Is there a way to tell what settings were used to export a PDF?

Is there any way to tell what export settings were used to create a PDF? I'm trying to recreate settings used in a previous PDF.

Is there a way to tell what is actually being passed to DB from PreparedStatement? What I mean by that is that I have a PreparedStatement that is a simple
prepstmt = connection.prepareStatement("Insert into table (col1, col2, col3, .... colx) values (?,?,?....?)");
(there are x ?s)
I precompile this, and later, when there is a connection I call set all the variables
prepstmt.setInt(1, someint); prepstmt.setString(2, "\\'" + somestring + "\\'"); etc... prepstmt.executeUpdate();
I get back an exception thrown by Oracle complaining that one of my values is too large for the column (but doesn't say what column/value).
So I made a string that contains what ought to be the same query
String debug = "Insert into table (col1, col2, col3, .... colx) values (someint,'somestring',etc....someotherint)"; System.out.println(debug);
I give the printed out line directly to Oracle through SQLScratchpad and it works just fine in there and I can confirm the row has been inserted. Nothing is too big.
Is there a way to look at what the PreparedStatement actually has as values in there? I found I could look at the original statement (the one with the ?s) if I expand the prepstmt object in the debugger's (Eclipse) view, but nothing to show me where the values were filled in.

Hrm, I'm suspecting that perhaps it has to do something with setting CHAR fields. Some of the fields in this table are CHAR but I don't see a call in my PreparedStatement that can set a char, only a String, so that's what I've been using, but it may be that that's not the right thing to do. I'm running Java 1.5.10, and looking through the API there doesn't seem to be anything specifically for char.

I inadvertently deleted 6 folders from picasa which also deleted them from my Mac. i have so many items in my trash that I do not know which they were....is there any way to track what items I placed in my trash only on today's date? since I have no clue what they were specifically.

By the way, the items are not deleted until you empty the trash - which you should do occasionally because they all take up room on your hard drive. I don't know of a way to do exactly what you want - you can try looking at your trash in column view and it will show you the last time you modified or opened a file - that might give you an idea.

If I do this, however, the songs that are not in my library will be lost. Select the iPod in iTunes then File > Transfer purchases.
If these are not iTunes purchases, simply restore them to iTunes from the backup of your HD.

Any change- and it's not only development adjustments that might be shown in History- to the Metadata will be shown only in the Development module.

Is there a way to see what font was used originally, after the type has been converted to outlines?

Hi all, I would really like to know if there is any way to find out what font was used originally in an Illustrator document, after the type has been converted to outlines? The reason for this is I need to update some wording in a couple of old logos I had made and I have NO idea what font I had used...for the life of me I just cannot remember. Because this was so urgent for one of my projects I had to do a search online via "WhatTheFont" to see what font it could be (which I then didn't seem to have in my library!), and repurchase it. I am 99% sure I HAVE the font - or something VERY close - but under a different name.
Normally I keep a much better record of fonts used but there have been times occasionally in the past when I have done something in a hurry and changed the type to outlines without keeping the original, or keeping detailed notes at least. The fact that I did NOT keep notes on a few projects I have done in the past has made me want to kick myself because now I need to revisit one of those again..grrr:)
Can anyone offer any advice? I appreciate your help as always:)

I lost my music but still have my old playlist, is there a way to see what songs were on that playlist?

Pretty confusing but here we go.
My old mac hard drive died taking the music with it. I have a very special playlist made from that music but I don't remember what tracks were on it. The playlist still exists on my iphone and as I re-add songs to my computer, then to my phone they go right the old playlist on my phone so I know there is a memory of these tracks SOMEWHERE, I just need to figure it out. I have just purchased an iPad Air 2. I use my phone as a mobile WIFI hot spot to connect to the internet when I do not have a regular WIFI connection available. 151 MBs of data were consumed over an hour and a half or so. I played about an hour of Hearthstone, but I know from tethering my phone to my laptop that it usually doesn't use anywhere near that amount of data.
I would like to track down which applications might be using the data so that I can avoid using them while connected to my phone. Is there any way to do this?

I've got a file that is getting auto-created on my desktop, that is a .textClipping file with a very long series of numbers and letters as the filename (and of course, as the clipping as well). Is there any way to tell what is creating this file?

As the title states, I've got a .textClipping file that keeps getting created on my desktop when I log in. The file looks similar to: "6bc29bf81b634b3293da5e858930e06a88adf182.textClipping". I'm trying to figure out what is creating this file. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to check what songs were played on iPod touch on a certain date?

I want to see what songs (and order they were played in if possible) on a certain date and to see what time they were played. I don't know if there is memory of plays beyond merely last time a song was played.

You don't need an app.
You can display the Last Played time by selecting the Songs View and right-clicking on the column header bar (arrowed) and selecting Last Played on the pop-up menu. Then click on the Last Played column so that the arrow in the column is pointing downwards, so that the last song played is at the top of the list, the next one down was played before that song, etc.
As you can see, it's all there. However, it relies on three things:
that you use Sync to manage your iPod (so the last played times are synced with iTunes)
that the song is played all the way through. If you skip to a new song while the current one has 2 seconds to play, the Last Played is not changed.
if you are looking back at a distant time (as opposed to "just now") - that you have not played the song again since. In other words, if I now play "No Use Knocking" all the way through, it will then be at the top of the Last Played list, with the new time played. Look in the screenshot below; now that it has played, it's at the top of the list and "For The Love Of Money" is Now Playing:
