Is there adobe flash foe the iPad

I need adobe flash on my IPad. As I am finding out it is not possible to install it.  Is there something else I can download that will work the same?? Or is there a way to download it?

Flash does not run on the iOS. Which means it doesn't run on an iPad.
There are some workarounds. Take a look at the Skyfire web browser app in the App Store. iSwifter is also popular. There are some other options, too.

Is there anyway to get adobe flash for the iPad?

No Flash for iPads, iPhones, or iPods
Here's why there's is no Flash available for iDevices or other mobile devices. Adobe was unable to provide a product that was suitable to the needs of battery powered mobile devices used for Internet browsing. Existing Flash technology used too much memory, ate battery life, and was buggy. Simply put Flash did not work well on mobile devices.
Apple's Steve Jobs led the escape from Flash dependency when Apple introduced the iPhone, and later introduced the iPad. There was a hue and cry over the omission. Time proved Jobs was right on target.
So this is why there is no Flash for your iPhone or iPad or iPod nor for most SmartPhones. Flash has been abandoned by many sites in favor of supported technologies such as HTML5 or by providing their own custom app.
Here is Steve Jobs official comment on his momentous decision to omit Flash from iDevices: Steve Jobs on Flash.
Here is Adobe's later announcement to cease development of Flash for mobile devices: Adobe on Mobile Flash.
Now, you are not necessarily out on a limb. There are some apps that can display some Flash, but don't count on there ability to display anything using Flash.
Apps that can display some Flash from the Web:
    Puffin
    SkyFire
    Photon Flash
    Browse2Go
    iSwifter
Also, note that many sites that use Flash provide their own app for accessing their material. So check with your favorite sites and find out if "there's an app for that."

  • Can I stream without FLASH on the iPad?

Can I stream without ADOBE FLASH on the iPad?  Can't do it on my iPhone.

    You're welcome.
Doubtful Flash will be available with any iOS device. Flash is no longer pre-installed with a new Mac purchase - must be downloaded and installed separately if wanted or needed.

  • IPad 2 and adobe flash on the net

    Hello Folks,
Does anyone know if the iPad 2 will be supporting adobe flash on the net?

The Apple CEO (Steve Jobs) has stated that Apple does not allow Flash. Here is an excerpt from his speech in April of last year (the italics are, of course, mine):
"Besides the fact that Flash is closed and proprietary, has major technical drawbacks, and doesn’t support touch based devices, +there is an even more important reason we do not allow Flash on iPhones, iPods and iPads.+"
The entire speech is available at:
    http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/
I would be happier if Apple did allow Flash on the iPad. Fortunately, I can go to my Mac when I need content supplied by Flash. If the Mac didn't support it, I'd have to go out and buy a Windoze machine to fill in the gap.

Please help me install the latest version of adobe flash
Onto my iPad. Thanks so much

Unfortunately, you cannot install adobe flash player on your iPad. This is because the iPad was not made to support the flash player software. However, you can try using third party apps to try and play flash videos on your iPad. Check out http://www.ehow.com/info_8163812_ipad-compatible-flash.html for more details.

how can i download free adobe flash in my ipad 3 generation?

There is no version of Flash Player for the iOS system of tablets and phones nor for the most recent Andriod OS tablets and phones as Adobe is not updating the software to be compatible with newer systems. By the time Apple has upgraded the iOS to version L and Android has been updated to Chocolate Covered Ants the need for Flash on tablets will be gone. Until then, the best workaround is to allow your iPad to remote control a PC and run Flash Player remotely. There is no lack of remote PC applications.

  • WHY CAN'T I DOWN LOAD ADOBE FLASH ON MY IPAD

Why am I not able to down load Adobe Flash on my Ipad 2?

Flash is not, and probably never will be, supported on the iPad : http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/ . Plus it would be up to Adobe to make a version of their flash player that works on iOS devices - something which they have never managed to do and which they have now given up on trying to do.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter and Puffin 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store, so your could try checking there for your sites (and there is the built-in YouTube app).
There is a search field on the right-hand side of this page - if you want more info use that and you'll get hundreds of other threads on the subject

  • Can I get adobe flash player on iPad

You can't. iPads do not support Flash.
There are however browsers that support flash. You might want to search the App store for Puffin, Skyfire, Photon  etc... They support Flash and may be able to run the site you want to view. But there are no guarantees, as its not 100% accurate.
