Upgrading to IOS6 was a big, big, big mistake..... I needed the street view feature for travelling about.... What they have in now is crap !!!
Also.... YouTube app is gone.... Is this supposed to be progress ???

Many thanks diesel. I cannot remember ever having an administrator password. Looks like I shall have to do a restore on my PC and not bother with the updates. Or maybe I could find my password from somewhere ? When I went into control panel I found a box with administrator and my name and it said password protected so I must have had one at some time. The personal hotspot is not an app or an icon; it is a setting. You must first have your carrier provision it, then you turn it on in settings. Most carriers charge extra for tethering.

this case, you must work with Telus. If they have a pay as you go
plan, activate the iPhone on Telus that way and then after
you meet whatever requirements Telus has, stop using Telus
and move the iPhone to Virgin. Or sell the iPhone to someone
who can use it on Telus.
Telus is the only one who can unlock that iPhone. -
Is there some way to add multiple addresses to an email I am sending that doesn't close the contact list after I click on an address? This necessitates constantly going back to click the + sign to add each address separately. Is there some way I can open the contact list, click on all of the individual addresses to which I want to send the email without the list closing between each address entry, and have all of my address entries be listed to the email at one time? Something like it works in Gmail. I do not want to use set lists, I want to enter different addresses each time I send an email. And I am a very slow typist, so I don't want to type the first few letters of each recipient's name. It is much faster for me to just click on the e-mail addresses in the list as a group. It doesn't make any sense to me to have to reopen the contact list for each address, when it should be so easy to click on all of the addresses I want at one time and then click once to add them all to the email as a group. If there is a solution to this, please tell me. Thanks.

Try this:
1. Select Mail>File>New Message.
2. Select Mail>Window>Address Panel.
3. Use (command+click) on the desired addressees in the Address Panel to create the list.
4. Click "To:" on the top left of the Address Panel.
The group that you selected will be added to the "To" field in your New Message. -
I have an IPad 2. I want to update it to an IOS 5. Will I lose my apps that I purchased from the ITune store?
What you should do anytime that you update the device is to transfer purchases from the iPad into iTunes - File>Transfer Purchases - and you should backup the iPad as well. When you update the update the device, if something goes wrong, you can restore from the backup.
However, iTunes should ask if you want to backup before you update, but just in case create the backup yourself before you update. The backup contains your app data and settings - so make sure you backup first. If something goes awry when you update, with regard to apps, you can download them again for free as long as you use the same Apple ID that you bought them with.
If you have any other important files, you may want to transfer them to your computer as well, prior to the update.

Hi. My id country was Saudi Arabia and I bought lots of apps from it. Now I moved to USA and changed my id counrty. the problem now is that every app that I buy in the USA store and I had already bought in the Saudi store won't appear on my purchased list
Tell me exactly how much you have in your store credit and I"ll let you know the best solution.
Also, I'm not 100% sure, but when you switch back to S.A., Apple MAY track your IP and still give you probs if they figure you're trying to get around this problem without moving out of America. But we won't know for 100% until we try it.
If your store change is less than the price of a single song, then you can ask the iTS support to just cash-out that balance. They'll probably send you a response to reverify this first though.

Where is the Authorise my computer option in the Itunes store?. It does not appear to be there. No way of downloading past purchases from a old computer at the moment..

The iTunes Store doesn't sell software for the Mac. I presume you mean the Mac App Store. To the best of my knowledge, no software sold in the Mac App Store has serial numbers nor product keys. For what reason do you think you need them?

I have an Apple ID and trying to sign in for the 1st time on iTunes. When I do, I get the message: "This Apple ID has not been used with the iTunes Store. Please review your account information." When I do, it brings me to the same AppleID login window, and I get stuck in the same loop. I never get to the following screen to enter my account info. What's going on?? This is MADDENING!

I have got the same problem. I am using windows 8.1, latest version of iTunes, Symantec NIS. My internet connection is working.
My apple Id and my password are correct since they work on my iPad and on my iPhone.
