Is there a way to see if a app in the app store is different from it's website counterpart?

Some apps in the mac app store have had features removed by Apple's reques. I would much profer the convinience of the app store to a third party website but it is not worth it if it means a app has been dumbed down purely because Apple did not approve of a certain feature.
So is there any where that shows a list of apps that are different when comparing their website versions to the version in the mac app store?

I'm using iOS 7.1 on my iPad - and yes, you can click the little spanner (wrench) icon when you're in the document you want to protect, and there's an option "set password" towards the bottom of the menu.

This worked! ...about 50%, but I suppose that's better than nothing. I went into iTunes on my old username and downloaded the 300+ songs to my library but then for some reason when I went to transfer them to my iPhone it would only transfer like 120 or so of them. I'm not really sure why but I'll continue to work on it. Thanks so much for the help.
FYI - if anyone else reads this bc they have the same problem. If you choose to go this route and download previous purchases from your old account you cannot auto download any content on your new(er) apple ID for 90 days after the purchase download. Just something to keep in mind, but for me, it was totally worth it. I have no qualms about manually transferring the songs to my iPhone for the next 3 months if it meant getting the rights to transfer all my old songs to my iPhone.

But I was able to fix them by using the iTunes store and finding names, artist's, and etc. But when it came to Genres I could not find the Genre Column in the iTunes STORE. I can easily add an individual but there MUST be a way to add a group. The Flickr URL just changes from /photos/***** to /groups/****.

Try clicking Project > Rescale and scaling the project to be a smaller size.
Note that you probably want to leave the "Maintain aspect ratio" option selected (you are welcome Lilybiri )
Additionally, note that rescaling will inevitably result in a loss of fidelity. Things just begin to fuzzy up when you do that. The degree to which it suffers is in direct proportion to how much scaling you wish to do.
As a final note, you only really want to ever rescale a project once. So if you aren't sure about the final outcome, click File > Save As and rescale. Look at it. LIke it? Terrific! Keep it! Don't like it so much? Scrap it and open the original again. Then again click File > Save As...
Rinse and repeat as necessary... Rick

Based on what wikipedia said for iOS 5 you will be able to purchase text tones. SO you will have to wait till then. Hopefully someone will release an app to create your own much like they have now.

Are you talking about the stationary for the inside/body of the email (which BD gave great instructions for) or are you talking about the background color/highlight for the email as it appears in your sent folder?
I use my Mac Mail to manage several different email accounts from a variety of sources. I color code them so I can tell which account the email came into/from by just looking at the screen. If this will help, I (or one of us) can help you set this up in Mail's Rules.

Hey, is there a way to put own PDF's into the iTunes U App?

Our professors gave us several lecture-PDF's but my University isn't a member of iTunes U. Is there a way to put these PDF's in the app anyway, to use the note-feature etc.?

The paths won't agree on the two OSs so a simple XML import isn't likely to work.
See Sync iPod/iPad/iPhone with two computers and, if needed, Make a split library portable. The techniques in the first link will work when moving the library between Windows and OS X as long as the library is "portable", but iTunes takes quite some time checking the database when the library is opened under a different OS.

I'm wondering if it moved my rhapsody music to the cloud (which is pointless) so I shut off 'document' sharing in case that's the problem, but it's still saying I'm at 5G right now.
When I go to icloud.com all I see is the dumb app icons, with no clue as to what's taking up that disk space.

Have you enabled Automatic Downloads on all of your devices? This would download all of the books to all of your devices when you download on any device - as long as you are using the same Apple ID and iTunes account on all of your devices.
Go to Settings>Store>Automatic Downloads>Books>On. When you download a book on one iDevice, it will download to all of your iDevices. This will only work for downloads moving forward from the moment that you turn the setting on. You will have to download the previously purchased books to all of your other devices.
With iCloud, you can start reading the book on one device and then pickup where you left off on another device.

If I were you I would call Apple Customer Relations (800) 767-2775. Tell them exactly what you stated in your post in a polite way. See what they can do for you.
