Is there a way to reset my apple security questions without actually knowing them?

i recently purchased a new laptop but I can't buy anything on itunes until I enter my securituy questions. I never set these questions when I originally created my apple account so I do not know the answers. Is there any way to change them???

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

Hm, good suggestion, but I've actually already done this (and I've had a friend go through the steps with me). There is just NOTHING that is showing up under any of the categories in the cloud for downloading. The thing is, I'm just not sure if I enabled cloud-sharing or not on my iphone (although I know I've backed up my data through cloud on my iphone at some point).
Any other suggestions?

You can call the local number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with Account Security, or you can go to the ExpressLane at http://expresslane.apple.com then iTunes, then iTunes Store, then Password and Security Questions and fill out the form that is there.

Is there a way to open an apple store account without adding card info?

I want to have an apple store account for 2 reasons only.
1. To download the art covers for my music
2. So iTunes stops asking me every 30 seconds 'do I want an iTunes account'
At the end of registering I realised that apple are asking for my card details. I can't seem to bypass this. Is there a way to create an account without adding my card details?
If not and I have to add my card details in. Can i just check - I only pay something if i download a piece of music, movie, game etc. and there are no other charges?

You have to put a credit card. It is mandatory to verify in which country you're living and for Apple to validate in which Store your can buy music if you want to do so.
But if you never buy music, your credit card won't be charge at all. Don't worry about this.
You'll also be able to download the free song of the week, which is completly free each week. And for your cover art, it will not be a charge at all too.

Hey everyone! My iPod touch 4th gen power button is jammed into the iPod itself. This is obviously a big issue, but is not the main point of this post. My iPod has been laggy and slow, so I need to reset it. (NOT restore, but slide to power off; press and hold home+power for 10 seconds) is there a way for me to do this without my sleep/wake button.

i forgot my security questions and i try to reset them by the email that is regestered isnt mine i found out some guy from a different country was using it and he tried resetting my password several times because ide log onto my email and the changing password website would always pop up. anyways the email i have registered with my id are the 2 i made but theres one i have never seen in my life and its not mine

The option to send reset info, as described on the page that you posted from, only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
