If there are any apps, they may not work on your iOS 3.1.3, which you should update to iOS 5.1

Is there a way to transfer photos from a ipad to storage without a computer
I will be travelling oversea's and will use my ipad mini (with 30gb free space) to store photos from the SD memory cards from my camera. The ipad will be used to edit the photo's whilst travelling. As I will be shooting in RAW the photos will take up a considerable amount of memory (800 photos per 64gb) Is there a way to transfer the photos to the ipad to edit and then save all the photo's to an external portable hard drive or cloud to free up the space on the ipad mini for more photos to be transferred for editing.

Is there a way to transfer files from my Ipad to a Mac Mini?
The Migration Assistant didn't work, and neither did the sharing, so I'm down to downloading files from the Ipad. I really don't want to transfer files with a flash drive, because it would take hours
The files got to the Ipad from my PC running itunes. I've been using the USB cable to sync . I wasn't able to move anything from the PC (Win 7) to the Mac Mini, so I was wondering if there was some way to sync the empty itunes on the mini with the files on the Ipad. Thanks.

Is there any way to transfer photos from ipod touch (2nd generation
Is there any way to transfer photos from ipod touch (2nd generation & OS is 4.2.1) to PC? I am struggling a lot. The OS cannot be upgradable beyond 4.2.1
I am wondering if there could be many other ways to transfer the photos like:
1. with the help of any android app
2. ipod touch to iphone/ipod latest version
3. any 3rd party free softwares (there are paid 3rd party softwares but I dont want to invest)
I did try some of the options:
1. I could emailed only 6 photos in one email (I have almost 800 photos and would be time consuming.
2. I'm trying to access my google account on my ipod but it keeps coming up with "oops! your browser seems to have cookies disabled..." My cookies are not disabled. Safari is the only browser for ipod touch and could not be able to installed not only any new browser but also any iphone apps. Updates for the existing apps not possible at all. So this option of uploading the photos on google drive is ruled out.
Anybody is there to help me out? Sorry for such a long inventory.
Thank you!If they are in the iPod' Saved Photos album then:

If they were synced to the iPod you need a third-party program like TouchCopy or PhoneView -

Is there a way to transfer photos from a mini ipad to an external hard drive?
I'm looking to back up my photos and was thinking of getting an external hard drive, is there a way to transfer from mini ipad to an external hard drive? Or... Is there a better/simpler way of backing photos up? Thanks!
It's a great idea to back up your photos. Connect your iPad to the computer you normally sync with. Instead of starting iTunes start the image capture software you use with your camera. That software will allow you to copy photos taken with your iPad or copied using the Camera Connection Kit or copied from websites or emails to your computer.
Once on your computer you can back them up to an external hard drive. Having your photos in more than one location is also a good idea. -
What options do I have? Will purchasing more storage help? Can I change control from my PC to my ipad if I can't use my computer anymore?
You can import your photos and videos in the Camera Roll on your iPad to your work computer using you usb cable, then delete them from your iPad by following the directions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. If you also have photo stream photos that are not in your camera roll that you want to save, save them to your camera roll so they can be imported too. To do this, open your My Photo Stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll. After importing them you can delete them from your iPad if you want by tapping Edit again, tapping the photos, then tapping Delete.
Once they are on your work computer, you can transfer them to a USB memory stick if you cannot leave them there.
Any photos on your iPad that were synced from your computer can be salvaged by using an app like PhotoSync to transfer them to your work computer over wifi. (They can't be saved to the camera roll and imported with your usb cable like photos in the camera roll.) Deleting these photos from your iPad will require using iTunes. Once you have your own computer again and can install iTunes, you can delete these remaining photos by creating an empty folder on your computer, then selecting this folder to sync to your iPad on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing. -
I know how to move things from iPhoto to a flash drive, but I'm hoping there is a simpler way to get the photos from my phone to a flash drive, because there are so many photos in iPhotos that I don't need on the flash drive.
ThanksThere isnt a simple way. You could create a whole new libaray, move all your pictures to that, then move the libaray to a flash drive.
From what you have said, can you not just create an album/event and move all your iPhone photos into that. That would seperate it from the rest of your content, then as part of that process delete all the photos imported off of your iPhone..... just an idea -

Is there any way to transfer photos from iphoto on my ipad back to my imac.
I accidentally formatted my external drive that contained my iphoto library ( I meant to format a usb flash drive). I just bought a new imac and I haven't used the iPhoto on it, so there is no library on the iMac HD. All my pics were on the external drive. I still have all the photos on the iPad 2 in iPhoto and want to transfer them back top the iMac, but when I connect it, it only recognizes the camera roll photos. I have years worth of family photos.
It's do-able - have a look here: https://discussions.apple.com/message/21617075#21617075
