Sorry, no. You could only track your phone if Find My Phone was setup/activated BEFORE you lost your phone. However, one only has to restore the phone to defeat Find My Phone & then use it. If your carrier offers blacklisting, that can prevent the phone from being activated as a phone, but not tracked.

I have an Airport Extreme network set up at home. It's fairly old but still works well.
I've given the access code to a few of my neighbors but they both claim to only use it sparingly. Lately, It seems like there's been a lot of activity on the network according to the WAN and LAN lights on my DSL modem.
Is there a way to track who is connected? And what they're doing, at least in terms of download/bandwith activity? Do I need another app to tell me this stuff? Any input would be much appreciated.

The IMEI number is unique to the phone. If you give this to your carrier they can often use it to blacklist the device, preventing it from being used on their network. Technically they could probably also locate it if it's on their network, but I don't think they would do this without being instructed to do so by the police or a court order.

Attachment downloading--is there a way to track percentage of big downloads in Apple Mail 5.2? (OSX Lion)

I have a satellite internet connection and have trouble with big downloads and connectivity in Apple Mail. I've discovered the Window/Activity button to track the progress of those downloads, but all it gives me is a rolling barbershop bar that never goes anywhere. Right now I'm trying to download fifteen attachments that came with a message, and some of the files (primarily pdfs) show up in their designated folders--others have not. Is there a way to track percentage on these downloads?
Also, each of the files seems to have three progress bars rather than just one.
All files are primarily 3-4MB.

The inconsistent message text view and when the text for an received message is very small is caused by the sender using HTML for message composition.

Because it introduces accessibility problems. When you write in plain text, the receiving mail client renders the text in whatever font the reader chooses. When you format email with HTML, the sender controls the formatting. But this is a trap: You only think your message will render the same way to the viewer as it appears to the sender. In reality, the receiver can end up squinting because the font looks so tiny, or vice versa. HTML is not rendered the same way from one viewing client to the next - all guarantee of accessiblity goes out the window. This is especially problematic for visually impaired persons.
The Mail.app does not include a preference setting to convert all text for received messages to RTF or Plain Text so what John provided does not apply when receiving a message that was composed in HTML.
You can do as woodie provided or with such as message open, at the menu bar go to View > Message and select Plain Text Alternative and what John provided will apply and it also applies when the sender uses RTF or Plain Text for message composition.

Is there a way to track Admin usage of ANM (application network manager)? We have a few servers running the ANM application. Each ANM server points to/manages ACE blades (in the datacenter where the server resides). I would like to understand how much the ANM gui is used for each of the servers. I have looked through the GUI for some sort of report but wasn't able to find one. Cisco ACS has the "Adminstration Audit" report which shows all admin activity of the application per admin user (per ACS server). Is there an equivalent report for ANM?
In addtion I would like to know how much of the ACE config activity is spawned via CLI versus the ANM gui.

On your Mac, login to iCloud.com, & try to locate your phone. This requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before you lost it. It also requires your phone be turned on & connected to the Internet. There is no other way to locate a lost iPhone, other than physically looking for it.

If you did not activate Find my iPhone when you set up the iPad/iPhone, there is no way of tracking them. Having installed the Find my Phone app is not necessary and it is irrelevant as that app is for tracking other lost iDevices.
Log in to your iCloud account via the iCloud website. Do you see the stolen devices? Do the show up on the device list? If so, the Find my Phone is active and you will be able to track them if they connect to the internet. If not, they are gone.

I had hoped Mr Number would keep up to date, but White Pages says they have no plans to further the app. I asked them why they had 2 apps at this point. Neither incorporate G+, only LinkedIn, Twitter, and FB. Most all ID apps have done the same thing for me, especially with a social media account linked. The only time I've had to do a look up is if it is just not found and I know I don't know who it could possibly be, or if it happens more than once. Mobile numbers are weird though: WP has found a couple automatically, MN would find it if I looked it up, but at other times, MN couldn't find a name to go with a mobile number.

Not if you had not already installed and configured software for tracing it. If you hadn't done that before it got stolen, your only option is to report it to the police and let them handle it.
