Is there a way to make a video clickable?

I've had a few clients ask me this and I just wanted to verify it. Is there a way in Premiere to make part of a video "clickable", where the viewer can click on the video and it goes to a web site? I know this is possible with custom players, Flash, etc., but is it possible to do this just with the video?

There was a way in which you could embed chapter markers in the timeline. The web coder would use these markers to fire up more/different html content.
For example, a markered video is embedded into an html web page. Within that page are other embedded elements, such as a jpeg panel or hyperlink box. When a certain marker is reached in the video, it would trigger the jpeg box to display a new image whilst a new hyperlink button would promt navigation to a new web page (whilst keeping the original video page open).
It's been a long time since I've done it, but I seem to think that Microsoft Media Encoder was the free application that assisted!

You'd need an app like Skype to video call with other phones.
Data transfer is not supported via bluetooth and iphone to iphone is not supported at all.

Interesting question I have a 3 Gs and I don't have a feint facing camera it does allow me to see the caller and if I turn my iPhone around they can see me I also have a iPad with no camera and I can see the other caller ok Ian using skype to achieve this it works very well with 3 g network and wifi hope this helps

Is there any way to play 1080p videos on the iPad with Retina Display without watching in full screen?

When I watch 1080p videos from iTunes on my iPad, they are stretched to fit the whole screen (with black borders) even though there aren't enough pixels in the video. This means that the videos are not crisp as one would expect on a retina display, but slightly blurry, as they are not pixel perfect. Is there any way to make the video smaller? Or does anybody know any 3rd-party apps which can do this?

For any of you who have used a Google TV device, you know that this is the default behavior for internet videos (Vimeo included, obviously) there. It's the only thing that I miss after boxing that thing up to use my Apple TV full-time.
If there's not a way to do this, is there any hope of suggesting this behavior (and if so, who would I suggest that behavior to, Vimeo or Apple?)?

You can change the address bar drop-down so it only suggest bookmarked sites instead of everything in your history. i looked up this question but didn't find what i was looking for. Pre10 on XP or on Win 7 64 bit( i have Pre 10 on two machines) both with lots of RAM. XP has a dual core processor and Win 7 64 has a quad core.
I shot a concert video with a Sony HDR-XR160 (1920 x1080 16:9) on tripod in back of room for my main camera and used a Panasonic Mini-DV as my roving camera (640x480). i am using the HD on video/audio 1 in timeline and want to use the Mini-DV on v/a 2... but when i cut to the mini-dv footage it plays fine but I see the edges of the HD footage on both sides.... is there any way to make this work??
can i resize the mini-dv footage or will that look weird? should i make a new project and make it 640x480 and what would that do to the HD footage? I thought that the 640x480 footage would look cool as cutaways as it's different res.
(I have another question. in Pre3 i could click on a video track and hold the alt key and use the arrow keys to shift the video track right or left by a frame at a time and that doesn't seem to work in Pre10 I have a matrix audio track to sync with the video. do you want me to start another thread for this question?)

If the SD material is not filling the Frame, which will happen in an HD Project, you will then need to Scale the SD footage to fit. This is what Steve was warning about, as the Scaling will degrade the SD material. One possible option would be to use a program, like Red Giant's Magic Bullet Instant HD, to do the Scaling. While still less quality, than having shot HD to begin with, many users find it pretty good for the up-rezzing.

You'll want a separate iCloud account for each user in addition to the main Apple ID used for purchases.
Let's say you have a family of four (husband, wife, and two children). Here is what you will need:
Main Apple ID for shared purchases in Tunes (everybody will be using this)
iCloud (Apple ID) account for husband
iCloud (Apple ID) account for wife
iCloud (Apple ID) account for child 1
iCloud (Apple ID) account for child 2
Yes, you can have both an Apple ID and iCloud account setup on the same device. On each iOS device, setup the main Apple ID account for the following services:
iCloud (Photo Stream and Backup are the only items selected here).
Music Home Sharing
Video Home Sharing
Photo Stream
Additionally, on each iOS device, add a new iCloud account (Under Mail, Contacts, Calendar) that is unique to each user for the following services:

On your individual Macs (or Mac accounts), use the main Apple ID in iTunes. Then, use the unique iCloud account in/for iCloud.
Now that everbody is using separate iCloud accounts for your contacts, calendars, and other things, it will be all be kept separate.
The only thing that is now 'shared' would be iTunes content (apps and other purchases), backups via iCloud (if enabled), and Photo Stream (if enabled).

First the link is a tutorial for iMovie on a Mac. I'm using iMovie on iPad so the steps are inapplicable.
Second it is only possible for me to manipulate the end part of the sound clip to whichever duration I want. But I can't do the same with the 'beginning' of the sound clip.
I simply want to place some photos in the beginning of my video with no sound in the background then after like 2 secs I want to start the music clip. For some reason that is not possible! Cause every time I drop the music clip unto my project timeline it automatically place it self along with the first frame in the project! And consequently the photos and music are forced to start together.
Hope I'm making sense...

For photos that were originally synced from a computer you will need a third-party app such as Simple Transfer (which has a free lite version called Simple Photo & Video Transfer) which can copy them off via your wifi network. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to a device, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer.

I just got a new iPod touch and took several videos. I can view the videos on the touch but I want to see them on my Samsung tv. The Samsung app apparently only recognizes videos with the mp4 extension and it appears that the touch creates its videos with the mov extension. Is there a way to change the default ext for the videos on the touch to mp4s? If not then do I have to find an app that will convert the mov to mp4, attach the touch to my pc, convert the image and copy it back to the touch? Seems lot a lot of work.

The app that I am using came on the Samsung tv. It is called mediaplayer. I have updated the firmware on the tv but it did not change the app or update it. The same thing happens. It recognizes the photos but not the videos. My friend also has a Samsung tv (differnet model) and I connected the touch to his and the same thing. He has a Motorolla Droid and when he connects it to his tv via a USB cable it does recognize his videos so I imagine that his Droid records videos with the mp4 extension.
So I am back to my original question. Is there a way to make the mp4 extension as the default when recording videos on the touch?
