I am submitting this to help a friend in her digital art class.
Is there a way to unpublish a flash file so that I can go back to working on it? Sort of like going back to revisions in word and being able to start back at any of the revisions.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you're talking about having the FLA and you want to open it and revert back to some older version of the FLA, no you can't do that. Managing versions of FLAs is up to you.
If you don't own the SWF then decompiling can be copyright infringement. If you do, it doesn't always work. There are many settings stripped from SWFs that FLAs have (graphics/audio compressed, etc).

No. You would have to convert it to a video format that your phone can handle, then sync it over and view the video. I'm sure there are ways to do this, but I don't have direct experience with them as I have no use for flash content.

I have a 30min project that I am going to burn that is copyrighted. But I’d like to add some stills or maybe a screensaver that the purchaser could copy from the disk and use.

Copyright is not the same thing as copy protect. Your material may very well be copyrighted, but it won't be copy protected if you are burning the DVD in your Superdrive. You must use a replication house to get copy protection. If you do this, you can include copyable stuff on the disc. I've seen commercial disks with PDF files, etc that you can freely use. I have no experience on how to do it though.
But, don't fool yourself. There really is no copy protection anymore on DVDs. Anyone with an internet connection can figure out how to defeat it using software available free on the internet. All you can do is make it a hassle to copy it.

The settings on the iPad are tied to the account - if you connect to the iPad using your own iTunes account, it will wipe out his. However, if you are going to be the only user for a few weeks, then it's not a problem - have your son back up the iPad on his machine, then when you connect to it use your iTunes account and use it as you need. When you are done, your son can restore it from his backup.

I appreciate the reply. The thread you provided is not quite what I was looking for. I have a site that I would like 2-3 Muse developers to work on. They would each get a piece of the site and we would somehow pull it together into one cohesive program. For example we have an association made up of 20 villages. One developer would work on the individual village pages, another on the overall structure of the association and a third work on the Amenities. Everyone would need to be working at the same time using MUSE. I don't think we want to be doing any development in BC.
Anyone else out there who is doing something similar?

The sync is one way - computer to ipod. The only exception is itunes purchases: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
Everything on the ipod came from your computer in the first place. It should still be there and you should always have a backup copy.

Photo stream photos are only kept in iCloud for 30 days, even though a rolling collection of up to 1000 photo remain on your device until deleted. Whey you reconnected to your photo stream you only got back the photos from the last 30 days as older photos are no longer in iCloud.
You can keep photo stream photos permanently by saving them to your camera roll.

My boss used Outlook 2010 to store all his emails. Is there any way to import the PST file to Thunderbird so he can access them from a new computer?
Thunderbird cannot be installed on the old computer and Outlook is not on the new computer. All information is saved in a PST file on our local backup.
Alternatively, is there a way to convert to a file type that CAN be imported? This is a 5GB file. (I know, I KNOW, but I cannot convince him he doesn't need all of these emails.)

Does he use an e-mail provider with sufficient mailbox space? In that case, you can move the e-mail back to the server and download it using Thunderbird.
This only works when you configure the e-mail account with IMAP (not POP3).

Yes, for the design I made, the movies are loaded from the server. Here is the code for the design. It is done using AS2, and the stage includes two buttons (s1, s2) for playing the individual videos, one button to play them both (playall), one after the other, and the video object (video1_video) that was added via small menu you find at the top of the library panel's frame.
I cannot say this would work directly for your implementation, but it gives you some things you can look into so that you can figure out how.
