Is there a way to transfer applications downloaded to my desktop computer to my laptop?
my ipad syncs w a laptop and a desktop computer. It has authorized these two computers. There are incompatibilities between my desktop computer and ipad. but i've already downloaded to my desktop computer several applications. when i try to sync these appsto my ipad, errors occur. is it still possible to download these same applications (hopefully without paying again) to my laptop and sync my ipad to the laptop?
As long as the apps are still available in the app store, and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to buy/download them, then you can either re-download them on your laptop and sync them or you can download them directly on the iPad : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

Is there any way to transfer my music from ipad 3 to my new laptop?
Last Fall, I had a HD crash and lost everything on the PC. On my iPad, I still have my music. Is there any way to transfer all my music I have on my iPad and put on my PC? Most of the music was from CDs. I just haven't been able to figure out how to do it in iTunes.

Is there a way to transfer my i phone 4voicemail to my computer?
thanksYou can play each message and record them to the computer. You'll need an audio cable and some recording software. Cnet has a pretty good video on how to do this: http://cnettv.cnet.com/transfer-voice-mails-your-computer/9742-1_53-50125981.htm l

Is there a way to transfer applications from the iphone to pc w/o syncing
So my hard drive failed and I didn't have a back up of itunes. I was easily able to get songs and video by opening up my ipod video as a hard drvie through explorer. BUT...
My applications aren't on the ipod. I tried going in backwards in the iphone but I couldn't figure out how to. I can get almost all of the apps from the app store because they don't charge you to re-download applications but I have one that isn't in the app store anymore. Anyway for me to get that off the iphone onto my computer?
Thanks for all your help!Isn't it nice when there's an easy solution? Thanks for the !

Is there a way to transfer the iTunes application to my PC using my iPhone? My PC has no means of connecting to the Internet and I do not wish to pay for Internet tethering for a one time use. I don't have the app on my computer and I simply wish to have it on there to actually be able to transfer my files.
You can transfer the app to your PC to save it, the article below will show you how:

I have an old ipod (5th gen) and I downloaded itunes to my toshiba computer. It says my ipod was formatted by mcintosh and must be restored before i can use on windows. is there a way to transfer my music? ty
Not without installing additional software on your computer. The problem is that your Windows PC cannot read the Mac's disk format. If the iPod was previously used on a Mac, its storage uses the Mac's disk format. The Restore process reformats the iPod's disk for use with Windows, but this erases its current content.
There are third-party products that allow Windows to read the Mac's disk format. For example
http://www.mediafour.com/products/macdrive
However, even if your computer is able to read the Mac's disk format, iTunes cannot be used to transfer song files from iPod to computer (except for songs purchased from the iTunes Store). But there are third-party methods and utilities that can transfer from iPod to computer. If you do an Internet search on something like "ipod transfer," you should get some links.
So, you may be able to do it by first making the iPod's disk readable on a Windows PC, and then using a method (that is not iTunes) to transfer its song files to your computer's drive. After the song files are on your computer, you can add them to the iTunes library. -
I accidentally uninstalled the Illustrator CC from my mac. Now I can't re-download the application. Everytime I click "Download", it takes me to the creative cloud app and only shows me the app is up to date. Is there any way I can re-download and reinstall Illustrator CC?
Have you already used the Cleaner Tool?

With my free apps, I just deleted them and re-installed them with my new ID. I can't update my paid apps because they are under the old ID and I get a notification saying, "This Apple ID has been disabled." Is there a way to transfer my paid apps to my new Apple ID?
niestety. Aplikacje raz przypisane do konta są na zawsze przypisane tylko do niego. Nie ma możliwości przenoszenia licencji z konta na konto, ponieważ byłoby to niezgodne z prawami autorskimi

I have a Student license for Creative Suite 5.5 for WINDOWS. Is there a way to transfer it to MAC?
As I'm satisfied with what I've got. I would like to avoid purchasing a new license for almost exactly the same thing.
Thanks,
ÉtienneHi Sven,
Welcome to Adobe Forum,
Please delete the C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater directory.
Rename the C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\OPM.db to OPM.old
Then please try reopening your web browser and downloading and installing the Creative Cloud application fromhttps://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
Or you can try:
Until this gets sorted out, here are the Creative Cloud direct download links... As/when needed, you can use these to download the Windows or Mac OS installers for any CC program without using the Adobe Desktop App manager.
Please refer to : http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-installation-download .html
Hope it helps you.

Is there a way to transfer music already downloaded on my ipod to my new laptop, without having access to the original computer with itunes?? It is on my boyfriend's computer and we broke up - not a good option to ask him to use his computer...now I'm worried I won't get all my music back!
Hi,
I don't know if you can help me any further, but maybe you can direct me somewhere that will??
I took your advice from above and went out and downloaded CopyTrans, paid the $20, downloaded everything - it worked beautifully!! Everything backed up and iTunes had all my songs.
Then I guess I'm a huge idiot or just got overzealous, so I plugged in my iPhone, because I had a few purchases on there and thought I could everything in one place on iTunes. Something happened really BAD and all my songs on iTunes deleted and were replaced with the few that I had on my phone, plugged my iPod back in and somehow I must have clicked on the wrong thing and the iPod synced with the iPhone songs! I feel sick to my stomach!! Is everything gone???
I did a "backup" in CopyTrans, but I have no idea where it was saved on my computer - when I go back into CopyTrans it acts like I need to pay again and doesn't show the backup file anywhere.
Do you have any ideas or know where I can go for help - or is it a lost cause? -
I recently purchased a TV season on Apple TV with my own personal Apple ID. Is there a way to transfer that TV season to my husbands computer so that he can watch it when he's out of town for work?
You can't transfer to another Apple ID. You would have to sign in under your account on the computer and then download the content.

I have a number of audiobooks purchased through iTunes on my iPod touch. Is there a way to move or download them to the Cloud so that I can access them on other devices?
Thanks - I didn't realize that. I'm also embarrassed to admit that I don't know how to transfer the audio files from my iPod to the iTunes library on my computer. When I select a book from the list on the iPod, the only option I see with the right-facing arrow symbol is "Show in iTunes Store ". I back the iPod up to this computer so I guess those files must be on it somewhere, but all I can recognize in the iTunes folder under " Music" are the music files found in the "iTunes Music" folder. (There are also a ton of files named "iTunes Temp (some #).) The Books list on the computer shows some but not all of the audiobooks - I purchased the rest on a different computer that is now unfortunately dead. I'm guessing now that those didn't transfer over when the new computer was populated from the old one, so the iPod may be the only place where those audiobooks now reside. I hope that made some sense- any additional advice would be appreciated.

My laptop hard drive crashed and I lost my ringtones, but they're still on my iPhone. If I sync my iPhone with the reimaged hard drive, I'll lose the ringtones from my iPhone. Is there any way to transfer ringtones from my iPhone back into iTunes?
Thanks, but ringtones not purchased from iTunes, created them just before computer crashed.just before the next scheduled biweekly backup.
I found and downloaded TouchCopy 12 for PC and was able to copy the ringtones from my iPhone to my Windows laptop very easily. It also enables you to transfer photos, memos, voice messages, etc.

HT201066 There is no QuickTime or any other plug-in for Safari anymore!!
