I have a macbook and windows 7 desktop. I have iTunes on both, but I download songs on both, so when I sync my iPod shuffle with my macbook's itunes, it might not have songs that my desktop has. Is there a way that I can have it so I can use my home network to sync my itunes list on my desktop and laptop (so if one list doesn't have a song that the other has, it gets it)?

If you buy your music only from Apple you can download it to multiple machines. If you don't buy it from Apple, well, it isn't easy. You may have to become hyper organized. There's a commercial utility http://homepage.mac.com/oligrob/syncOtunes/syncOtunes.html that does this for two macs, but since one of your machines is Windows...

Hey, I have itunes set to add music that I drag and drop into it a folder and its been set like this for a long time. Then I would do whatever edits to the albums info if needed. But now I realized that my folders don't snyc with the itunes libary.
I was wondering if there was a way update the folder the way I have my music in itunes.

If the files are stored inside the iTunes media folder, and the option under Edit > Preferences > Advanced to Keep iTunes Media folder organized is enabled then files and folders should be renamed to reflect changes you make to the tags.

Open itunes on you pc, connect ipad, select what you want sync.
You can only sync to one computer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content from the iphone.

Not really. iOS devices were designed to sync to one iTunes account, not multiple accounts. Simply email what you want to your Desk Top and transfre them to your iTunes library on that computer. Or get a Dropbox account. You can download Dropbox on your iPad and have dropbox on your Desk Top and Laptop. You could access files, music, pictures, etc., you put in your Dropbox account from any device. You get 2GB free storage, but you can purchase additional storage if you need it.

Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your iPod. Only if you back up your iPod manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Do this:
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your iPod to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your ipod without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your device for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the iPod for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.

You can sync the saves between devices by using the Apple sharing through iTunes to copy save games (and other items) on and off from a device.
- Connect your iPod/iPad/iPhone to your computer
- Open iTunes, then select the device in the panel at the left
- Select 'Apps' then at the bottom you should notice an area called 'File Sharing'
- Select 'FM 2012' or 'FM 2011' (depending on which game you have) from the apps listed and you'll see a handful of files in the panel on the rightAny ".dat" files are saved games and you'll have up to 5 of them. "hidden.dat" is the autosave file, while "fm_save1.dat" through to "fm_save4.dat" are manually saved files named according to their position in the save slots.

If one is running Outllok on a Mac machine then it is not possible to sync the contacts with iPhone. As far as I am aware an iPhone that has been associated with one library cannot be assoicated with a new one without iTunes wanting to erase and reload content from the local library. This normally means the loss of non-store purchases unless they are recovered first with third party tools. Setting the device to manual management on anything other than the "current" home library of the device will trigger the deletion of content.
