Is there a way to start a sync from the appletv?

I am constantly having to go back to the study where the computer is and manually sync both appletv's because I know new podcasts are there but my ATV's haven't sync'ed yet. or if I'm watching a movie in the living room and want to pickup where i left off in the bedroom, I have to manually sync. is there a way to invoke a sync from the TV with a apple remote?

Assuming you have finished with your old backup.....
You can see what your iCloud storage is used for and delete any unwanted content at settings > iCloud > backup & storage > manage......

Yes, if you have iCloud set up on your phone and computer, then reminders will be synced through iCal.

Thanks but have tried that - When I try to restore I get a -50 error and into a loop of taking another back up. I took a copy of the back up before the IOS upgrade and have it stored on my desk top but I cannot get Itunes to restore to that back up

Is there a way to add/delete words from the predictive text options that my iPhone is giving me? I'm using an iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 8.
There are specific words that are popping up in the area right above the keyboard where it displays 3 word suggestions to choose from. This area seems to suggest words that I have typed before, I'd like to remove these words. Default seems to select the word in the center and when I'm typing fast on occasion it will recommend and select words that I don't need to use.
Any help would be appreciated.

Let me explain:
In the clock app for ios 6.0.2 I am a little confused. It allows you to go into your music library, and create a ringtone using any songs you choose. However, I cannot find a way to remove a song from this list, just like I cannot delete one of the preset ringtones (which I'm not trying to do, but just as an example)

I believe you just are able to delete them from iTunes.
