The browser tab width maximum and minimum options are no longer in about:config and the "tab width clip" has no effect on tab width in firefox 17 or 18.

hello, the browser.tabs.tabClipWidth setting does only specify beyond which width a close button is shown on the tab. in order to set a custom tab size you can use this extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/custom-tab-width/

i think you can get max and min from the select query itself just check my previous posting for the min. But i dont think you can get the second maximum value from the select query. For that you have to store the data in itab and sort that by descending read thae table itab with index 1(max) and index 2(second largest) and last for min.
suppose you have data inyour itab.
data : lin type i.
sort itab by <field name> descending.
read table itab index 1."for max value.
write : / itab-<field>.
read table itab index 2."second largest.
write : / itab-<field>.
describe table itab lines lin.
read table itab index lin.
write : / itab-<field>.

Not in the Safari browser she can't. That is not supported on the iPad. There are other mobile browsers that do have that functionality - one is iCab Mobile.

No. Its not possible.
Alternatively, create another user account in your computer. Install iTunes in that account with the library you wish to sync.

FYI: iTunes account (used to make purchases) is not the same as iTunes library (iTunes on your computer with music, movies, etc.).

You can but you will not be able to limit what she syncs.

I don't recommend using (only) the checkmarks to select what to sync.
Each of you can create your own playlists then sync only those playlists.
Then add/delete from your own playlists to change iPod content.
The only time I uncheck items is if I rarely/never want to sync them to anything, such as Christmas music or old audiobooks.

If you turned off Contacts wouldnt that mean that the Contacts would no longer be backed up to iCloud as well? That would make it a pain when upgrading a phone to not easily pull contacts back down.

You might also look at apps like RunMeter. It will let you send updates by email, Facebook or Twitter. Glympse is another app that, though not designed specifically for runners, might also be useful.

Unless you subscribe to iTunes Match, iCloud doesn't sync music. Just set up every person's devices on a separate iCloud account and your iCloud data and photo stream will remain separated. Each iCloud account will need a separate ID, but it does not need to be the same as your iTunes ID. You can continue to share the same iTunes ID and maintain separate iCloud accounts with separate IDs for iCloud.
You'll also want to use separate IDs for each person for iMessage and FaceTime. This will keep your text messages and FaceTime called separated as well. The easiest way to do this is to have everyone use their iCloud ID for these two services as well.

Hello Serenity99. In my rather limited experience with this, I have had much success with just copying and pasting the project from within FCP X. All of the properties (retiming, themes, effects, music, sound effects etc.) copy over exactly between the two, which is great. The only thing is that while the transitions and retiming copy over in the one go, you may have to go back and copy and paste any titles seperately as they are placed above the clips (well in my case they have been) but they will copy over nicely and as previously configured. I have not found this to be a big hassle at all. I was releaved to find that the process was as easy as it was. Mind you, I have not has as hiccup free a time with copy and pasting from other applications like iMovie to FCP X. Although I can select and copy the projects, all the other editing and rejiging has been jumbled and required much reworking. But if you stick to within FCP X it is easy as pie and works wonderfully.
