I was wonder if Final cut pro x have the ability to show how much time is remaining in the rendering process...like premiere or final cut 7 use to, if I remember correctly...Same thing with Compressor 4.1.3

The big problem with estimating time remaining is the app cannot see into the future on the timeline. there might be a very complicated section coming up that requires rendering effects, graphics, or complicated Motion files but only after lots of heavy duty decompression or transcoding.
After using FCP for many years we sort of got a feeling for how much horsepower and time were going to sucked up with any given project or settings but today's monster CPUs and graphics cards have required me to rethink all of that previous experience.

I don't believe that's something that gets tracked in your Acrobat.com online account. There are free time-tracking utilities, though. I did a quick Google search and found a number of them.

I was watching a movie in bed last night and was guessing where the buttons were. At one point I saw how long the movie was and how much time I had left with a blue bar showing the progress. I have no idea how I did this, so what do you push to get this info while viewing something?

What i want to do is, if there is no activity on some page for a long time, then according to the remaining session expiration time, i want to popup a message to the user that 'so much' time is left for his session to expire. Well, see, how are you going to do this even if there was a method (which there is sorta... you need to use getMaxInactiveInterval() and getLastAccessedTime() from session to figure it out yourself). What I mean is, how are you going to tell the user. The JSP can't call the browser to tell it anything, and when the user goes to another page, the timer is reset, so it'll never be below that limit after that request.
Actually, I can think of only one way, and that is to have a JavaScript code on the page and use setTimeout function to show an alert after the needed time expires.

determining an ipods estimated remaining battery life is difficult because it doesnt know how long the backlight will stay on, how many times you change a songs, etc.
those are all variables that change the amount of battery

Do you have the card? If it has never been redeemed, the amount remaining is the full amount.
If it has been redeemed, there is zero value on the card.
If it was redeemed, the full amount was credited to the account, and can be spent down from there. To see your remaining credit balance, log into the iTunes Store and look at the upper right.
If you are not sure whether the card has been redeemed, just go ahead and try to redeem it. If it has already been used, iTunes will tell you.

Hi. Welcome to the forums.
Have a look at my shortcuts, options 14d-14g. These are slighly quicker ways to access the online meter.
Typically you go to www.bt.com, and click on MyBT. From there login with your Broadband associated username, and click on My Services. Click the green "b" and then View your broadband usage.
When you get to the online meter (which should be similar to my shortcuts option 14g - but with your unique token number at the end) - bookmark that page. When you need to look again, go to your bookmark and it should either request your login details - after input will take you directly to the meter, or if you are already logged in - it will show the meter.

Just wanted to let ya know that once a gift card has been redeemed, it no longer has any value. The store credit on the card has been completely transferred to the account it was redeemed to. It is not necessary to reenter the code each time a purchase is made. Instead, with each purchase, funds are deducted from the credit until it is used up. If there is not enough store credit to complete a purchase, iTunes will ask the user to set up another payment method.
The store credit available on your account should appear next to your account name in the upper right hand of the iTunes Store. If the credit is not immediately visible in your account, or if the displayed balance is not correct, you may need to sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign in again. This will refresh your account and your store credit funds should appear as expected.
