U can make the form org specific by fetching the organization id programmatically...U will need to override executeQuery method of your VO....Below will make things clear:
Add the following where clause in your VO query:

Yes right click on a toolbar, the customize option allows ordinary or small icons.

Additionally there are add-ons that change content size.

There are so many things that infuriate me about Pages. Save As.. missing, autosave, etc which are NOT like 99% of other apps on the Mac.
Specifially (today):
I have a letter in Pages. It’s a standard business letter you have see 1m times.
After the first line of the address, at the top of the letter, I insert a carriage return and BINGO, the tabs in the middle of the letter are suddenly all messed up.
Grrrrrr.
Is there a way to make lines independent in Pages? I have this crazy belief that letters are not Web Pages, not HTML, and that an extra line somewhere should not reformat following lines way down the page.
Alternately, is there some 3rd party word processor that works like the old Apple Works, with graphics and tables you can recommend?

Save As is still there, hold down the option key as you go to the File menu. This is not Pages, it is Mountain Lion.

Then you are doing something wrong, probably pounding away at spaces, tabs and returns to position things. Turn on invisibles to see what is going on:
Menu > View > Show Invisibles
If you have strings of tabs, spaces and returns that is the problem.

Time to learn Pages. AppleWorks is dead. Stop pining for it. This is a case of user error and instead of blaming Pages, it would pay to find out what you have done and stop doing that.
Pages, except for the fancy DTP features, tables and charts works like most other Word Processing apps. Just a case of learning new tricks. My guess is you have other stuff going on.

Yes. In System Preferences > Universal Access > Mouse & Trackpad tab > move the cursor size slider more to the right. The graphics aren't very good the larger the size but a slight increase really helps.

Is there a way to make customisable buttons?

I think it's called a macro. Is there a way to make a button to put on your tool bar that can perform a series of actions. For instance, it would be nice to have a button that can bookmark a site and automaticly sort it into a specific folder. Or a button that can toggle the "When I open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately".

In DVD-Video, buttons cannot overlap, and their hit area will always be a rectangle...even if the contents of the button are rotated, it will result only in the rectangle becoming larger, to fit the rotated graphics.
Regarding button thumbnail layers, they show similar behavior - they will always render out as a rectangle.
If you don't use thumbnail layers (try a replacement layer), you should be able to rotate the button without the replacement layer getting re-adjusted. But note replacement layers don't accept video. If you want video in the buttons, you'll have to do all the work in After Effects.
But remember - your buttons cannot overlap without introducing button highlighting problems.
A better solution is to not make these buttons at all, but a regular menu layer or video background layer. And then you can create custom highlight layers in Photoshop, again making sure your buttons don't overlap. This would be a lot of work.

[Ctrl]+[K] that will take you into your default browser search and your results will then open in the new tab.

Then give that bookmark a keyword maybe using "gs" for google search
